英语课堂实录及教学反思武汉开发区军山中学 曹会玲Step 1 Before giving the new lesson, read the words and phrases of Unit 11 together. Each three times.Step 2 T: Today well learn “Unit 11 How was your school trip? Section A (1a-2c)”. At first, look at the learning aims of this lesson. We did some exercises before our class. Now Ill ask a student to tell us the rules to change regular verbs into the past forms. (Ask One student to answer.)Step 3 Warm up T: What did I do last weekend? Can you guess? You can say it freely. (Then show some phrases: washed the clothes /watched TV/went shopping/visited my mother/played sports/met an old friend.) T: May I ask you a question? Why did I use “washed/watched/went/visited/played/met”, but not “wash/watch/go/visit/play/meet”? S1: Because theyre in the past. T: Yes, youre right. So please remember: When we talk about the past, we must use the Simple Past Tense and the verbs should use the past forms. Now lets talk about “What did you do this morning?”(Ask some students to say , then show some phrases :brushed the teeth/washed face/had breakfast/rode a bike/cleaned the classroom/read books.)Step 4 T: Now look at the picture:This is a farm. Last week Carol and his classmates had a school trip. They went to the farm. What did they do on the farm?/How was their school trip? (Then look at the pictures and ask some students to tell the phrases: 1.went for a walk 2.milked a cow 3.rode a horse 4.fed chickens 5.talked with a farmer 6.took some photos)T: Then do 1a Match the phrases with the pictures. (Ask one student to answer.)T: Then read the phrases and try to write them down. (Ask one student to write them on the blackboard. The teacher says Chinese, the students write English.)Step 5 T: Now do 1b Listen and circle the three things Carol did on her school trip in 1a.(Ask one student to do it on the blackboard. But he didnt do it well. So I have to get the students to listen to the tape three times. Then check the answers: 1.milked a cow 2.went for a walk 3.talked with a farmer)Step 6 T: Now 1c work in pairs: Ask and answer questions about the pictures. Make conversations like this: A: Did he/she ? B: Yes, he/she did./No, he/she didnt. (Six pairs make conversations like this:S1: Did they take any photos? S2: No, they didnt.S3: Did he milk a cow? S4: Yes , he did. S5: Did she talk with a farmer? S6: Yes, she did. S7: Did he feed chickens? S8: No, he didnt.S9: Did he ride a horse? S10: No, he didnt.S11: Did they go for a walk? S12: Yes, they did. During the students speaking, the teacher corrects some mistakes.)Step 7 T: Now look at 2a Listen and check the questions you hear. Before listening, lets read the questions together. _ What did the farmer say? /_ Did you grow any apples?/_ What did you see? /_ Do they grow apples?/_ Did you learn anything? /_ Did you eat them?/_ Did you ask him any questions? /_ Were they good?(After correcting the pronunciations, read again. Then do the listening. Ask one student to tell the answers and then check the answers.)Step 8 T: Now 2b listen again and Circle T for true or F for false.1. The farmer showed Carol around the farm. T F 2. Carol learned a lot about farming. T F3. The farmers grow strawberries from December to June. T F 4. The farmers dont grow apples. T F5. Carol picked some strawberries and took them home. T F(Ask one student to tell the answers and then check the answers.)Step 9 T: Now 2c work in groups: One student ask questions and the other students answer, just like this: A: What did you do last weekend? /B: _ A: How/What about you? /C: _ A: And you? /D: _ (Theres no enough time for them to get ready and act the conversations out. At last, only one group showed the conversations and didnt do it well.)Step 10 T: Now please answer this question quickly: 1. Whats the most important grammar we have learned in this lesson? Ss: The Simple Past Tense. T: Then please find out the past forms of the regular verbs and the irregular verbs in this lesson. Ss: The past forms of the regular verbs are: milked/talked/showed/learned/picked The past forms of the regular verbs are: was/did/went/rode/saw/fed/took/were T: At last, do the exercises quickly.1. Did you do your homework?(作否定回答) _, _ _. 2. He went to Beijing last weekend.(变一般疑问句) _ he _ to Beijing last weekend? 3. My school trip was great.(对划线部分提问) _ _ _school trip? 4. Thank you for listening.教学反思武汉开发区军山中学 曹会玲一 教材分析:这是第十一单元的第一课时。学生第一次正式接触“一般过去时”。在前面学习了“一般现在时”的基础上,学习动词的过去式和借助助动词来完成一般疑问句等句型转换,两者有相似之处,可以借鉴,更好地理解和接受本节课的知识点。本节课以听说练习为主,要求学生能够听懂“一般过去时”的一般疑问句及其简答和特殊疑问句,并能运用这些句式结构表达。二 教学思路:通过前置学习任务,预习本节课要学的新单词和短语、预习规则动词变过去式的四个规则以及不规则动词的过去式,为课堂教学作好充分的准备。先通过教师示范 “What did I do last weekend?”,引出一般过去时的用法,接着通过回答“What did you do this morning?”,让学生自己模仿运用动词的过去式。新课的教学先通过听力活动(1b /2a/2b),输入信息,让学生先接受“一般过去时”的一般疑问句及其简答和特殊疑问句的句式结构,训练学生的听力。再通过口语练习(1c/2c),输出信息,灵
