Lets talk 教学设计 广东省河源市源城区源南镇双下小学 朱小雅【学情分析】本课时的教学对象是学过两年半英语的五年级学生,他们已具备一定的英语学习能力,生性活泼好动,好奇心强,模仿能力强,有较强的逻辑思维能力和求知欲望。学生在学本节课内容之前,已在五年级下册Unit1学习了句型“When do you? I often .”询问并回答某人的日常作息与周末安排,并能就学校的课程安排时间进行问答,因此本节课月份和活动的话题更能使学生产生浓厚的学习兴趣。本节课的主要任务是让学生学习不同月份的不同活动的表达并用句型“When is ?Its in.”就某个活动在哪个月份举行进行回答。【教学目标】 1、知识目标: (1)能掌握短语 “a few fun things” “sports meet” “Easter party” “school trip”,单词 “April” “May”。 (2)能理解“Lets talk的大意并能用正确的语音、语调朗读对话。 2、能力目标: (1)能在情景中运用句型: “When is ?Its in.”就某个活动在哪个月份举行进行回答。(2) 能够在语境中理解“sports meet” “Easter party” “school trip”的意思。3、情感目标: 能够了解西方复活节的文化知识,通过设计班级日程懂得合理安排自己的学习及生活。【教学重点、难点】 1.重点:(1)掌握短语 “a few fun things” “sports meet” “Easter party” “school trip”,单词 “April” “May”。 (2)理解“Lets talk的大意并用正确的语音、语调朗读对话。2.难点:在情景中运用句型: “When is ?Its in.”就某个活动在哪个月份举行进行回答。【教学准备】 PPT,字条,卡纸【教学过程】Step 1: Warm-up 1.Enjoy the song: The twelve months2.Greeting:T: Good morning, boys and girls. Ss: Good morning, Miss Zhu 3.Guessing game:True or FalseT: Do you like to play games? Lets play a game. Guess about me, true or false.(1)I like apples. ( )T: Apples, peaches, pears and plums are in the song. Guess:Which fruit do I like?Ss:学生猜测(2)I like spring best.( )T: How many seasons are there in a year?Ss: Four.T: What are they?Ss: They are spring, autumn, summer, winter.T:Whats my favourite season?Why?Ss:学生猜测并说明原因T:Actually in spring,I can fly kites,see many flowers,go on a picnic,plant trees and so on.I have a few fun things.(出示、教学“a few fun things”,小组朗读)So I like spring best.(T )(3)I have a trip in April.( )T:(出示四月份的图片)Do you know “April”?(phonics教学“April”“in April”)Guess:I have a trip in April?(出示教师旅行的图片并教学“trip”)No, I have a trip in May.(出示五月份的图片并教学)So thats false.(4)I have an Easter party in May.( )T:Do you know“Easter party”?(教学“Easter party”)Easter is an important festival in western countries.Its the day of Jesus rebirth.They have a few fun things on that day.They often play many games.Colour eggs,roll Easter eggs,look for eggs and meet the Easter Bunny.(边介绍西方复活节的文化边出示图片)I have an Easter party in May?True or false?(出示“Easter party”在四月份的图片)So thats false.【设计意图】 通过唱歌曲“The twelve months”和让学生猜测教师的个人信息,活跃课堂氛围,解决对话中的生词,激发学生学习的兴趣。Step 2: Presentation & practice 1.Lead inT: From my imformation,I have my calendar.(出示日程表:March,plant trees;April,have an Easter party;May,have a trip)引出“calendar”在这里是日程表的意思。T:(出示Unit3的主情景图)Look at the picture.Who are they?Ss:They are Oliver and Wu Yifan.T:What are they talking about?They are talking about the school calendar from January to December.Today well learn Unit 3 My school calendar( 教师揭题,并带读课题:My school calendar。) T: Pay attenrion to Aptil.Easter is in.(引导学生说出April)T:How about the sports meet?(出示学校运动会的图片并教学“sports meet”)When is the sports meet?Ss: Its in April.(带读句子,小组读) T: When is Tree Planting Day?S1: Its in March.T: When is Mothers Day? S2: Its in May.2. Lets tryT: Oliver and Wu Yifan are talking about the school calendar.How about Mike and Zhang Peng? What are they talking about? Please look at the picture. Ss: They are talking about the sports meet.T:(出示邀请函)This is an invitation about the sports meet.Who will go to the sports meet?Listen and tick:Zhang Pengs parents or Mikes parents(学生打开书本完成练习)3.Lets talkT:Zhang Pengs parents will go to the sports meet next Friday.The sports meet must be fun.Listen and circle:What other fun things do they have?A. Easter party and see flowers. B. Easter party and school trip.(教师教授“school trip”并领读,学生拿出work sheet完成练习。) Listen and answer: 1.When is the Easter party?(听第一遍录音回答)2.When is the school trip?(听第二遍录音回答) Listen and choose:(学生拿出work sheet完成练习)Mike: We have _in spring. Its in May. E. When is the party?(请个别学生核对答案,学生尝试朗读会话) Listen and imitate:学生一个个句子进行模仿,提醒注意语调和连读Watch and follow:学生看光盘并跟读Role play学生分男女生读,在小组分角色朗读对话。 4. Lets dub.T: OK, boys and girls, now lets dub.(请一个学生扮演Mike,电脑是Zhang Peng;另一个学生扮演Zhang Peng,电脑是Mike。)【设计意图】通过听对话圈答案,听对话回答,听对话选择,试读,注意语音语调、连读一句句读,男女生读,小组读,配音等课堂活动设计层层递进的任务,有助于学生整体感知对话文本,牢固掌握课上重点教学内容,同时也能有效地提高学生认读的能力。Step 3: Consolidation and extension.T:In the dialogue,we have known a few fun things.(指着板书:Easter party,sports meet,school trip) Do you know any other fun things/activitives?Can you tell me more?S1:S2:S3:T:How about these activitives?(出示图片:singing contest,dancing contest,football match,picture show)1、Design a calendar: T: (出示书本write and talk 部分Zip 和Zoom 对话 的图片)Now, lets help Zip and Zoom to design a calendar.When is the singing contest?Its in May. T: When is ?S1:2、Make our class calendar:T:Thats Zip and Zooms calendar.How about yours?Now group work.Design our class calendar.For example:When is Tree Planting Day? Its in March.I will give you the words bank.Then when you finished,I will invite the reporter to show and report.You can report like this:In my group, we have a few fun things in spring. Tree Planting Day is in March. _and _ are in_,too. .【设计意图】 让学生自己动手操作,运用本节课所学知识制作自己班级的日程表,不仅锻炼学生的语言表达能力,并且培养学生热爱班集体。3、 德育渗透邀请两组同学到讲台汇报展示自己小组制作的班级日程表,并让学生比较两组,更喜欢哪组并说说理由,老师渗透情感教育:我们要合理安排自己的学习和生活。【设计意图】学生通过观察发现本节课所带来的教育意义,让学生自由畅谈。Step 4: Summary T:What we have learnt today?S1:S2:S3:(教师根据板书总结本节课所学并让学生朗读。)【设计意图】由学生自己总结有利于学生对所学知识的输出并且印象更深刻,即使是一个单词,学生也会有成就感。)Step 5: Homework1.
