Section B 2a-2cWhat Do No.5 High School Students Do in Their Free Time?阅读课教案设计【教材分析】本单元是本教材的第二单元，本单元主要围绕“free time activities（课余活动）”这一话题展开，内容贴近时代、贴近生活、贴近学生。本节课是本单元阅读课的第一课时。本节阅读课对学生的课余时间活动进行调查总结，前面通过听说课，学生学习了课余时间的活动以及不同的生活方式的表达，这就为本节课阅读活动的开展做好了知识上的铺垫。本节课是一节阅读课，主要培养不同层次的学生运用阅读策略获取信息、依托自己或老师搭建的支架，完成阅读任务的能力。在完成阅读任务的过程中，通过支架搭建实现以读促写，提高学生读和写的双重能力。文章的题目为What Do No.5 High School Students Do in Their Free Time?主要针对学生的三项业余活动exercise, use of the Internet以及watch TV的调查，呈现调查结果，并发表作者对健康放松方式的看法和建议。通过对不同课外活动的调查，引出“运动是一切生命的源泉（the motion is the source of all lives）”这一主题，并倡导大家共同行动起来，加强体育锻炼。本节课的课文贴近学生的实际生活，提高了学生的学习兴趣，引导学生建立健康合理的生活价值观，同时也是对本单元语言知识和语言功能的进一步巩固和升华，对学生的写作技能也有很好的促进作用。【学情分析】 上课班级为初二年级1512班，有60名学生。本班学生从小学三年级开始学习英语，有一定的英语学习基础。通过对学生的检测了解，总结本班学生的英语学习水平情况如下： 学习水平A等学生25人， 约占41.7%； B等学生20人，约占33.3%；C等学生10人， 约占16.7%；D等学生5人，约占8.3%。 心理特点分析：初中阶段是中学生长身体、长知识、长智慧的时期，也是其道德品质与世界观逐步形成的时期。学生的观察能力，记忆能力和想象能力迅速发展，同时初中学生好动、好奇、好表现，注意力易分散，爱发表见解，希望得到老师的表扬等等。【教学目标分析】1. 语言知识目标：（1）能够注意到课文中出现的大部分数字，引导学生复习英文数字。（2）能够正确理解单词percent，time等在语篇中的含义，关注词语的伙伴搭配关系。（3）能通过文章的阅读，引导学生得出“percent和time常与数字搭配使用”的结论。2. 语言技能目标：学生能够掌握percent和time的用法。3. 情感态度目标： 学会合理安排自己的业余生活，选择健康的课外活动方式，树立正确的生活观和价值观。【重难点分析】在理解课文的基础上，学会数字与percent与time的搭配。【教法分析】1. 在整个教学进程中，采用多媒体辅助教学，启发式教学，培养学生自主探究的能力。2.开展多种类型的任务型活动，让学生在课堂学习中发挥主体作用。3. 将激励评价机制贯穿于课堂学习的始终，保持学生学习的积极性。【学法指导】1自主学习：本节课是阅读课，所以老师引领不同层次的学生选择不同的学习方式，通过不同阅读策略的使用自主完成阅读和写作任务。2合作学习：积极参与活动，相互交流，互帮互助，合作完成任务，搭建支架，培养团队合作精神。【教学程序及教材处理设计】I.
