Confined Spaces 受限空间 1 Scope 范围 a This standard applies to all confined spaces as defined below It is important that all II VI facilities world wide take certain minimum precautions to prevent Before anyone enters a confined space a written confined space permit must be completely filled out and signed off An example permit is attached but the site may use its own permit as long as it
