八年级下册Unit 1 Whats the matter ?单元教学设计主备人:米从知 复备人:王文斌 王莉一 、 教学内容及分析 本单元的话题是健康和急救,主要是学习有关伤病及处理建议的表达方式。通过听、说、读、写训练,熟练掌握和运用“Whats the matter?” “I have a . ” “You should/shouldnt .”句型。并通过谈论健康问题, 让学生懂得通过调节饮食,保证睡眠时间、劳逸结合、加强体育锻炼来增强体质,提高学习效率。本单元的主要语言功能项目有(Talk about health problems and accidents and give advice.)语法功能项有:1.能正确使用“have +(a) +疾病”结构谈论健康问题?2. 能正确使用情态动词should 提出切当的建议。3、能正确使用反身代词。结合新课程标准,对教材的整合思路:第一课时SectionA(1a,1b,1c,2a,2b,2c and 2d)属于新知呈现课,利用图片和创设情景来完成任务。第二课时为语法练习课Section A(Grammar Focus, 4a,4b,Self Check 2)。第三课时用阅读课Section A(3a,3b,3c ,self check 1),培养学生阅读能力。第四课时为听说课Section B(1a,1b,1c,1d,3b)第五课时阅读课(SectionB2a,2b,2c);第六课时为质量达标课。 二学习者特征分析: 经过七年级的学习,学生积累了一定的英语学习方法和基础知识,但知识的内容和难度都有大幅度的增加,所以学习兴趣的培养和良好学习习惯的养成都有待加强,这一时期也是磨练他们坚强学习意志形成语言思维的关键时期。在内容的处理和教法的设计上依然坚持低起点,高要求的设计思路,以培养兴趣,训练方法为重点,引导学生在今后的学习中能够在合作中自我发展,主动发展。三单元整体目标分析1、 知识与能力:(1)词汇方面:包括身体部位名称、伤病名称及与动词搭配后形成的表达。 (2)语法:能熟练运用should 和shouldnt提出建议和劝告。 (3)学会运用目标语言来询问和诉说病情。(4)能独立阅读有关健康与饮食的文章并应用于写作。2、情感目标:(1) 引导学生关注周围人的身体状况和心理感受,真诚的关心他人,并能恰如其分的表达。(2)培养学生良好的饮食及卫生习惯,关注健康问题,关爱生命,科学合理地生活。四 、教学重点与难点:1掌握本单元的相关单词和短语。掌握核心句型:“ Whats the matter ?”I have a You should/shouldnt 2如何谈论健康及提供建议。五、教法选择与学法指导:依据新课程标准所规定基础教育阶段英语课程性质任务及课程目标。采用了任务型教学法为主,多法并举的主导思想展开教学。针对单元任务选择了听说法,阅读写作法,任务型教学法,调查汇报法,小组合作法。教学过程中应把学习主动权交给学生,坚持启发式,渗透式和生成教学法的运用。充分利用多媒体等教学设备,创设与本单元话题相关的情景。围绕本单元的教学目标,设计一些贴近学生实际的教学任务,例如让学生谈论周围事物的变化等,充分利用目标语言进行交际。六、课时及教学内容安排教学内容课时安排教法选择资源准备教学评价SectionA(1a,1b,1c,2a,2b,2c and 2d)Period 1 听说法,归纳比较法,任务型教学法多媒体及关资源提问观察师生,生生互评 SectionA(Grammar Focus, 4a,4b,Self Check 1,2,3)Period 2 合作探究任务性教学 多媒体及相关资源反馈诊断激励 Section A(3a,3b,3c)Period 3 阅读法小组合作交流法,任务型教学法多媒体及相关资源感知体验参与合作 SectionB(1a-1d,3a-3b)Period 4听说法,讲解法,任务型教学法多媒体及相关资源自主激励互相提高SectionB( 2a-2e)Period 5-6阅读法小组合作交流法,任务型教学法多媒体相关资源感知体验,参与合作检测达标Period 7检测考试试卷交流评价 教学内容Unit 1 Whats the matter Section A( 1a 1b 1c 2a 2b 2c 2d)课时Period 1教学对象八年级学生设计者一、教材内容分析本节选自人教版新目标八年级下册Unit 1 Whats the matter?Section A,在单元教学任务中属于新知呈现课。本节主要学习身体部位名称、伤病名称与动词搭配后形成的表达以及关于就医或救治建议的表达。二、教学目标(知识与能力,情感态度与价值观(一) 知识掌握:掌握下列词汇:matter have cold back sore arm ear eye foot hand leg mouth neck stomach tooth throat toothache fever rest honey dentist should headache have a cold 掌握句型:Whats the matter ? I have a .You shouldshouldnt.(二)能力培养:1.培养学生根据病情给出合理建议的能力 2.培养学生的听说、归纳能力。三、重点、难点 主要学习身体部位的单词和一些疾病的词汇。身体不适的表达及建议。四、教法选择与学法指导 利用多媒体直观教学,情景教学以及pairwork. 五、资源准备 多媒体课件及教室,语音机六、教学过程教学步骤教师活动学生活动设计意图及资源准备Step 1Warming-upT: How are you?T: Im OK.
