Interviewee3：I like _ days because I can_.课后反思本节课的课堂容量较大，学生学习的单词句型较多。整体节奏把握较好，能在一节课的时间完成所有的教学任务，效率高。学生课堂听讲习惯非常好，坐姿端正，小组合作已成常态，可见平时的常规落实到位。不足与建议： 1、新单词教授过程中，采用歌曲方式进行导入与学习，学生基础较好，大部分学生能在听一次之后就能准确读出，因此老师弱化了单词中文意思和读音的教授过程，但是对有些学生而言，可能会混淆中文与读音。建议在PPT上补上中文意思，区分名词与形容词的不同，并教授y的发音。snow- snowy/ cloud- cloudy /wind-windy/ snow-snowy/ sun-sunny。2、 两个句型的教授，有分为两个步骤，但句型极其相似：Whats the weather like?
