Warming- up 1. Let the students listen to an song .2. Hello, everyone, Just now,You heard an English song. Do you like it? Do you want to know its name? Do not be hurry, Let us have our class first. Then I will tell you its name. OK? Class begins.Step 2. Presentation We all know that there are many cities and countries in the world. Yes? Now look at this picture. What is this? What city is it? Which country? So it is Beijing, it is in China. Now ,look at this picture, There are many beautiful fliowers. Do you know their name? Where are they? What city is it? It is Tokyo. It is in Japan. Next picture, What is this? It is Sydney Opera House. What city is it? Which country ?It is in Australia. Ok, This picture, she is a beautiful woman. Who is she ?She is State of Liberty. Do you know what city it is? Which country? It is New York. It is in America.Step 3. Next, I want to know if the time is the same in every country? Look at these pictures. These are different countries and these are different time. What time is it in Beijing now? It is 8:00 a.m. What time is it in Tokyo/New York/Sydney? It is . Step 4.Now, we have known that every country has different time .But what about the culture? Is the culture the same in every country? Today let us countinue. Unit 6.Turn to Page 35,Look at 2b. Step 81.Hes now studying in the United States.他现在正在美国学习。study此处用作不及物动词,意为“学习”;作及物动词,相当于learn。例如:We are studying at school.我们在学校学习。 It,s important for you to learn/study English well.对你来说学好英语是重要的。辨析:study与learn2.But there isnt a Dragon Boat Festival in the US, so its like any other night for Zhu Hit and his host family.但是在美国没有端午节,因此对朱辉和他的寄宿家庭来说,今晚和其他任何一个晚上一样。 (1)any此处用作限定词,意为“任何的;任一的”,与单数可数名词连用,用于肯定句,起强调作用。Come here with any friend.随便带什么朋友来吧。(2)other此处用作形容词,意为“另外的,其他的”。any other指在同一范围内除了某人或某物以外的其他人或事物,其后跟单数可数名词,也可以用any of the other +复数可数名词。例如:Tom runs faster than any other student in his class.汤姆比他班里的其他任何一个同学跑得都快。3.Zhu Hit misses his family and wishes to have his moms delicious zongzi.朱辉思念他的家人并希望吃上他妈妈做的可口的粽子。wish在此处为动词,常用句型有:(1)主语+ wish to do sth.例如:I wish to see my uncle.我希望见到我的叔叔。(2)主语+ wish sb. to do sth.例如:I wish my uncle to see me.我希望叔叔来看我。4.Here is a picture of my family.这是我的一张家庭照片。在英语中,以here或there开头的句子,如果主语是名词,则用倒装语序,连系动词是用is还是are 取决于后面的名词是单数还是复数。当主语是代词时,不用倒装语序。Here is a card for you .这儿有你的一张卡片。Here are your keys.这些是你的钥匙。Here they come.他们来了。Here it is.它在这儿。Part 8Finish 2c.Step 9Let us have a retell.
