课堂教学设计课题: Unit 4 Whats the best movie theater?Section B 2a-2d科目English教学对象8年级学生课时4提供者么珺单位大同十三中一、教学目标1. Knowledge aims: 1) Master new words and phrases:talent show, have.in common, magician, all kinds of, beautifully, be up to, play a role, winner, prize, everybody, make up, for example, poor, take.seriously, give, American Idol, Americas Got Talent, Chinas Got Talent.2) Master new sentences:a. They try to look for the best singers, the most talented dancers, the most exciting magicians, the funniest actors and so on.b. But who can play the piano the best or sing the most beautifully?c. Thats up to you to decide.d. When people watch the show, they usually play a role in deciding the winner.2. Ability aims: 1) To get the related information and the general idea of the passage; 2) To understand the structure of the passage; 3) To understand the new words and phrases through the context;4) To design a poster with superlatives.3. Emotional aim: Try your best to show your talent and be happy every day!二、教学内容分析本单元的中心话题是什么是whats the best radio station? 围绕最高级,对影院、衣服店、餐馆等开展多种教学活动。本课教学内容与学生实际生活密切相关,易于引发学生大胆进行口语交流。通过本课学习,可使学生了解他人喜好,增进学生之间师生之间情感交流三、学情分析本单元词汇量大,增加了教学的难度,如何让学生掌握词汇,适应教材的要求,是我们长期研究探索的课题。注重培养学生自学的能力是词汇教学的关键,我认为我们应做好下列几点: 1、重示范。2、重情景。3、重迁移。 4、重趣味。5、重运用。四、教学策略选择与设计为了更好的突出重点,突破难点,主要采用:1、任务型教学法:新课标倡导的“玩中学,学中玩”的理念很受学生欢迎。例如,阅读文章时,我设计了一张表格,让学生阅读后完成表格并复述。培养学生逻辑分类与表述能力。2、 竞赛教学法:根据初中生争强好胜的性格特征,我每堂课都进行俩俩对话,激发学生兴趣,给学生创造外语语言氛围,培养学生集体荣誉感。3、 善于抓住用英语交际的机会,充分感知,积极体验,大胆实践。例如在导入新课时的one minute dialogue(每组都有一次机会),pairwork (每人都有机会),groupwork(每组一次机会)。4、 积极参与,善于合作。例如本课设计了几个任务,操作简单,学生一定很感兴趣并且积极参与,从而合作完成任务,培养了团队精神。五、教学重点及难点1. To grasp the new words, phrases and sentences;2. To get the related information and the general idea of the passage;3. To design a poster with superlatives.六、教学过程教师活动学生活动设计意图Step 1 Lead in1. It will be a way to make his dream come true.5. Zhang Jie can sing the most beautifully and play the guitar the best. He will join Chinas Got Talent. Will he be the winner? Its up to you to decide.
