The air is badly polluted. No scientific studies have showed that shark fins are good for health. We should help save the sharks. 2. 技能目标: 主要提升学生的阅读能力,掌握略读、跳读、复述、画思维导图等技巧。3. 情感目标: 引导学生用实际行动拯救地球,尤其是关注、拯救濒危动物。二、教学重难点: 1. 教学重点:(1)能掌握阅读技巧。 (2)保护环境、拯救鲨鱼的措施方法。2. 教学难点:画思维导图。三、教学步骤:Step 1 Greetings.Step 2 Revision .Q1: Why are we trying to save the earth? (Because the earth is badly polluted.)Q2: How can we save the earth?(1. Cut down pollution-air pollution, water pollution, noise pollution)Step 3 Daily Report.Ask a student to give a report about how to cut down air pollution. Step 4 Lead-in 1. T: On the earth, there are not only human beings, but also animals. However, some of the animals are endangered. So, if we want to save the earth, we should also save endangered animals. Today, lets learn a passage about endangered animals. 2. Ask students to read the learning aims together.Step 5 Pre-reading1. Free talkQ1:Have you ever seen a shark? Where?Q2:What do you know about sharks?Q3:Do you think sharks can be endangered? Why?2. Watch a video of “shark finning”.3. What do you learn from the video?Step 6 While-reading1. Task four- Retell the passage with the help of pictures.Step 7 Post-reading1.Work in groups and try to make the mind map in order. 2. Ask students to show their mind map in groups. Retell the passage again.3. Show the picture of Yao Ming.T: The famous basketball player Yao Ming once said, “when the buying stops, the killing can too!” What can we do to save the sharks? How?教学反思:本次我上的是一节阅读课,由于是9年级最后的单元,内容难度较大。在英语教学和学习中,阅读一直占据着相当重要的地位。阅读不仅能帮助学生获取信息、开阔视野、丰富语言文化知识,还能促进听、说、写等其他语言能力积极地发展;而且,阅读在培养学生的思维能力、分析能力和理解能力等方面有着不可替代的作用。 兴趣是学习最好的老师,枯燥的练习和单调的训练将磨灭孩子们的阅读兴趣。在拟定教学设计之初,我就确定要把任务型教学活动渗透到阅读练习中。在Pre-Reading环节中, 我通过daily report以及watch a video 让孩子们复习语言知识,导入阅读课题。在while-reading的训练中,设计了判断T/F, match main ideas, fill in the blanks 等活动,顺利完成阅读后的输出,为后面的写作打好基础,让学生有话可写,有话想写。在Post-reading,设计了一起宣誓抵制鱼翅、拼思维导图、写倡议书等环节。丰富多彩、形式多样的活动,吸引学生主动、积极地参与阅读中,使学生对篇章的结构、内容及融合的知识
