Educational approach Based on some teaching theory this lesson will stimulate students interest and desire to study the right way to deal with their problems It helps them to get good grades in the school 3 Analysis of teaching material The main target in this lesson is to help students use the patterns How do you study for a test and answer I study by working with a group Make them focus on the structure I study by v ing especially the form of verbs Students learn to talk about how to study Such topic is very useful to students It s helpful to raise all the students interest in English study Either more or less advanced students will benefit 4 Analysis of students As ninth graders students have the basic and the ability of learning English but there are still some students who are not good at English and then they lose their interest and confidence to learn English So I must lead students to find out the best ways of study and encourage students to face the difficulties bravely and overcome them 教 学 目 标 After this class 1 most students can learn the key words and phrases by heart e g textbook conversation aloud pronunciation sentence patient work with friends ask the teacher fo r help read aloud practice pronunciation 2 after some practice 60 of the students can make a dialogue by asking How do you study for a test or Have you ever studied with a group and by answering I study 60 of the students should learn to talk about the ways of studying English and master the structure v by v ing and the target language 3 improve students listening and speaking skills 教1 Master
