Section B Period3 (3a-3c)教案本节课的设计思路:本节课首先以一首简单的英语歌曲“Apple Tree”引出健康话题,任务设计则是围绕着一位新朋友Fat boy 展开。任务一为Fat boy 分辨好习惯与坏习惯;任务二为他提一些保持健康的建议;任务三阅读3a 中Fat boy 的朋友Jane的好习惯与坏习惯,学会怎样描述某人的好习惯与坏习惯;任务四 则由此拓展到自己的好习惯与坏习惯,并适当地 讨论 现今中学生普遍存在的玩手机的习惯,引导他们该如何正确处理这一问题。最后的作业设计让学生们将自己的好习惯与坏习惯以电子邮件的形式介绍给Fat boy。一 Teaching aims and demands:1. Knowledge objects:1) Key vocabulary: dentist , magazine , however , than , always ,never , often , hardly ever , sometimes.2) Asking and talking about ones good and bad habits.3) Review the adverbs of frequency.2. Ability object:1) Train students writing skills.2) Gasp the target language.3. Moral objects:Try to have good habits and give up bad habits.一 Difficulties and Importance.1. Warming-up Enjoy an English song- Apple Tree and a famous saying “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”.Step2. Presentation (Task1)1) Introduce a new friend “Fat boy” and a question “Why is he fat?”.2) Show some pictures to find out Fat boys good and bad habits.3) Let some students judge good and bad habits of Fat boys, and then conclude how often does he do them? Step3. Give Fat boy some advice from eating habits, exercise and sleep . (Task2)Let students know how to keep healthy.Step4. Read the passage in 3a to learn how to write ones good and bad habits. (Task3)1) Look at the information in the chart and review the adverbs of frequency.2) According to the information, complete the report and ask some students to read the sentences.3) Let students pay attention to the new words: Teenager magazine , dentist and the use of however.4) Read again and answer questions and discuss“ Janes lifestyle is healthy or not” at the same time.Step5. Think about our own good and bad habits. (Task4)1) complete the chart with our own information in 3b.2) Free talk : let students look some pictures about their habits, especially the habits of playing mobile phone. Make a survey how many of them like playing mobile phone every day. And discuss this common problem in the middle school. 3) Let some students tell us their good and bad habits and see who can speak out the most sentences about it. Step6.
