Teaching waysTeach students how to use context.Teach students how to use what they have learned to talk about their daily life.Teaching Procedures:Step 1 Greeting.1. Teacher: Ask students some questions about what they did in summer vacations.Step2 Leading inTeacher: There is a very important traditional Chinese festival in September, whats it?Lead Ss to talk about the Mid-Autumn Festival and mooncakes. Ask Ss how often they eat mooncakes.Step3 Free talk Ss ask each other questions about their daily life routines, such as: How often do you drink milk? / How often do you eat vegetables?. according to the flashcards.Step 4 Look and say (1a)Ss look at the words and pictures in (1a), match them and then ask and answer in pairs using the conversation sample in (1b)Step 5 Listening practicePlay the tape for Ss to listen for the first time, circle the answers in (1c)Then Ss listen again, try to fill in the blanks in (1d)Step 6. An interviewWith the information they have filled in (1d), one student interview other members in his / her groups.Step7 ExercisesChoose the best answers to the complete the sentences.Complete the sentences with right words or phrases.Change the sentence forms.Step8.
