/ /谈电气自动化技术专业生产性实训模式创新中英文翻译On English translation of electrical automation technology specializing in the production of training mode of innovation引言:Introduction.高职院校肩负着服务区域经济,培养面向生产、建设、服务、管理第一线需要的高素质技能型人才的使命。由于高职教育具有职业性、开放性的特点, 大力推行工学结合、校企合作,改革人才培养模式是培养技能型人才的必由之路。工学结合、校企合作是得到世界各国普遍认同的一种职业教育方式。它包括所有以学校与企业部门合作为表现形式的理论知识学习与实践工作相结合的教育形式, 涵盖了德国的“ 双元制”、美国的“ 合作教育”、英国的“ 工读交替式”和日本的“ 产学合作”在内的各国各种职业教育培养模式。如何突破校企合作的困境, 打通工学结合的坦途, 建立长效的校企合作机制, 实现技能型人才的培养目标。近几年来, 西安职业技术学院电气自动化技术专业坚持不断探索、创新校企合作的长效机制, 深化校企合作, 形成了“制产品、砺素能、达标准、取单证”的 “生产性实训”人才培养模式的专业特色。特别是通过构建校企合作、工学结合的“生产性实训平台”,进行生产性实训的教学模式创新,有效地拓展了校企合作的空间, 实现了互惠多赢的效果。Higher vocational colleges have to serve the regional economy, training for the production, construction, service, high-quality skilled personnel need to manage first-line mission. The combination of engineering, school-enterprise cooperation is a kind of occupation education around the world generally accepted. It includes all the school and the enterprise sector cooperation as the theoretical knowledge and practical work in the form of the combination of forms of education, including the German dual system , the United States of America cooperative education , the British sandwich and Japanese industry-university cooperation , all kinds of occupation education mode. How to break through the predicament of school-enterprise cooperation, through combination of road, building the long-term effective mechanism of cooperation, to realize the goal of cultivating talents. In recent years, the Xian Vocational and Technical College electrical automation technology adhere to the long-term mechanism of continuous exploration, innovation school-enterprise cooperation, deepen the school-enterprise cooperation, the formation of the product, Li can be, up to standard, the documents and practical training personnel training mode of professional characteristics. Especially through the construction of school-enterprise cooperation, the combination of production platform , innovation teaching mode of production training, effectively expanding the school-enterprise cooperation in space, to achieve mutually beneficial win-win results.一、生产性实训平台的建立A, productive training platform我们根据教学内容要求,选取了具有多年合作经验的西安专用机床厂作为校企合作单位,该企业是原国家机械部定点生产汽车、拖拉机等发动机修理机床、机具的专业技术厂家,是“中国汽车保修设备协会”常务理事,“中国机床工具工业协会”理事,是集成为科研开发,生产制造,销售为一体的科技先导型企业。产品类型有T81系列缸体轴瓦镗床,T82系列连杆瓦镗床,TM82系列连杆镗磨床,3M97系列缸体平面磨铣床等10个品种21个规格的产品,畅销全国二十九个省市和世界四十多个国家和地区。西安专用机床厂所有机床电气产品的安装调试任务由电气自动化技术专业实训教研室将产品课题化,不同的产品的复杂程度不同、控制方式不同,结合的课题也有所不同。然后组织学生通过生产性实训来完成。在生产性实训中体现了“学做合一”,在“做”中“学”,在“学”中“做”,实训教学与产品加工实训室过程合一,从而在实训中能生产出一定的产品,产生一定的经济效益,降低了实训教学成本。According to the requirements of teaching content, the factory has many years of experience in Xian special machine cooperation as the school-enterprise cooperation unit, the enterprise is the former State Ministry of machinery professional manufacturers fixed-point production car, tractor engine repair machine tools, equipment, is the executive director of China Association of automobile maintenance equipment , director of China Machine Tool Industry Association , is integrated into research and development, manufacturing, sales for the integration of science and technology enterprise.
