accident occurred no major accident and above no major fire accidents without environmental pollution accidents safety for three consecutive years to maintain stability to good posture Business financial indicators total profits of 255 million Yuan beyond the annual budget of 207 million Yuan beyond the Datang company index 41 89 million Yuan an increase of 1 76 million Yuan FCM assessment at grade four Energy power supply standard coal completing 312 25 g kWh down 0 1 g kWh integrated auxiliary power consumption ratio in 5 12 down 0 26 pollutant emissions performance greatly reduced compared to last year carbon 0 09 g kWh sulfur dioxide 0 104 g kWh NOx 0 512 g kWh dust removal efficiency of more than 99 8 Reliability index equivalent availability factor in 93 47 increased 7 95 from a year earlier Equivalent forced outage rate 0 08 0 16 reduction over the same period a year earlier Major achievements first we should adhere to the two management system basis strengthening technological research strengthen hidden hazards control and intrinsic safety Enterprise construction took new steps The two management system for improvement Focus on promoting the power of the company management system and the application and implementation of the safety loop five star management system improve the safety management system realize the system of safety control Further 管理规定管理规定 3 1 本公司存在的主要废气污染源 a 备配煤 备配煤过程中煤炭运输 堆存 破碎产生的粉尘 b 炼熄焦 炼焦过程中大气污染源主要由焦炉装煤 推焦 炉门泄漏 炉顶 逸散及焦炉烟囱 熄焦等污染源组成 其中焦炉装煤 推焦 炉门泄漏 炉顶逸散为低矮面源的无组织排放 炼焦过程主要污染物为 SO2 烟尘 BaP CO 等 c 化产回收 化产回收主要大气污染源为硫铵干燥系统排放出含 NH3 等的尾 气及粗苯加热炉排放废气和工艺装置无组织排气 主要污染物为 H2S HCN NH3等 3 2 废气污染源防治与管理规定 3 2 1 储运车间对煤焦厂料堆要加强覆盖 长期不使用或倒运的料堆必须覆盖 同时要提高煤场大棚储存量 使用效率要在 80 以上 3 2 2 加强布袋除尘器的使用与管理 确保设备正常运转 除尘器检修必须征 得有关部门和领导的同意 3 2 3 储运车间要每天不低于两次对煤场 焦场 捣鼓站等粉尘开敞场所进行 洒水 降低粉尘的产生量 3 2 4 炼焦车间必须要加强消烟除尘车 拦焦车 地面除尘设备的使用与管理 确保设备正常运转 设备停用与检修 必须征得有关部门和领导的同意 3 2 5 加强上升管 炉门与除尘孔的管理 确保无烟率 99 3 2 6 化产车间要加强对各类塔 槽 罐体的管理 确保放散气体全部进入洗 净塔 并确保正常使用 3 2 7 焦炉荒煤气在事故状态下放散 炼熄焦废水 炼焦过程产生的废水主要为水封及熄焦废水 熄焦废水设沉淀池 废水经 沉淀后循环使用 不外排 水封水送水处理工段 主要污染物为 COD 挥 发酚 硫化物等 b 化产工艺废水 化产工艺废水来源于鼓冷剩余氨水 粗苯分离及废脱硫液等 主要污染物 为挥发酚 氨氮 氰化物 石油类等 c 其他废水 煤气管道冷凝液 含氰化物 石油类 挥发酚等 生活及化验废水 主要污染物为 COD SS NH3 N 等 循环水排污 含 SS 盐分等 3 2 管理规定 3 2 1 生产工艺废水处理规定 1 储运车间负责炼焦水封及煤气管道冷凝液的搜集 厂区内煤气管线水封和厂至泡花碱 厂煤气水封共检 17 个 要严格禁止冷凝液外溢 搜集后冷凝液送水处理工段进行生化处理 2 炼焦车间熄焦废水必须经沉淀后循环使用 不得外排 3 化产回收产生的剩余氨水和粗苯分离水 必须经蒸氨塔将废水中氰化物 氨等杂质蒸 出 蒸氨后的废水去生化处理装置 3 2 2 其它废水处理规定 生活及化验废水送水处理工段进行处理 提倡节约用水 减少排放 具体要求如下 1 食堂 餐厅 严禁将食物加工废料 食物残渣及剩饭等直接倒入下水道 应倒入专 用器具内 包括用餐者 由专人负责清理 尽量使用无磷洗涤剂清洗餐具 按有 关规定设立隔油池 2 卫生间污水排放处设过滤筐 将茶水等含有杂物的污水倒入筐内 杂物由清洁工每 天清除 并将过滤后的污水倒入下水道 3 办公区不准清洗车辆 车辆要到指定的加油站进行清洗 4 检查考核办法检查考核办法 1 公司安全环保部和总经办分别负责日常生产 生活废水的监督检查 公司清 洁办每星期组织环境卫生小组 在检查卫生情况的同时 对公司区域内污 水控制情况进行检查 2 生产工艺废水不得出现外溢情况 否则罚款 50 元 处 3 禁止浪费生活用水的行为 水龙头长流水 罚所属区域单位 50 元 处
