我国企业安全生产培训工作问题及对策

安全生产培训工作对于企业的安全具有重要的作用与意义 加强企业对安全生产培训 工作的管理力度 提高企业内部员工的综合素质 有利于控制企业过程中的安全事故 提 高企业的效率及质量 促进企业的安全和飞速发展 一 我国企业安全生产培训工作存在的问题 1 培训时间投入不够 有些企业为了让员工尽快投入到工作中 大大缩短了必要的培训时间 安全生产时间 也随之大幅减少 这样员工在工作中技能掌握不够 培训师资一般来说有外聘教师和企业内部人员两种 对外聘教师来说 由于他们对企业的 生产情况了解不深 授课内容通常是理论性和专业性较强 一般适合对企业中高层管理人 员的培训 而企业内部则可以选拔一些在专业技术方面较突出的 理论功底相对较深 传 授能力又比较强的职工 将他们充实到师资队伍中 由于他们来自基层 对生产情况和职 工的技能水平都十分了解 更适合对生产一线的职工进行培训 2 加强培训教材建设 把安全知识融入到各类专业知识中 纵观许许多多的专业知识教材几乎没有针对专业知识提到安全的片断或相关安全要点 等注意事项 往往讲专业而专业 与安全完全割裂开来 我认为每一次培训都是有针对性 的 要针对不同的培训对象 编写不同的教材或讲义 把安全知识融入到教材或讲义中 3 重视安全意识培训 提高职工的安全责任心 安全意识 是人们在潜移默化下的自然反应 加强安全意识的培训相对于安全知识的
