The ram air system may have a blockage, b . The heat exchangers are dirty, c. P6-3 E11 INDICATOR MASTER DIM SECT 1 P6-4 A4 AIR CONDITIONING RAM AIR MOD LEFTP6-4 A8 AIR CONDITIONING RAM AIR MOD CONT LEFTP6-4 B4 AIR CONDITIONING RAM AIR MOD RIGHTP6-4 B8 AIR CONDITIONING RAM AIR MOD CONT RIGHTB、排故步骤 FAULT ISOLATION PROCEDURE 1、测试冲压空气进气门作动系统。 Do a test for the ram air inlets deflector doors. a.放襟翼到1度。 Extend the trailing edge flaps to FLAPS 1 position. b.设置飞机为空中状态。 Put the airplane in the air mode. c.确认冲压空气挡板收上，进气门关闭。 Make sure that the ram air inlet deflector doors retract fully and the ram air inlet modulation panels move toward the closed position. 1）如果以上现象未完成，则进行步骤2 If the above results do not occur, then do the step 2. 2）如果以上现象出现，则继续下一步。 If the above results occur, then continue.d.收上襟翼，确认冲压空气进口门关闭，RAM DOOR FULL OPEN灯熄灭。 Retract the trailing edge flaps to the full up position. Make sure that the ram air inlet modulation panels move toward the closed position. Make sure that the RAM DOOR FULL OPEN lights go off. 1）如果进口门未关闭，则进行步骤3 If the inlet modulation panels do not close, then do the step 3. 2）如果进口门关闭但RAM DOOR FULL OPEN灯未熄灭，则进行步骤4 If the inlet modulation panels close，but the RAM DOOR FULL OPEN lights do not go off, then do the step 4.3) 如果以上现象出现，则继续下一步。 If the above results occur, then continue.e.如果测试正常，则检查热交换器进口管道是否堵塞。如未堵塞，则清洁热交换器。(AMM21-51-03) If no faults are found, then examine the ram air duct for unwanted material that may decrease the flow of air to the heat exchangers. If no unwanted material is found, then clean or replace the heat exchangers.f.如果故障近期再次出现，则更换热交换器。(AMM21-51-03) If the fault occurs again recently, then replace the heat exchanger. 2、冲压空气进口门收上排故。 The Ram Air Inlet Door Does Not Retract Fault Isolation a.检查D966 (左),D968 (右)的5号钉上是否有115VAC。 Do a check for 115 VAC on the pin 5 of D966 (left) or D968 (right). 1)如果有电，则更换冲压门作动器。(AMM21-51-21) If there is 115 VAC on pin 5, then replace the ram air actuator. 2)如果没电，则继续下一步。 If there is not 115 VAC, then continue. b.检查D966 (左),D968 (右)的11号钉是否接地。 Do a check of the wiring between connector D966 (left) or D968 (right), pin 11 and the ground. 1）如果不接地，则检查并修复线路。 If no ground is found, then repair the wiring. 2) 如果接地，则继续下一步。 If there is a ground, then continue. c.检查ACAU后的电插头D458A(左), D10002A(右)的35号钉是否接地。 Do a continuity check from pin 35 of connector D458A(left) or D10002A(right) to a ground. 1)如果接地，则进行空地系统排故。(FIM32-09 TASK 804) If there is continuity, then do Air/Ground Relay Fault isolation. 2)如果不接地，则继续下一步。 If there is no continuity, then continue. d.检查以下线路连续性。 Do a check for continuity between these pins: D458A D966LEFT pin 24 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - pin 5pin 24 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - pin 6D10002A D968RIGHT pin 24 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - pin 5pin 24 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - pin 6 1）如果发现断路，则修复线路。 If there is an open circuit, then repair the wiring. 2) 如果线路正常，则继续下一步。 If there is continuity, then continue. e.对于左冲压门故障，检查D458B(左)的33号钉是否接地。 Do a continuity test between pin 33 of connector D458B and the ground for the left system. 1）如果不接地，则更换后缘襟翼收上电门。(AMM27-51-63) If there is no continuity, then replace the trailing edge flaps up switch. 2) 如果接地，则继续下一步。 If there is continuity, then continue. f. 对于右侧冲压故障，检查D10002B(右)的33号钉是否接地。 Do a continuity test between pin 33 of connector D10002B and the ground for right system. 1）如果不接地，则更换FSEU。(AMM27-51-01) If there is no continuity, then replace the FSEU. 2) 如果接地，则继续下一步。 If there is continuity, then continue. g.检查D458A(左)或D10002A(右)的49号钉是否有115VAC。 Do a check for 115 VAC between pin 49 of connector D458A (left) or pin 49 of connector D10002A (right) and ground. 1）如果有电，则更换ACAU。(AMM21-51-02) If there is 115 VAC, then replace the ACAU. 2) 如果没电，则检查并修复到CB的线路。 If there is not 115 VAC, then repair the wiring from ACAU to CB. 3、冲压空气进口门不能移动到巡航位排故。 The Ram Air Inlet Door Does Not Move To Cruise Position Fault Isolation a.从冲压空气温度传感器上断开电插头D3916 (左), D3918 (右) Disconnect the connector D3916 (left) or D3918 (right) from the ram air temperature sensor.1） 如果RAM DOOR FULL OPEN灯熄灭且门关闭，则更换温度传感器。 (AMM21-51-50) If the RAM DOOR FULL OPEN light goes off and the modulation panels close, then replace the ram air temperature sensor.2） 如果RAM DOOR FULL OPEN灯未熄灭且门关闭，则更换门作动器。 (AMM21-51-21) If the RAM DOOR FULL OPEN light stays on and the inlet modulation doors close, then replace the ram air actuator. 3）如果RAM DOOR FULL OPEN灯未熄灭且门未关闭，则继续下一步。 If the RAM DOOR FULL OPEN light does not go off and the modulation panels do not close, then re-connect the connectors and continue. b.检查D966 (左), D968(右)的10号钉上是否有115VAC。 Do a check for 115 VAC between pins 10 of connector D966 (left) or D968(right). 1）如果有电，则更换冲压门作动器。(AMM21-51-21) If there is 115 VAC, then replace the ram air actuator. 2) 如果没电，则继续下一步。 If there is not 115 VAC, then continue. c. 检查D3858B (No.1),D3860B (No.2)的B15号钉上是否有115VAC。Do a check for 115 VAC between pins B15 of connector D3858B (No.1) or D3860B (No.2).1）如果有电，则更换ZTC. (AMM21-61-20) If there is 115 VAC, then replace the ZTC.2)如果没电，则继续下一步。 If there is not 115 VAC, then continue. d.检查D3858B (No.1),D3860B (No.2)的A15号钉是否接地。 Do a check of the wiring between connector D3858B (No.1) or D3860B (No.2), pin A15 and the ground. 1）如果不接地，则检查并修复接地线路。 If no ground is found, then check and repair the wiring. 2) 如果接地，则继续下一步。 If you do not find problem with the ground wiring, then continue. e.检查ACAU和ZTC之间线路。 Do the check of the wiring between ACAU and ZTC. D458A D3858B LEFT pin 12 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - pin A13pin 13 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - pin A12D10002A D3860BRIGHT pin 12 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - pin A13pin 13 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - pin A12 1）如果线路断路，则检查并修复线路损伤。 If there is an open circuit, then repair wiring. 2) 如果线路正常，则继续下一步。 If there is continuity, then continue. f. 对于左冲压门故障，检查D458B(左)的33号钉是否接地。 Do a continuity test between pin 33 of connector D458B and the ground for the left system. 1）如果不接地，则更换后缘襟翼收上电门。(AMM27-51-63) If there is no continuity, then replace the trailing edge flaps up switch. 2) 如果接地，则继续下一步。 If there is continuity, then continue. g. 对于右侧冲压故障，检查D10002B(右)的33号钉是否接地。 Do a continuity test between pin 35 of connector D10002B and the ground for right system. 1）如果不接地，则更换FSEU。(AMM27-51-01) If there is no continuity, then replace the FSEU. 2) 如果接地，则更换ACAU。(AMM21-51-02) If there is continuity, then replace the ACAU. 3、指示线路排故。 The Indication Wiring Fault Isolation a.检查RAM DOOR FULL OPEN灯和冲压门作动器之间的线路。 Do a check of the wiring between the RAM DOOR FULL OPEN light and the ram air actuator.
