Greetings 2. T:Do you know robots? Lets enjoy a video about modern robots. (播放一段机器人视频) Will people have robots at home? Today we are going to talk about future. Step 2 : Presentation 1.T: Do you want to know what my life will be like in 10 yeas? (Show students a short passage about my life in 10 years) 2.T: Can you imagine your life in 10 years?Please discuss in your group for 2mins and then the representative give the answer. 3.T:How about the life in 100 years? Lets have a prediction. Which group can give the right answer will get 2 scores each time.(Show students the pictures and explain the will structure) Step3: Listening 1.Pre-listening: Answer the question first according to the conversation in the picture. 2.While-listening: listen to the recording and circle the predictions you hear in 1a. Play the recording twice and then check the answers with the Ss. Step 4: Pairwork 1. Let Ss read the conversation on PPT after the teacher. 2.Then let Ss ask and answer questions about the predictions according to the pictures. Then make their own conversation. (注意:如果将陈述句变为一般疑问句,应将情态动词will 提前到主语前便可。) 3. Let some pairs ask and answer about their conversations.
