教学设计人教版八年级英语上册Unit8 How do you make a banana milke shake？（1a-2c）教学设计楚雄州武定县高桥中学 胡景珍一 教材分析本课是 go for it义务教育课程标准实验教科书 英语八年级上册第8单元How do youmake a banana milk shake?第一课时，本单元主要围绕学习描述“食物制作”的过程话题展开，呈现了食物制作的动词及短语，在此过程中让学生学会食物制作顺序的祈使句以及灵活运用How many/How much.；随着活动深入，让学生了解西方的传统食物，这样引发学生对家乡的食物和小吃的回念，激发了学生对家乡的热爱之情，同时又体验到中西饮食文化的差异。二 学情分析1学生在七年级就已经掌握一些食品单词，但对本单元的部分词汇和制作过程的学习存在难度。2学生有很强的记忆力和模仿力，但知识的运用能力有待加强。3 在农村的他们都没有制作过奶昔，不了解此制作过程，因此，让学生先学习了解如何制作，再用各种手势来进行强化，让学生熟练词汇和制作过程才能调动学生热情而主动动手参与，积极思考。三 教学目标 1. 语言知识目标1) 能掌握以下单词： shake, milk shake, blender, turn on, peel, pour, yogurt, honey, watermelon, spoon, pot, add, finally, salt.能掌握以下句型： How do you make a banana milk shake? First, peel the bananas How many bananas do we need? We need three bananas. How much yogurt do we need?We need one cup of yogurt. 2) 能了解以下语法：掌握用how much 和how many对事物的数量提问。 3) 学会描述做一些常见食物的过程，并能正确地运用表示顺序的词汇。 2.语言能力目标：能运用所学词汇描述香蕉奶昔的制作过程，能在生活实际中熟练运用。3. 情感态度价值观目标： 1) 通过制作食物的介绍，培养学生的实际生活能力，了解生活知识，增长生活阅历，培养实践操作能力和动手能力。2) 通过食物制作过程的介绍，让学生认识到劳动成果的来之不易，使之懂得不能浪费食物，珍惜他人的劳动成果。四 教学重难点1. 教学重点：1) 用how much与how many来对数量提问。2) 动词词组；描述过程的顺序词。2. 教学难点：能恰当地使用祈使句表达食物的制作过程。五 教学手段运用 白板 ，录音机，课件，课本六 教学过程Step1, Warming up(watch a video)1. T: What fruit have you seen,Now tell me.S: apple, orange, strawberry, banana, pear, watermelon.2. T: Whats your favorite drink?S: Cola/ milk/ juice/ tea/milk shake设计意图：利用美丽的视频吸引学生注意力，复习水果单词并激发学生学习兴趣。Step2 1.Teacher shows the pictures to students to learn new words, and makes students know the process of making milk shake.
