If these words are important for catching the main idea of the article, we should guess their meanings in the context in order to catch the main idea of the article. Now lets read the letters carefully again. Which words or phrases in the letters have the same or similar meanings as the following in 3c? Write a sentence using each word or phrase. (Show the Chinese meaning and the phonetic symbols of the new words on the PPT.)5. Read aloud. First let them pronounce the new words aloud according to the phonetic symbols by themselves, then check their pronunciation, and offer help if necessary.
