温州VTS用户指南GUIDELINES FOR WENZHOU VTS USERS 温州VTS简介温州VTS系统由一个VTS中心和四个雷达站组成：温州VTS中心（280115.85N；1204113.35E）平阳嘴雷达站 （272831.38N；1204053.34E）北麂岛雷达站 （273743.63N；1211224.77E）鹿西岛雷达站 the VTS.北区瓯江港区航道： 自报告线进口后，经圆屿锚地南至青菱屿锚地，沿瓯江8号灯浮进入航道，在航道内按照灯浮引导航行注意：在经过圆屿锚地及穿越青菱屿锚地时关注其他锚泊船，保持安全距离通过瓯江11-13号灯浮航槽底宽最窄，避免交会。瓯江19-22号灯浮航道两侧常见新船锚泊舾装。28号灯浮南侧海图水深小于5m。进出航道、靠离码头时应关注其他船舶动态。大门岛东南侧岛边渔网、渔栅较多。Oujiang River Port Area Channel: Enter from the report line, aross the south of Yuanyu anchorage and Qinglingyu anchorage, Sail along Oujiang No. 8 light buoy to enter the channel, then sailing in accordance with the light buoy in the channel.Attention:Pay attention to the anchored ship,keep safe distance when crossing the Yuanyu anchorage and Qinglingyu anchorage.D11-D13 buoy bottom width of channel is narrow, avoid meeting.The new ships often launch on both sides of D19-D22 buoy.Nautical chart water depth is less than 5m on the south side of No 28 light buoy.Ships in and out of the channel, berth and unberth, should pay attention to other ships. There are many fishing nets, fishing grid around the southeast of Damendao Island.大小门港区航道： 自报告线进口后，经圆屿锚地取航向345，至W1灯浮左正横0.1海里，改航向316，经W2灯浮，至W4灯浮右正横0.1海里，改航向304，至W5灯浮右正横，改航向264，至码头。注意：在经过圆屿锚地及乌星屿锚地时关注锚泊船，保持安全距离通过。W5灯浮北侧附近常有小型船舶锚泊。航道宽度400米，设标宽度600-700米。小门岛老鼠屿与乌星屿之间存在回转流。乌星屿南侧有一处水深8.6米的暗礁。每年11月至次年4月渔汛期，航道两侧渔网、渔栅较多。黄大峡水道南侧有客船横越，注意避让。鹿西岛和大门岛之间存在海底电缆。Damendao and Xiaomendao port area Channel: From Yuanyu Archorage course 345,to 0.1 nmiles distance life abeam of W1 buoy, course 316,to 0.1 nmiles distance right abeam of W4 buoy ,course 304,to right abeam of W5 buoy, course 264, to port.Attention:Pay attention to the anchored ship,keep safe distance when crossing the Yuanyu anchorage and Wuxinyu anchorage.Channel width is 400 meters,width for set buoy is 600-700 meters.There are rotary currents between Laoshuyu Island and Wuxingyu Island. Small ships often anchor at the north side of W5 Lighthouse,There are passenger ships crossing the south of Huangdaxia Channel, Pay attention to avoid.There are submarine cables and pipelines between Luxi Island and Damendao Island.状元岙港区航道：自报告线进口后，经M1灯浮航行至大笔架屿灯桩方位168，距离0.6海里，转向230，航行至小笔架礁灯桩方位257，距离0.74海里，转向240，航行至状元岙码头前沿。沿途有导航灯标。注意：从大笔架屿至码头航程约3.8海里，水道狭窄，笔架屿与状元岙之间自然水道宽度0.3海里。大笔架屿、园屿周围0.1海里为险恶地，青山岛南偏西方向0.9-1.0海里处乌石礁和龙角礁，均干出；状元岙岛东北侧有小圆礁、鹭鸶礁；笔架礁灯桩周围0.2海里暗礁众多。小青山屿至洞头状元岙段有35kV海底电缆穿越航道，状元岙码头西端与青山岛南侧之间有一条废弃的海底通信电缆。航路沿途渔网、渔栅较多。Zhuangyuanao port area Channel: Enter from the report line, Sail along M1 buoy to Dabijiayu Lighthouse bearing 168, distance 0.6 nmiles, course 230, to Xiaobijiaoyjiao Lighthouse bearing 257, distance 0.74 nmiles, course 240, sailing to the Zhuangyuanao international port. The natural waterway width between the Bijiayu Island and Zhuangyuanao is 0.3 nmiles。0.1 nmiles around Dabijiayu Island and Yuanyu Island is dangerous;Two reef at 0.9-1.0 miles distance of South West of Qingshan Island ; northeast side of Zhuangyuanao Island has two reef; Numerous reefs are at 0.2 miles around Bijiajiao Lighthouse.There is a 35kv submarine cable across the channel between Xiaoqingshanyu Island and Zhuangyuanao, There is an abandoned submarine communications cable between Zhuangyuanao international port and the south of Qingshan Island.Many fishing nets, fishing grid around channel.南区南、北向船舶在该水域按照浙江沿海及主要港口航行指南推荐西航路航行：北上船从上马鞍岛灯桩方位0903.2海里进入VTS管理区，航向224至冬瓜屿灯桩270方向2.5海里处，改航向233，至北摆屿方位350、距离1.2海里离开VTS管理区；南下船舶则取相反航向航行。注意：该水域常年有大量渔船穿越航路，特别是在特定的时间段（台风、冷空气等恶劣气象过后；开渔节等）。在冬瓜屿航段以及南麂岛航段有
