Show the pictures of weather ,ask students to say out the weather. T:Hows the weather? S s:Its raining/ rainy /windy/cloudy/ sunny/snowing/snowy.2. Read the words.3. Students make conversations in pairs.Step3 Practice1. Give students some signs about weather,ask them to guess the meanings of them .Then talk about the weather of 5 cities.E g: How is the weather in . .?-Its. .2.Look at a Chinese map.Talk about the weather again in groups. (Do a discussion)3.Present to the class.Step4 Do a guessing game.(Group work)1. Look at the pictures,have students guess what they are doing.(A student guess,the others ask what he/she /they is/are doing.)2. If they answer correctly,give them prizes.(candies)Step5 Listening practice (1b,2a,2b)1. Listen to the tape first time ,finish 1b,2a,2b.2. Listen to the second time, check the answers.3.
