Continue this plan as long as you wish, and feel the difference.The diet is a fast, fat burning diet, and the secret is that you will bum more calories than you take in. It will flush your system of impurities, and give you a feeling of well-being. This diet does not lend itself to drinking any alcoholic beverages at any time, because of the removal of the fat build-up in your system. Go off the diet for at least 24 hours before intake of any alcohol.Because everyones digestive system is different, this diet will affect everyone differently. After day 3, you will have more energy than when you began, if you do not cheat. After being on the diet for several days, you will find your bowel movement has changed. Eat a cup of bran & fibre. Although you can have black coffee with this diet, you may find that you dont need the caffeine after the third day.Definite NO-NOsNo bread, alcoholic beverages, no carbonated drinks, not even Tab or other diet drinks, stick with water. Unsweetened fruit juices, cranberry juice, unsweetened tea, black coffee, and skimmed milk, (only on the days it is allowed.)Breakthrough DietBasic Fat-Burning Soup1 large bunch green onions/2 green peppers/2-23 oz can of tomatoes/1 bunch of celery1 large head of green cabbage/1 pack lipton oinion soup mix/6 beef bouillon cubes (optional)several bay leaves (optional)/several cloves of garlic (optional)(Onion soup mix doesnt seem to be available). Use Campbell”s Condensed Consomme and/or Oxo Cubes and water. Dont make it in the given quantities, as you will have nowhere to keep it make or even . If you have a microwave, cook the vegetables with a little water, and then add the liquid).Cut vegetables in small bite sizes pieces, put all vegetables, except tomatoes in pot. Cover with water, boil fast for 10 minutes. Cut heat, and simmer for approximately 30 minutes until vegetables are tender. Add tomatoes and juice, bring to the boil, and heat thoroughly, add soup mix and simmer for 10 minutes. May be seasoned with salt, pepper, parsley, curry etc., to taste. Add extra cabbage and tomatoes, if desired.The basic fat burning soup may be eaten at any time when you feel hungry. Eat as much as you like, as often as you like. This soup will not add calories, eat all you want. The more you eat, the more you will lose.No fried food or bread. You may eat boiled or baked chicken, instead of meat. (absolutely no skin on the chicken).Any prescribed medication will not hurt you on this diet. Continue this plan as long as you wish. Feel the difference in both mental and physical disposition. If you wish, you may substitute boiled fish for the beef on only one of the beef days. You need high protein in the beef the other day.Diet RegimeMonday All fruits except bananas. Your first day will consist of all the fruits you want except bananas. Cantaloupes and watermelon are lower in calories than most fruits. Eat only your soup and frujits the first day. For drinks unsweetened tea, cranberry juice, or water.Tuesday All vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed with all the fresh and cooked vegetables of your choice. Try to eat leafy green veggies, and stay away from dry beans, peas and corn. At dinner time, reward yourself with a baked potato and butter. Eat all the soup you want this day, but do not eat any fruits.Wednesday Mix day 1 & 2. Eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables you want. You cant have baked potato this day. If you have eaten for the three days as above, and you have not cheated, you will find you have lost 5-7 lbs.Thursday Bananas and skimmed milk. Eat as many as 8 bananas, and drink as many glasses of skimmed milk as you can on this day, along with your soup. Bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates, and so is the milk, but on this day your body will need the potassium and the carbohydrates, proteins, and calcium, to lessen cravings for sweets.Friday Beef & veggies (chicken & fish). You may have 10-20 oz of beef and a can of tomatoes, or as many fresh tomatoes on this day. Try to drink at least 8 glasses of water this day to wash out the uric acid in your body. Eat your soup at least once this day.Saturday Beef & veggies (beef & chicken). Eat to your hearts content of beef and vegetables this day. You can have 2 or 3 steaks if you like with leafy vegetables. But no baked potato. Be sure to eat soup at least once today.Sunday Brown rice. Unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables again stuff, stuff, stuff yourself. Be sure to eat your soup once today.The end of the seventh day, if you have not chea
