1教学目标 (1) 知识目标:1、 能够听、说、认读五个描述天气的单词:windy,sunny,rainy,snowy、cloudy。2、 能够在语境中正确运用这五个单词描述天气状况。3、 能够在语境中理解world ,Sydney, London, Moscow, Singapore的意思并能够正确发音。 4、 能够熟练询问或描述天气情况如:Whats the weather like in Sydney ? Its hot and sunny.(2)能力目标:1, 能够在情景中运用句型Its. and. Its. in. 描述气候特征和天气情况。2, 能够看懂/听懂天气预报中关于气候特点语句的报导,并会用所学知识简单表达天气情况。注重小组合作学习,培养学生相互沟通和交流的能力。(3)情感目标:1 .关心日常天气变化,能够对气候特点和天气情况进行描述并能及时提醒家人,朋友根据天气变化更换衣服。2. 适应天气变化热爱自然,热爱生活。2学情分析 四年级的学生已经学习了一年多的英语,拥有一定的英语基础,再加上前面所学的有关气候的形容词及句型Whats the weather like today?,学生对本课的掌握会更容易一些。 学生在本单元前面的四课时中已经学习了有关天气的询问和应答。对于本课时的五个单词只有通过具体的情境才能让孩子们乐于接受和理解。同时考虑到记忆单词是非常枯燥的活儿,为了吸引学生,激发学生的兴趣,我根据小学生生性活泼好动年龄特征,设计了领读、跟读、分组读、等多种不同形式读的方法,通过各种不同形式的读与说,学生的口语技能得到了提高。知识反馈时,我设计了小组展示和个人展示两种方式,在不同展示形式中学生的造句技能得到了锻炼;在倾听同伴、评价同伴、欣赏同伴的互动中,学生学习习惯得到了培养。3重点难点 1. 能听、说、认读单词:windy,sunny,rainy,snowy、cloudy。2. 能用句型Whats the weather like in .?和Its . 询问和回答天气情况。3. 所学句子在情境中的应用。4. 几个重要城市的名称Sydney, London, Moscow, Singapore的读音是难点。4教学过程 .4.1 4.1.1教学活动 .活动1【导入】热身，复习，导入Step1.warming up : 1.Lets sing a song:rain,rain ,go away 2.After singing the song together, say: “Im all wet,so Im very cold.”Show pictures and review these words:cold, hot,cool,warm.3.Show a map of China and have several students say “Its hot/cool/cold/warm in” (设计意图:唱英语歌rain,rain ,go away ,消除学生上课前的紧张心理,激发学生学习兴趣,营造宽松活泼英语学习环境。同时复习旧单词weather,hot,cold, warm,cool,引出单词sun。)活动2【讲授】呈现新课 Step2.Presentation 1.Follow the step 1 and say: “Its hot in Suizhou. Why is hot in Suizhou? Because of the sun. Then show the picture of the sun, and teach it. Write the word sun on the board.2.Point to the window and ask “whats this?” Write the word window on the board, help them understand the pronunciation of ow,then wipe out the “ow”,ask them to read. Play the sound and let them understand that it is the wind. Then teach this word. Write the word wind on the board. 3.Present the picture of snow, then show ow and ask students to read in. Then add snto ow, have them try reading it. Teach this word.4.Show pictures and study cloud rain. Write these words on the board. (设计意图: 学习有关天气的单词,sun,wind,cloud,snow,rain,为接下来的名词转换成形容词的自主学习打下基础)Step3.Lets learn 1.Show a picture of raining and say:Its rainy.Rainy,rain and y,rainy,its rainy. Emphasize how to pronounce “ny”“dy”“ty”“ly”.Then show the rest of the words and get them to work in groups to discuss how to change these nouns into adjectives.2.Check out these words.rain+y =rainy snow+y=snowy sun+ny =sunny cloud+y=cloudy wind+y=windy 3.Read after the tape,read together. Teach them to read these places. 2.Point to London and ask:Whats the weather like in London?Help them answer it. Practice different places.3.Listen to the tape and choose right answers. Then practice: A:Whats the weather like in? B:Its sunny/rainy/snowy/cloudy/windy in4.Make up a dialogue and ask them to work in pairs, then have several pairs share their own dialogues in class.
