If you go to the party , you will have a great time !周庆恩中学 费艳婕一、教材分析本单元语言目标是用if条件从句谈论结果。 在Section A中,涉及到了三个话题:话题一:以不同的方式去参加聚会会出现的各种结果。话题二:在各种可能的时间举行一次班级聚会会出现的各种结果。话题三:在参加End of Year Party 时如果不遵守聚会规则会出现的各种结果。本课时是一般将来时态的延续,为正确运用这个时态提供场景,也为条件状语复合句的学习奠定基础,具有承前启后的作用;就整个单元来说它既是本单元的基本语言内容,又为本单元的知识扩展和语言综合运用奠定基础。二、教学目标:通过谈论图片和身边常见的话题,学会本单元Section A中的单词及词组,学会if引导的条件状语从句的用法:即用if条件状语从句作出假设,用will来谈论结果。三、教学重、难点:1、教学重点:词汇:Jeans organize take away flower clean-up let sb in 句型 :If you do , you will . .2、 教学难点: 一是学生方面,要掌握if引导的条件状语从句,主句用一般将来时,从句用一般现在时 ,二是教师方面,要找出多个适合操练条件状语从句的语言环境。4、 教学过程:Step 1: listen to a song Sing a song “If you are happy” together. T: Are you happy ?S: Yes .T: If you are happy , what will you do ?Ss:Clap hands (sing a song ,dance, stomp your feet.)T:Iam happy today ,Do you know if Im happy , what will I do ?Ss : guessT: I will have a party. Can you come to my party? Ss: Yes , wed love to. T: I think if you go to the party, youll have a great time. T: Today we are going to learn Unit 5 If you go to the party, youll have a great time! (Write “Unit 5 If you go to the party,youll have a great time! on the blackboard.) Teacher show some pictures and students guess “What are these ?”the teacher teaches the words and phrases in Unit5 Step2 :Give the students five minutes to remember these words ,then play a game of competition to remember these words and phrases(divide the students into four groups . The winner will get some presents )Step3 : Use the words and phrases to make some conversations .Eg:T : If you go to my party , what will you wear ? S :If I go your party ,I will wear jeans . T :If you do , I wont let you in .Others practice like this . The teacher can give some sentences. Eg: If you go to my party , how will you go there ? If you go to my party ,who will you go with ? Step4: Group work T: divide the class into some groups, 4students in a group to talk about :”what will you do if you have a lot of money?” “What will you do if you have a robot?” Step5 : Step 5: Competition. Make the sentences using the words below if will she, call me, I, tell her about it he ,come, next weekend, I ,tell you not rain , go hiking ,this afternoon no war, the world, more beautiful, she, not exercise enough, heavier he, have free time, go to Shanghai , you, eat too much, have a stomachache For example: she, call me,. I, tell her about it. - If she calls me, I will call her about it. Step 6: Play Games Chain story (接龙) A: If Im free tomorrow, Ill go shopping. B: If I go shopping, Ill buy a lot of food. C: If I buy a lot of food, Ill eat it. D: If I , will/wont E: Step7 : Exercises: Fill in the blanks with the words given. 1. The students will go to the Summer Palace if it _ (not rain) tomorrow. 2. If he _(walk) to school, hell be late. 3. If she likes it, she _ (read) it soon. 4. If you play computer games on weekdays, you _ (be) tired. 5. If you _(work) hard, your dream will come true. 6. If she _(study) hard, She will go to Beijing University. 7. If it _ ( rainy )tomorrow, I will play the piano. 8. If I _(have) much money in the future, I will travel all over the world. Step8 : Summary T: What have you learned in this lesson? Who can sum up ? S1: If 引导的条件状语从句,主句是将来时,从句用一般现在时。T: Perfect! You are really the best.
