Before ingress of the material to the job site, the test report of the sand and gravel should be furnished. And the material after blend should be tested. Compaction test and grading test shall be carried out as well.7.2.2基底处理 base treatment 回填前先清理基底,清除基坑内积水、淤泥和杂物,并防止地表滞水流入回填区域。清理完毕,进行基坑验收,符合要求方可进行砂石回填。The base shall be cleared, without any water, sullage and debris. The surface water shall be prevented into the backfilled area. The groundwork of the footing groove check before acceptance, and it should be acceptable before backfilling.7.2.3碎石回填 gravel backfilling7.2.3.1正式回填前,现场进行试碾,确定压实遍数及含水率,以达到最好的碾压效果。试碾后,根据确定的压实遍数及含水率进行大面积施工。To carry out trial compaction before backfilling to determine the compaction times and water content to get a optimum effect.7.2.3.2碎石料场布置见附件(碎石堆放布置及入口设置)。Gravel storage arrangement see attachment.7.2.3.3基坑修设机械通道见附件(碎石堆放布置及入口设置)。The access for machines see attachment.7.2.3.4本项施工采用机械回填,在振碾式压路机碾压之前先用装载机将碎石推平,使表面平实,后使用振碾式压路机先静压,后振压。This work is to be implemented by machines. First to level the gravel, then compact without vibration by road roller, finally vibrantly compact the soil.7.2.3.5碾压机械压实填方时,控制行驶速度,并控制压实遍数。The compaction speed and times shall be controlled.7.2.3.6采用“薄填、慢驶、多次”的方法,砂石回填厚度为300mm,碾压方向从两边逐渐压向中间,碾轮每次重叠宽度约为1525cm,避免漏压。运行中碾轮边距填方边缘大于500mm,防止溜坡倾倒。边角、边坡边缘压实不到之处,辅以振动式打夯机夯实。每碾压一层完后,用装载机将表面拉毛以利结合。The method of “ thin layer, slow speed and many times” is to be used. The layer thickness is to be 30mm, and compaction from two sides to the center with overlapped width of 15-25cm of each time. The wheel side shall be 500 mm away from the edge to prevent any upsetting. The rammer is to be used for the places where the roller couldnt reach. The surface of last layer shall be made coarse by loader shovel for sound incorporation with next layer.7.2.3.7根据确定的碾压遍数进行施工,保证遍数足够,控制砂石料的含水率(在试碾后采用灌砂法测定最优含水率为5.3%),保证砂石回填达到要求。Compaction should be according to the determinate times and guarantee the compaction times. The water content of the material should be controlled (the optimum water content of 5.3% is to be determined test) , and the backfilling should be up to standard.7.2.3.8砂石回填区保持中间稍高,两边稍低,当天回填砂石当天压实。The center of the backfilled area shall be a little bit higher than the sides, and the backfilled gravel and sand shall be compacted in the same day.7.2.3.9每层材料压实后,按要求进行取样检测,发布检测报告,压实率必须96%,方可进行下层施工。振碾机碾压区域密度及含水率试验每层5组,振动打夯机夯实区域密度及含水率试验每层1组。Quality inspection shall be taken, including Inspect Report Form which indicating the Compact Rate for each layer, and the standard (Compact Rate96%) must be attained, before backfilling the next layer. Sampling for unit weight and water content test in the area compacted be vibrating roller shall be 5 groups each layer, while sampling in the area by rammer is to be 1 group each layer.7.2.4施工排水和雨季施工措施Construction drain, and measures during rainy season7.2.4.1基坑周围设挡水坝(高度至少50cm),防止地表水流入回填区域内。Claybank(the height50cm) should be used to prevent the surface water from flowing into the backfillin
