How do you make a banana milk shake? 课堂实录时间:2015年12月7日地点:北大附中成都为明学校八年级2班授课:陈莉第一课时T:Good morning, boys and girls.S: Good morning, Ms Chen.(由于是借班上课,学生起立问好时,有个别同学把我叫成了他们自己的老师。)T: Today, we will learn Unit 6 How do you make a banana milk shake. First, Lets read the Learning aims.(学生集体朗读本节课的学习目标,PPT展示教学目标)1.能熟练说出制作香蕉奶昔的材料及动词短语。2.能正确使用祈使句和顺序词发布制作步骤的指令。3.能根据所学知识,表达其他奶昔的制作方法。T:OK. Now, Lets have a free talkWhats your favorite fruit? Can you tell me?S1: My favorite fruit is an apple.S2,3,4: Strawberry, orange, pear.Show the pictures on the PPTT: Do you know what they are?Ss: Apple, orange, banana, strawberry, pear, watermelonT: Do you like watermelons?Ss: Yes.T: OK, this is about my favorite fruit. The second question: Whats your favorite drink? Can you tell me? Who can tell me?学生沉默。于是我只有接着说: Do you know drink? Whats the meaning drink?我用喝饮料的动作给学生解释drink.Ss: 饮料。T:Yes, very good.S3: Water.(全体学生都笑了)T: Yes, very good.(我也笑了)S4: Milk. S3:Coffee. S4: Juice.T: Look at here. Do you know what are these?Ss: Yes. Water, milk, tea, coffee, juice, 到milk shake时,学生不会读。我教大家一起读了按照升降调的不同音调分别齐读了两遍。T: Do you know whats the meaning milk shake?Ss: 奶昔(学生根据PPT图片看出来的)T: Yes. Do you like milk shake?Ss: Yes.T: Can you make a banana milk shake?Some students say: Yes. Some students say: No.T: Lets learn how to make a banana milk shake. First, we must know: what do we need?Ss: Banana.(大伙都笑了,因为这个材料是最显而易见的。)T: Yes, you are very clever. Look at some pictures. Who can tell me what we need?S1: We need a banana, milk, ice-cream学生说,我板书。T: OK, thank you. Sit down, please. They are ingredients.(板书ingredients) Whats the meaning” ingredients”? Can you guess?Some students say: 材料。Then show other pictures and ask: What are these? Look at the first picture. Read after me. Blender.(板书 blender)(学生跟读新单词blender)T: And this one, whats this?Ss: Knife.T:How do you spell knife?Ss: K-N-I-F-E.(板书knife)T: So what are these? Theyre tools.(板书tools)Whats the meaning tools?Ss: 工具。T:Yes, very good. OK, now, lets read together.(学生齐读黑板上的单词)(此阶段让学生先认识制作香蕉奶昔的食材和工具,为后阶段的学习做准备。)T:Now, We know the ingredients and the tools of making the banana milk shake. But how do we make it? Do you know?(学生七嘴八舌,没有头绪。)T:Now, lets learn how to make it. I do, you say.我拿出一个香蕉,做出剥香蕉的动作。PPT给出提示:_ the banana.学生根据我的动作,补全提示的句子S5: Peel the banana.板书peel,教读peel, 教读句子:Peel the banana.我拿出小刀做出切香蕉的动作,PPT给出提示:_ the banana.S6:Cut up the banana.板书cut up,并教读短语cut up和句子Cut up the banana.我将刚才切好的香蕉和事先准备的冰淇淋倒入搅拌机里T:Who can say the third step.PPT给出提示:_ the banana and ice-cream _ the blender.S7: Put the banana and ice-cream in the blender.板书:put in, 并带着大家一起读句子。T:Next我将准备好的牛奶倒入搅拌机里。PPT给出提示:_ the milk _ the blender.S8: Pour the milk into the blender.板书:pour into并带着大家一起读句子。T: Now, what will I do?我按下搅拌机的按钮。PPT给出提示:_ the blender.S9: Turn on the blender.板书:Turn on并带着大家一起读句子。T:Finally我将做好的香蕉奶昔倒出来做出准备喝的动作。PPT给出提示:_ the milk shake.Ss: Drink the milk shake.板书Drink, 并带着大家一起读句子。(此阶段为认识过程,让学生先看动作,学会使用这些动词短语来表述每个步骤)T:We have learned six steps to make the banana milk shake. And weve learned some phrases. Lets read together.学生齐读黑板上板书的动词短语。T:OK,now please turn to page 57. Look at the picture in 1a. Write the words in the picture. Please finish it quickly.学生动笔将刚学到的动词短语填在图片中。学生写的过程中,我查看了一圈学生写的过程,发现学生都能把这些单词、短语正确填到图片上,但是存在大小写书写的问题。因此,我在查看的过程中,随时都在强调大小写。T:Lets check the answers.接着分别找六个同学将自己所填的答案说出来进行全班校对答案。T: Now, do you know the order to make the banana milk shake? Lets look at 1blistening. There are six sentences. First, before the listening, you can make the sentences in order by yourself.学生在凭自己感觉将这六个句子按顺序编号的过程中,我巡查了学生编的过程,发现有个别学生能清晰地记得我刚才做奶昔的步骤,而有多数学生编的顺序不一致。此过程只要求学生再次熟悉这些句子,对于编号是否正确,不做要求。待学生完成后,T:Maybe you are right, and maybe you are wrong. So, now lets listen and check your answers.播放录音,让学生通过听后排序,进一步熟悉香蕉奶昔的制作过程。T:Have you finished?Ss: Yes.T: Tell me which is number 1.Ss: Peel three bananas.T: First, peel three bananas.板书FirstT: Second,Ss: Cut up the bananas.板书Second(学生将听力中的句子按序依次朗读,我板书顺序词:First, Second, Third, Then, Next, Finally)T: Now, lets read these order words.(学生一起朗读黑板上的顺序词。)T:Lets use these words and sentences together.学生将顺序词和步骤的句子连起来朗读。(此阶段目的为引导学生将所学的动词短语及表顺序的词联系起来,更完整地表达整个制作过程。)T:Now, do you know how to make a banana milk shake?Ss: Yes.T: OK. And now, Its your turn. Who can come the front to make a banana milk shake for us?(愿意上台表演的同学有些多,我随意抽了一个女生,感觉女生做事要细腻点。) She does, you say. You must use the order words. Clear?Ss: Yes. (活动:她做,你说。让这个女生按照步骤制作香蕉奶昔,其他同学看着她所做的动作说出这些步骤的指令。这个过程中,学生都能正确使用顺序词将步骤连贯地说出来,但是让我没想到的是,因为课本上的句子用的是three bananas,而在实际操作中再加上时间的关系,只能一次使用一个香蕉,因此学生照搬书上的复数形式出现错误。我立即用眼神和手势提示学生们看这只是一个香蕉,孩子们还是很快反应过来,纠正了错误。)女同学将做出来的香蕉奶昔倒出来,分给了在场的听课老师。T:Now, lets play a game. There are 3 groups in our class. And we have 3 games. So each group has each game. There are 3 numbers of the 3 games. You can only choose one number to play. Lets see which group is the best.PPT上给出游戏评分细则:1. 讲述步骤的同学声音洪亮(3分)2. 正确叙述制作的步骤(3分)3. 表述过程中无语法错误(2分)4. 制作过程计时,用时最短组得满分(2分)PPT上给出三个数字,分别代表不同的游戏。第一组的同学统一选2号。I SAY, YOU DO.T: That means say it first. When one student make the banana milk shake, choose one from the others to be the leader to say the instructions. And the rest students repeat.上台表演的同学,根据同组同学说出的步骤最相应的动作。我在旁边利用PPT上的计时器计时。这组同学的声音不够洪亮和整齐,叙述中也有部分序数词说错,制作香蕉奶昔一共花了2分20秒。第二组同学选的是1号。I DO, YOU SAY.T: That means do it first. First one student say the instructions. Some others repeat. And one student follow the instructions to make the banana milk shake.在座的同组同学根据上台同学的动作说出对应的步骤。我在旁计时。这组同学的声音比上组同学更洪亮、整齐,并且没有出任何错误,用时1分50秒。第三组同学选的是3号。Can you make another milk shake?T:Here I have an orange, you can make an orange milk shake. One student make an orange milk shake. You can choose one from the others to be the leader to say the instructions. And the rest of you repeat.这组同学选择的不再是制作香蕉奶昔,是制作桔子奶昔。虽然材料有所变化,但是步骤都一样。这组同学声音响亮整齐,表达完整正确,但是很遗憾的是在制作过程中有些小失误,将牛奶洒到地板上了,忙中出乱,最后用时2分30秒。在每组游戏结束,我都进行本组小
