Good morning, everyone. Its my pleasure to be here sharing this lesson with you. The content of my lesson is Ill begin this lesson from five parts: analysis of teaching materials, teaching methods, studying methods, teaching procedure and blackboard design. First, let me talk about Part 1 Teaching materialsThis unit is about. By studying this passage, well enable students to learn that . This lesson not only teaches the students to learn but also learning ability in English. After analyzing the teaching materials and the students learning background, according to new standard curriculum and syllabus, I think the teaching aims are:Knowledge objects1) Students can hear, read and use the main sentence patterns2) Students can understand the key structure of the language.3) Students can use the words and sentence patterns to express themselves.Ability objects1) To improve the students ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing.2) To train the students ability of working in pairs.3) To develop the students ability of reading especially skimming and scanning.Emotion objectsBy reading this passage, students can learn thatPart 2 Teaching methodsAccording to modern social communication theories, I adopt Situational language teaching method and Task-based language teaching method in my teaching. That is to say, Ill let my students have a better understanding of the language.Part 3 Studying methodsStudents of this stage are quick in thought and theyre eager to show what they know. They have the ability to express themselves. But theyre lack of cultural background and geography knowledge and theyre not brave enough to show themselves. So Ill teach my students the following studying methods.1. Basic learning strategy Students can get the meaning of words and expressions.2. Practice strategyPractice can help students have a better understanding of the language.Part 4 Teaching procedureI say to learn is to use. In this lesson, students are English learners and real master. Therefore, as a successful teacher, I will act as a guider, an organizer and a director who play a role when necessary during the process of language learning.Part 5Blackboard design should be thought for a thing that attracts students attention and let them write down the important teaching points. Ill divide the blackboard into two parts: the left part and the right part. The left part will be used to write down some important vocabulary and grammar. It will be reserved for the whole class. The right part will be used to write down some sentences of words and phrases. And Ill explain them for the students.No matter which step is taken, the purpose is to provide the teachers and students with information and internal demand to improve their
