The 1st period SectionA 1a-1c版本人教版新目标英语八下学 校杜曲樊村中学教 者王 媛年 级八年级学 科英语I.教材分析TextbookAnalysis在Unit1学习关于身体疾病和Unit3学习在家里做家务及与家人交流生活琐事的语言的基础上,本单元继续学习生活学习心理有困惑如何处理的语言,学会运用Why dont you?,并巩固should和could的用法。本节的教学内容为第一课时听说教学。谈论学生常见的5种问题及建议,在两部分听力练习后运用目标语言做对话演练。要学会allow 的用法,学会短语get into a fight with,surprise sb.,too much和too many的区别,Why dont you?的用法。学生表述自己的problems会是教学难点,也是重点之一。可以将problems分为学习方面、朋友方面、父母方面三类,帮助学生快速突破难点。在表达建议时可以简单用Why dont you talk with your parents?,也可以Why dont you read books ?等回答。教学时复习should和cuold,talk to及take to,have to 等。从对话活动让学生学会有问题积极要沟通的处事方式(1a-1b)及积极采纳别人建议的态度。II.学情分析Teaching Analysis学生在第一单元学习了身体不适的问答,会用Whats the matter?和should ,could.本节课在此基础上学习Whats wrong?和Why dont you?.他们很容易进入谈困惑和给建议的话题。谈及学生心理和学习的问题他们也很乐于表达和了解,这为教学提供了很好的学习心理准备。但学生一节课要掌握6种问题的英文表达是个挑战,因为这5个句子都较长,虽然是单句。故设计小组合作练习对话然后随机选择内容表演来激发他们表达的欲望,以期记住目标语言。由于学生的基础和学习习惯能力等因素,我在第一课时教授1a-1c,其中对学生表达自己困惑的用语做了拓展,让学生用更多的形容词和过去式来表达。 III.教学目标TeachingObjectivesKnowledge Objectives: Learn these words and be able to read and write these words:wrong,allow sb. to do sth.,get into a fight withsb.,at midnight,surprise sb.,wait that long,so that2.Learn and use the structures to talk about problems: 1)Whats wrong? 2) have to. 3) have too many/much 4) got into a fight with. 5)dont/doesnt allow me to. 6) Why dont you?Ability Objectives:Train students listening ,speaking skills.Emotion Objectives:If you have problems,talk with your parents,friends or teachers.There are always ways to solve problems.IV.重点Teaching Key points oflanguage1.The expressions of the problems and advice.2.The structures of how to express your problems and give advice.难点TeachingDifficultPoints of languageMake conversations freely and correctly using the target language. V.课前准备Video clips about students problems in life.VI.教学方法 Make a duty report ,create the real situations and have competitions to arouse and keep the interest. Show students different means of problems through ppt. Practice the target languages though pair work and group work.VII.Teaching procedures教学过程Teaching activities教学活动LearningActivities学生学习活动Stratigies& purposes策略和设计意图Step1 Lead-inAs usual,the student on duty tells something in last lesson.He or she focuses on the housework he did last weekend. Ss listen and watch.They think about helping at home.Some students may share their ideas from the student on duty.Warm up and lead to the new lesson.Step2 Presentation1.Play a video on trouble between a teenager and his parents.2.Lead Ss to find the key words and expressions that need to learn and write them on the Bb.3.Lead to Why dont you talk with your parents? Ss watch the video to find the problems.Then learn the new words, expressions, and structures.Provide Ss with a real situation and have Ss get invoived in the class.Teach the main and difficult words,such as get into a fight with,have too much/many ,etc.Step3 Drill1.T shows the different problems through ppt. 2.Make conversations between T and S for examples, Then S and S.Ss watch ppt .First learn,then make conversations by themselves to practice.Make Ss skill the new words and structures.Step4 Listening 1.T introduces the listening task and plays the tape1b.2.Organize to check the answers. Ss watch the picture in 1b,listen to the tape and finish the task.A volenteer reports the anwers by using proper sentences as possible. The group gets scores.Guide Ss to know how to use the target language. Practice listening skill.Step5 Competition.Pairwork1c1.Tell Ss the rules of the competion.2. Pairwork as 1c according to the pictures in 1a. Assign Ss to practice it with their partners.3. Act and comment their performing and give them scores.Ss practice in pairs for 2 minutes.One pair act in the front.After that, another pair ask and answer about the conversition acted.The groups get scored.
