8B Unit4 Reading A教学设计设 计 人:李悦红 潘少欢课 题:牛津英语上海版,八年级下册,Unit 4 Educational exchange教学内容:Reading A:Educational visits 课 型:阅读课教学时间:40分钟授课班级:棋杆中学 初二(7)班一、教学内容分析:本单元的主要话题是讲述交流生海外学习的经历。本文是这一单元中第一次出现话题的文章,讲述了3位交流生在不同国家的学习经历。上一节课时先把难懂的单词、词组及一些背景知识学习了,扫清学生阅读的一些障碍,本节课以理解课文内容为主。二、学情分析:学生对这个话题相对来说是比较陌生的,基本上是没有这种经历的,如何让学生走入这种语境是个难题,如果学生不能了解这一语境,那么学生后面的说和写会显得比较空洞,无话可说,教学中应注意这一问题。该班是普通班,学生基础与英语能力都比较差,部分学生存在惧怕英语、课堂上自信心严重不足、缺乏学习的热忱、不愿用英语进行表达等等问题。这也是老师在课堂上需要特别关注和加以引导的。三、教学目标:1、认知目标:通过阅读技巧的点拨,培养学生形成正确有效的阅读策略。如:扫读、略读、猜测词意、鉴别细节等能力. 2. 能力发展目标:尝试根据图片或文字提示,运用本文句式,根据设定语境描述自己或他人的海外学习经历。3. 情感目标:通过合作学习,让学生了解国外文化背景、社会现状等。四、教学流程设计:Step1.Lead- in(3 mins) (1).Ask the Ss to read the new words aloud together. (2).Lets play a game : show some pictures, let the Ss guess which country it is.(设计意图:通过看图片猜国家名的游戏,营造出良好的课堂氛围,导入新课。)Step2.Pre-reading(3 mins)(1)Ask the Ss to think: if you are an educational exchange student. Which country will you go? Why? How long will you stay for? What will you do there? (2) Skimming the titles and the foreword, find out the answers to these two questions. How many articles are there in this passage? What are they all about? (设计意图:创设情景,让学生了解文章背景知识,降低阅读难度,增强学生的阅读兴趣。)Step 3.
