概述 本工程内基坑围护采用钻孔灌注桩与三轴水泥搅拌桩相结合的方式 坑内设置一道钢筋混 凝土支撑 示意如下图 基坑形状如上图所示 内部蓝色线条表示混凝土支撑的设置 外围与钻孔灌注围护桩通过 压顶梁或围檩形成整体的支撑受力体系 钻孔灌注围护桩之外是搅拌桩止水帷幕 搅拌桩起止水帷幕的作用 设计参数为 850 1200 三轴水泥土搅拌桩 按连续套接一 孔法施工 桩心距 600mm 采用 P 042 5 级普通硅酸盐水泥 水灰比 1 5 1 7 有必要可 根据现场实际情况进行调整 水泥掺量为 20 宜通过现场试验确定确定最佳水泥掺入 量 外加剂木质素磺酸钙 用量为水泥用量的 0 2 搅拌桩沿基坑四周全部设置 平面延长米约 400m 搅拌桩底标高 17 7m 2 2 施工部署 搅拌桩和围护钻孔桩总体数量较多 是前期主要的施工内容 并且二者平面距离较近 静 距为 100mm 有相互影响的可能 故基于工艺考虑的施工顺序安排对于总体工期的控制 都非常关键 图纸中规定的施工顺序是先进行搅拌桩后进行钻孔灌注桩 若钻孔桩在前会出现扩孔和偏 差造成搅拌桩难以下钻 若二者同时或没有足够时间间隔会由于搅拌桩对土体的扰动及形 成的水压对钻孔桩成桩不利 易造成塌孔 现场拟投入一台三轴搅拌桩机 按每天两个台班施工计算 每天完成 30 米 单项工期约 1 5 天 期间将分段插入钻孔灌注桩的施工 为了保证桩机的安全移位和施工现场的整 洁 需要使用挖机在搅拌桩桩位上预先开挖沟槽 根据放样出的水泥土搅拌桩围护中心线 用 0 4m3 小挖掘机沿围护中心线平行方向开掘工 作沟槽 根据本工程搅拌桩直径 取槽宽约 1 0m 深度约 0 6 1 0m 场地遇有地下障碍物时 利用镐头机将地下障碍物破除干净 如破除后产生过大的空洞 则需回填压实 重新开挖沟槽 开挖沟槽余土应及时处理 以保证工法正常施工 并达到文明施工工地要求 沟槽尺寸示意图 2 6 4 设置导架与孔位放样 在垂直沟槽方向放置两根定位型钢 规格为 200 200 长度 2 5m 再在平行沟槽方向放 置两根定位型钢规格为 300 300 长约 8 12m 转角处 H 型钢采取与围护结构中心线成 45 插入 H 型钢定位采用 H 型钢定位卡 由现场技术员根据设计图纸和测量控制点放出桩位 桩位平面偏差不大于 2cm 本工程使 用的三轴搅拌机桩径为 850mm 轴心距为 600mm 搅拌桩搭接 250mm 三轴搅拌桩采 用套打一孔工艺 因此桩心距为 1200mm 在沟槽两侧定位型钢以 1200mm 为间距 用红 色油漆做好标记 保证搅拌桩每次准确定位 2 6 5 桩机就位与垂直度校正 用卷扬机和人力移动搅拌桩机到达作业位置 并调整桩架垂直度达到 0 5 以上 在桩机上 焊接一半径为 5cm 的铁圈 10m 高处悬挂一铅锤 利用经纬仪校直钻杆垂直度 使铅锤 正好通过铁圈中心 每次施工前必须适当调节钻杆 使铅锤位于铁圈内 即把钻杆垂直度 误差控制在 0 5 内 桩机移位由当班机长统一指挥 移动前必须仔细观察现场情况 移位要作到平稳 安全 桩机定位后 由当班机长负责对桩机桩位进行复核 偏差不得大于 20mm 为便于成桩深度的控制 施工前应在钻杆上做好标记 控制搅拌桩桩长不得小于设计桩长 当桩长变化时擦去旧标记 做好新标记
