828工作面概况1.1工作面概述828工作面位于82采区726工作面下覆,上为826工作面(未掘进),下为8210工作面(未掘进),东为82采区上山煤柱边界线,西与828里工作面(未掘进)相邻。工作面标高-515-580m,走向长600m,倾斜长130m,预计回采时间2013年7月底。1.2煤层赋存情况本区煤(岩)层产状040518平均13,煤层厚度为6.213.2m,平均9.2m,8煤层为黑色,粉末状为主,少量块状,为暗煤,半暗型,局部含一层夹矸。8煤层为较稳定煤层、变异系数为31.8、可采指数为1。该区8煤层直接顶为泥岩,厚约1.83.2m,平均为2.7m,灰-深灰色;老顶为砂岩,厚约10.620.2m,平均为18.7m,灰色;直接底为泥岩,厚约3.06.2m,平均为4.6m,深灰色;老底为粉砂岩,厚约3.06.5m,平均为5.0m,灰色。1.3地质构造情况根据三维勘探资料并结合726工作面回采情况综合分析,828工作面掘进过程中将揭露断层10条,大于10m断层1条(82-DF28)对机、风巷的掘进影响大,大于5m小于10m断层1条(82-DF25)对机、风巷的掘进影响较大,小于等于5m断层8条(82-DF34、82-DF22、82-DF40、82-DF20、82-DF33、82-DF32、82-DF21、82-F1)对机、风巷的掘进影响较小。表1-1 工作面被保护区域828工作面采取先回采上部7煤层(726工作面)的区域防突措施,被保护区域实测8煤层最大瓦斯压力0.3MPa、最大瓦斯含量4.5m3/t。1.4.2 工作面未保护区域由于726工作面提前收作,828工作面外段一定范围内处于未保护范围内,该区实测8煤层最大原始瓦斯压力1.1MPa、对应8煤层瓦斯含量10.3m3/t、8煤煤体坚固性系数(f值)0.25、瓦斯放散初速度(P)10.8 。8煤层煤尘具有爆炸危险性,为自燃煤层(类、最短发火期107天);该区段恒温带温度为17.1,地温梯度平均2.8/100m左右,巷道施工地温为3133左右 ,为一级高温。1.5通风系统(1)828机巷掘进工作面已建立独立、可靠的通风系统。(2)采用两台30KW2对旋式局部通风机配套800mm风筒压入式供风(局部通风机一台工作,一台备用)。(3)已按规定在828轨道石门设置正反向风门一组,墙体厚度不小于800mm,其质量符合质量标准化标准要求。(4)穿墙风筒使用铁质风筒,并安装防逆流装置;风筒吊挂平直、逢环必挂、接头采用双反压边;出风口距掘进工作面迎头不大于5m,确保掘进工作面风量充足。(5)进风系统:地面副井西翼轨道大巷82采区轨道石门82采区轨道上山82采区三中车场局部通风机风筒迎头。(6)回风系统:迎头828运输上山828运输石门82采区回风上山82采区回风石门西翼回风大巷风井地面。2 828机巷瓦斯治理方案2.1 7煤煤巷下向穿层钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯在726机巷间隔5m,施工一组钻孔,每组施工10个钻孔,施工24组,共施工240个钻孔,钻孔直径113mm,终孔轴向间距为5m,钻孔终孔穿过8煤至底板0.5m,保护巷道两侧轮廓线20m。具体方案见图2-1和2-2。图2-1 828机巷条带5m5m穿层钻孔布置剖面图 图2-2 828机巷条带55m穿层钻孔布置平面图2.2综合水力化防突措施在7煤煤巷中施工钻孔,钻孔打完以后,用高压水反复冲刷钻孔,然后封孔进行瓦斯抽放,抽放一段时间后,向孔内注入高压水压裂煤体,再进行瓦斯抽放,最后封住钻孔进行低压长时间充分湿润煤体,达到消除突出危险性的目的。采用高压注水,必然在煤层中形成裂缝和通道,使煤体卸压,增大了煤层透气性。排出的煤屑越多,卸压效果越好;然后采用低压长时间注水充分湿润煤体,使煤层含水量达到34%;如有必要,进一步采用抽放措施,提高防突效果。该方案工艺流程图2-3。具体工序为:1)水力排渣施工钻孔:钻孔施工可以用水压和风压施工,但是在下向孔的施工过程中,利用风压施工不易排渣,往往造成钻孔、顶钻,因此考虑利用水力排渣施工钻孔,可避免出现卡钻、顶钻,有利于排渣,提高钻孔成孔率。2)水力冲孔:钻孔施工完毕之后,不要立即退出钻杆,此时增大水压力,将高压水流沿钻杆送入孔底煤层中。开动钻机,使钻头在煤体中上下移动,冲刷孔底煤层,使煤层充分卸压,增大透气性,提高瓦斯排放效果。反复冲刷至钻孔内冲出的煤量大于钻孔控制范围内煤体总量的2%。3)抽放:水力冲孔完毕后下PE管,PE管下至煤层顶板时,加固孔壁,PE管露出200300mm,端部连接法兰。将抽放管路铺设至抽放钻孔处,通过快速接头与管路端部法兰连接,然后进行瓦斯抽放,抽放1个月。4)高压注水:瓦斯抽放一个月后,将抽放管路卸下,通过快速接头与注水管路连接,采用乳化液泵进行注水,注水一段时间后,煤层中会形成裂缝和通道,使煤体卸压,增大了煤层透气性。水压控制在1530Mpa(具体水压根据现场试验来确定)。注水过程中,当注水泵压力降低为峰值压力的30%左右,可以作为注水结束时间。2.3 8煤煤巷顺层钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯顺层钻孔布置按钻孔孔底轴向间距5m5m密集布置,共施工4茬,每茬钻孔控制范围至巷道两侧轮廓线外20m,控制条带长度60m,压茬20m。具体方案见图2-4和2-5。2-4 8煤未被保护区域煤巷条带顺层长钻孔平面布置图2-5 8煤未被保护区域煤巷条带顺层长钻孔剖面布置图3 828机巷条带(未被保护区170m区段)区域防突措施效果评价3.1 726机巷抽排钻孔施工情况参考防治煤与瓦斯突出规定中的相关要求,为了保证828工作面机巷掘进过程中的安全,现对726机巷抽排钻孔控制的机巷条带区域(未被保护区170m区段)进行防突效果分析,评价该区段的突出危险性。现将该区段所采取的措施进行汇总。表3-1为726机巷抽排钻孔施工参数统计结果。表3-1
