Confirm that no errors exist before proceed the next step.作业前关闭加药桶与设备及管道连接的开关及阀门，开关阀门上必须悬挂禁止操作的警示牌，在检查确认无误后方可进行后续作业。2. Dosing tank damage and result in leakage of chemical 加药桶损坏，导致加药过程中药剂泄漏。P21. Inspect the dosing tank and all components that have possible leakage of chemical, Confirm that no errors exist before proceed the next step.作业前对于加药桶及其所有可能导致泄漏药剂的相关部件进行检查，确认无误后方可进行后续作业。3Add the chemical with manual suction pump.使用手动抽水泵进行加药作业Chemical 20kg/barrel药剂20KG/桶1. Fail to adopt necessary protective measures for the chemical cleaning agent and lead to personnel injury and environmental damage in the spillage/leakage. 作业过程中未对进入现场的化学添加剂进行必要的防护措施，导致泄漏后对人体及环境造成影响。P21. Chemical cleaning material entering the site shall be stored in the LL chemical room first, put the barrel that contains cleaning material on the tarpaulin and cover with another tarpaulin.运入厂内的化学添加剂先放在LL危险品仓库内，将清洗材料的密封桶放置在防水彩条布上。2. Transport the sealed chemical barrel with vehicle to work site (make sure the chemical container is tightly sealed). volume of each barrel 20kg.使用车辆将密封的化学药剂桶运输到作业点（运输时必须确保化学品容器处于密封的状态，药剂每桶20kg）。3. Please refer to the attached drawings for the filling points of chemicals.化学药剂添加点位置详见附图。4. The container of chemical cleaning material shall, no matter before or after filling the material, be properly sealed and put on a tarpaulin. The chemical filling point shall be barricaded with a perimeter, and a monitor is responsible for supervising the site to prevent non-involving personnel from entering the work site.化学添加剂的容器不管在添加前还是在添加完后必须及时进行密封处理后放在防水雨布上。化学材料添加点必须使用护栏进行维护，并派监护人对此区域进行监护。无关人员不得进入作业区域。5. The delivered chemical shall be sealed in specialized vessel. Vessels that is open and without appropriate sealing is strictly prohibited to be put on site. 入场的化学添加剂必须是密封在专用的器具内，不得将已开封、未进行密封处理的清洗材料的容器随意放置于现场。6. In the case of long-time suspension of work after finishing the days work, noon break or other reason, the chemical container or excessive chemicals shall be properly sealed and taken back to LL chemical room, no chemical shall be left behind in the site. Where the suspension is short, designate special watchman on site for the monitoring.完成当天的作业后、中午休息时及中途因某种原因导致长时间或长期停止作业的，必须及时将现场用完的化学品容器及多余的化学品进行密封处理后，重新运回LL化学品仓库，不得有化学品遗留在现场。短时间停止作业的可以在人员看护的情况下放置于现场。7. Operators shall wear acid-proof and alkali-proof gloves, rubber and leather shoes, protective suit, mask and protective goggles when filling the chemical.添加化学添加剂的作业人员必须佩戴橡胶防酸碱手套、胶皮鞋、防护服、口罩、防护眼镜。8. It is strictly prohibited to carry the chemical barrel directly with forklift truck, the chemical barrel shall be delivered on a drip tray to prevent the barrel from craking and result in leakage.禁止使用叉车直接叉运化学药剂桶，必须将药剂桶那个放在托盘上运输。防止药剂桶破裂药剂泄漏。9. Temporary eye washers shall be available in the dosing point (borrow from LL); prepare ambulance, and driver; collection barrel of chemicals (for collecting leaked waste water in case of leakage); absorption cloth (for absorbing small amount of infiltration); dustbin (for collecting waste in the cleaning, such as absorption cloth after cleaning, waste acid-proof and alkali-proof gloves, polluted and waste waterproof tarpaulin etc.) 加药点放置临时洗眼器（从LL借用）；配备紧急救护车辆、司机；化学药剂收集桶（用于现场出现泄漏后收集泄漏废水）；吸水布（用于小量渗水时吸走污水）；垃圾桶（用于放置清洗产生的垃圾，如清洗使用过后的吸水布、废弃的防酸碱手套、被污染的防水雨布等）。Because manual suction pump is used, operation shall be stopped if leakage is confirmed, clean the leaked chemical with absorption cloth. Generally leakage is rarely occurred on site, except that the dosing tank and dosing tank crack, damage or fail to tightly seal the outlet of manual suction pump and the flexible hose. 因使用手动抽水泵，在确认存在渗漏后可立即停止作业，使用吸水布将渗漏出的药剂清理干净。除药剂桶及加药桶出现破裂、损坏或手动抽水泵出口与软管未进行牢固的密封连接外，一般现场不可能出现泄漏事故。Fail to inspect the dosing pump and dosing hose, or fail to make anti-spillage treatment around the dosing pump thus lead to chemical spillage during the dosing.未对手动抽水泵及加药软管进行检查，或加药泵周围未进行防泄漏处理，导致加药时药剂泄漏。P21. Check the connection of manual suction pump and flexible hose before the operation to see whether it is tight and sealed. Operation can be carried out after the confirmation. 作业前检查手动抽水泵与软管（从手动抽水泵至加药桶）连接部位是否密封固定，确认后方可进行后续作业。2. Set barricade around the dosing tank and the dosing pipeline, meanwhile attach warning signs.对加药桶位置进行围护，并悬挂警示标志。3. Designate someone to monitor the dosing pump and temporary dosing hose.派专人对手动抽水泵及临时加药软管进行监护，防止泄漏的发生。4.
