(2) Show some pictures of different school rules through the media,asking the students to talk about school rules,to arouse the students interests in learning.(3) The students will take part in some activites like working in pairs,discussing and playing games in groups to improve their abilities of using language.情感，态度与价值观：（1） Strengthen the students collective sense of honor and cooperative spirit by means of group activities,group competition and group discussion.（2） Foster the students attitude towards school rules 教学重难点：教学重点：（1） Master all the new words and phrases.（2） Master imperative sentences fluently. 教学难点： How to express the students attitudes by imperative sentences correctly教学准备：media chalk recorder etc.教学方法：pair work.,group work, games,task-based课型：listening and speaking课时：1 period教学步骤： Step 1 Revision Get a review of the important points of unit 3.Ask the students to make conversations in pairs.Then share some ones. Step 2 Presentation 1.Give the students 3 minutes to learn the new words and expressions in groups.Then ask some students to come to the blackboard to finish the sentences without books.After checking the answers,give the best one a praise. 2.Lead the students to read the new words,next show them a picture on the computer and ask them to use some phrases to summarize what they see.Write down the answers on the blackboard. Eg: run in the hallway listen to music arrive late for class eat in the classroom etc 3. Give the students a question “Can we do these things at school?” They will answer no.Then tell them “We cant do sth “means “Dont do sth ,please.”Next, add dont to each phrase they said just now to form the school rules.Finally，show them the school rules on the computer. 4. Game: I can read it .Give the students 3 minutes to read the school rules themselves. Next ask some students to read them for us,give the best one a praise,Then lead them read the rules together and get the Chinese meanings of them. Step 3 Practice 1.Do the listening work of 1b.First, give the students one minute to read it.Next,listen to the tape twice.The first time ,just listen and do nothing ,Then,listen again and do the exercise.Finally,check the answer. 2.Game:I can repeat.Ask the students listen to the tape for the third time, stop the tapescripts sentence by sentence ,let the students repeat it sentence by sentence.Give the best one a praise.3. Let the students look at all the sentences they met today to find out the rules of them, next explain the imperative sentences to them on the computer and blackboard.Then share some examples.4. Discussion.Let the students discuss in groups what other rules they can think of at school with the help of the picture .Then share their answers after 3minutes.Step 4 Consolidation Ask and answers in pairs to talk about the schools after the example. Eg:A:What are the school rules? B:well,we cant arrive late for class.We must be on time.Then share some ones.Step 5 Summary1. Ask the students to sum up the content in this period.2.
