Unit 6 I am watching TV . 教学目标: （一）知识目标1.初步了解现在进行时的用法；掌握现在进行时的句子结构特征；现在分词的构成规则。2.词汇：newspaper, read a newspaper, use, soup, make soup, wash, movie, go to the movies readanewspaper,talkonthephone, make soup等九个短语。3.句型：Whatareyoudoing? ImwatchingTV. Whatshe/shedoing? He/Sheswashing the dishes. Whataretheydoing?Theyrelistening to a CD. （二）能力目标 在情景中通过合作交流，使用动词短语，谈论日常生活中人们正在做的事, 并能做问答练习。将现在进行时灵活适时地运用到日常学习和生活中去。 （三）情感目标通过描述日常生活中人们正在做的事，培养学生能就发生的事情做现场报道，关注身边的生活，激发学习热情。教学重点： What are you doing? Free talk and Leading-in 1.T: asks:Whatare wedoing?We are having an English class .I am teaching English.You are learning English.What are you doing? .(设计意图：老师和学生互动，让学生体会现在进行时，并引导出句型What are you doing? I am learning English领会现在进行时态。为接下来的学习做好铺垫.)2.Show some pictures of activities on the screen and present the sentence structure.T: Whats she/he doing? Ss: She/He is playing basketball Ask and answer in pairs and then Ask groups of students to practice the target language.（设计意图：通过多媒体有趣图片的展示，让学生学习和感受现在进行时的第三人称的结构和用法以及现在分词的构成，反复训练并为下一步学习和听力训练做好准备）Step 2 Presentation现在进行时态1. 定义：表示现在或现阶段正在进行的动作。2.构成：主语+be动词（am /is /are）+动词+ing形式现在分词的构成：1) .一般情况直接加-ing。如： cleaning reading 2.)以不发音e结尾的词，去e加-ing。如：making using3.)以一个辅音字母结尾的重读闭音节词，双写末尾辅音字母，再加-ing。如：swimming running肯定句：be（am /is /are）+动词ing。否定句：be（am /is /are）+not+动词ing。一般疑问句：Be+主语+动词ing。特殊疑问句：特殊疑问词+一般疑问句肯定回答：Yes，主语+be动词（am /is/are）。否定回答：No，主语+be动词（am /is/are）+not。Step 3 Presentation&Practice 1.New words and phrase 教学单词newspaper,soup wash,use, 和相关词组read a newspaper,use the computer,make soup,wash the dishes,。 2.Practice出示图画， 再通过图片展示第三人称复数。展示并学习新句型 What are you doing? -I am -Whats he/she doing?-He/She is. -What are they doing? -They are 句型结构。1)出示图画，要求学生注意第三人称单数和动词的变化。再通过图片展示第三人称复数。 2)说一说：-Whats he/she doing?-He/She is. 3)猜一猜：-What are they doing? -They are Step3 Work on 1a-2c 1. 学生分组完成1a动词短语与图片的匹配任务。 2. 出示教材1a图讨论What are the people doing in Pictures?用词组making soup，washing the dishes，using the computer，reading a newspaper等。 3.Listening practice: 1)将人物名字与1a的活动匹配，学生边听边完成1b任务。 4 Pairwork: T: Please look at the picture and make conversations in pairs. (The students ask and answer in pairs according to the picture.) Ask some pairs to present their conversations to the class . Eg. A:Whats he doing? B:Hes using the computer. A:What are they doing? B:They are listening to a CD. 通过练习让学生掌握-Whats he/she doing?-He/She is.以及-What are they doing? -They are 句型结构。 Step4Listening practice: 1)让学生阅读2a的两个问题，教师播放一遍录音，学生独立完成2a任务，然后请两组学生进行问答，核对答案 。 2) 先让学生阅读2b对话，猜猜要要填写的内容，再放录音，学生边听边记录。全班核对答案，出示ppt。3)让学生两人一组朗读并表演2b对话，完成2c任务。 Step 3 Consolidation 1. 让学生总结一下现在分词的构成，教者补充讲解。出示ppt22，让学生将1a短语中的现在分词的动词原形写下来。watch watching，cleancleaning，readreading，talktalking，listenlistening，useusing，makemaking，washwashing，exerciseexercising。2.
