Lead in Show different food and drink to preview the words of food and drink, in order to lead the new sentences. Step3. Presentation1. Show a picture of two pupils in the canteen, according to the food pictures and the dialogue that the two pupils are talking about, teacher leads students to guess the new sentences meaning.2. Students use the different food words to make a new dialogue, such as what would you like to eat? Id like rice/bread3. Teacher shows the six dialogues on the screen, then let students to read and translate these sentences, in order to deepen students impression.4. Teacher shows another dialogue, there is a new word in this dialogue, salad, teacher shows this word picture and teaches students to read this word. Then teacher uses the same method to teach ice-cream, hamburger, and sandwich.5. Show a picture of two pupils and some drink under them, according to the drink pictures and the dialogue that the two pupils are talking about, teacher leads students to guess the new sentences meaning.6. Students use the different drink words to make a new dialogue, such as what would you like to drink? Id like some milk/orange juice7.
