Maintain good relationship with TN manager 1. 重点要突出，要从TN Manager的角度说明问题 你的Email不要陈述你的EP多么多么的“awesome”、“excellent”，因为每一个EP Manager都会这样讲。你应该从TN的需求出发，讲明“我的EP的哪些特质/经历符合你的TN的需要”-you have to show that your EP is excellent for THIS position, instead of your EP is an excellent person. 2. 邮件的命名要清晰 不要用“An Excellent EP”，“THE EP for YOU”等含混不清的标题，很少有人看。建议的标题应该是“EP from Mainland China applying for WWB Project”, “Application for TN-In-CZ-XXXXXXXX”等明确而又针对性的标题，这样才能保证你的邮件会有人看。 3.
