When I was a child, I would like make different kinds of person to be friends; I think I have advantage in interpersonal relationship. In my high school, my classmates recommend me to be a leader and manage them, I realize that I would like doing this job, I always solve the different kinds of problem use my wisdom, and I think I have good communication skill. From my point of view, human resource is an interesting and challenge subject.Currently, the business world has basically reached a consensus is: when you grasp right direction of human resource develop, find a good way to solve the company talented persons development plan and strategy, enable enterprises to take a favorable long-term position. The value of human resources comes from two aspects: hands and mind. When you own hands without mind, maybe you just a low level worker like staff in supermarket; when you own mind without hands, maybe your idea is good, new or fresh but nobody believe you, maybe you do not have enough prestige; when you own hands and mind, congratulations, you are an indispensable staff in company, such as human resource. No matter you are talent or mediocrity, the first step is meet human resource manager and let them choice you or not. The companys grow cannot without human resources department. Therefore, human resource is important for companies develop. Career plan is becoming far and more, which means that person realized personal development and complete are becoming more and more important. Therefore, we need make a plan for our future job like career plan. I will use analysis method of SMART to analysis my career plan.1. Short-term career plan S- Specific. In my short plan, the most important is finished my graduate study, own the bachelor and in-depth study Human Resource Management. Improve myself whatever knowledge, temperament or intension.M- Measurable. I need make sure every subject fraction below 60. This is a good way to know how much professional knowledge I already grasp and improve the defect. A - Attainable. To win more professional knowledge, I will read a book in week and write down what is the daily harvest.R- Relevant. I need improve myself to be a perfect girl, which require a good HR manager, like doing things have my own principle, understand more knowledge no matter useful or not, improve my English skill, find a communication style which is perfect and suit me.T- Time. I will finish them in two years. In these years, my main targets are accumulating professional knowledge and improve myself. Give a summary once a week, let me know what I learned, where need improve and so on.2. Medium-termS Specific. I would like to start off as a HR manager assistant after graduate. I believe manager assistant will help me to get a good grasp of working in an organization, and I believe this role will give me a good opportunity to learn and improve my personal skills. According to Dragoni, Tesluk, Joyce & Oh (2009; p.732) , “The developmental quality of managerial job assignments is multidimensional and includes the features of managerial assignments that provide opportunities for learning new skills.” Therefore, this work will help me to understand the things of human resources operational processes as soon as possible, use this platform can improve my skills and gain more experience. M Measurable. To be a good HR manager assistant, I need understand human resource, economics, psychology, Principles of Management, like this professional knowledge; have good communication skills, to help me gain more opportunity and grow up quickly. To be HR manager assistant, I also need proficient in the theoretical knowledge of human resource management, understand the relevant national laws, regulations and policies. A Attainable. I would like to concentrate as a HR manager assistant are schedule management, disposal of document and liaison. I mainly intend to learn how to make a schedule management plan and how to ensure that it runs perfectly. I need learn new technologies and constantly be updated, thats because new technologies and software keep change every day and it can make my work easier and organized. As HR manager assistant I need manage different kinds of human data like staffs personal information, employees contract; to transact human resources recruitment, Introduction of talents, job classification, internal redeployment, dismissal, retirement, accepted new staff, solve all kinds trivia for staff; all kinds of work like assist in recruitment, training, pay and benefits, performance appraisal and so on. Therefore, as an assistant, I must work careful, meticulous, patient and friendly.R Relevant. I will build my relationships in the company, knowing the world of company; have a strong organization and coordination ability, analysis and planning ability, verbal skills and communication skills. Development: means the performance evaluation results from the gap between employee and organizational requirements, through a variety of training to improve staffs knowledge and skills and to improve organizational performance; encourage. means make contributions to the organization reward and motivate its work to give positive process, like welfare measures for employees or improve their wage; Integration: through the mediation of conflicts within the organization and various other measures of interpersonal relationship, so that harmony between the staff, coordinating work to maximize teamwork power; control: refers to the scientific and rational conduct employee performance evaluation, evaluation results based on dynamic employee management, such as promotion, transfer, reward, punishment.R Relevant. Improve ability to observe, adaptability, communication skills, interpersonal and analytical skills, comprehensive ability and so on. I will to be a human resource manager in next ten years. I believe that I can do it best.To be a perfect human resource manager is my dream. In my opinion, to be a HR manager need honest, professional knowledge, rich experience, contribution of strange for company development. Integrity is the main quality of human resource professionals in every primary. Human resources initiatives are related to each employees vital interests, and only honest human resources trader may create a fair, impartial and open system of human resources, with such a good mechanism to get inside and outside trust and support each other rather than halfway. The attractions of talent, use, maintain and foster the success of such work, the key is build an environment suit the talent work and develop, and build the environment need HR manager spend more time and energy in strategy. Its not enough when you own human resource professional knowledge and technology; the more important is communicational skills, it is the key performance factors to determine human resource managers.From the 3 Psychometric Tests, it help me more deep understand advantages and disadvantages by myself, and also provide the clue and some nice advance, help me to make a clear goal in my career plan. The test indicates that, such as relationship style: I am warm, kind, attentive, involved and highly interactive; open style and willing to become intimate in a short time, which means I have a good communication skills and this skill is suit HR manager. As a result of the test, show me that I would like facilitative rather than directive as a manager. This is a defect for me and I need improve it. According to Al-Jajjoka (2001; p.x), “Psychometric tests identify your strengths and weaknesses in relation to the vacancy on offer. They measure whether you have specific abilities or appropriate personal qualities in relation to the job specification, and whether you need further training to develop the necessary attributes. Such testing is usually much more effective than interview alone, according to most psychologists. The accepted view is that putting all the candidates through the same test is a fair way to make a final judgment, but alternatively lots of intelligent people may be excluded if their success is to depend in a 20-30 minute test.” Psychometric tests are good way to evaluate which kind of job suit me and help me understand the areas where I need improve.2.0 analysis of the recruitmentRecruitment is a part of human resource management. Recruitments process including the advertisement, second interview, hire round selection and so on. Person in charge of recruitment is Recruiter; they are specialist in human resource. The final choice would be a company to hire the employer; they are suitable candidates with the employment contract signed. Recruitment is enterprises develop needs, according the human resource planning and job analysis requirements, find and attract those who Have the ability and interested to serve the enterprises, and choose the appropriate personnel to be employed in the process, it means employers through make the recruitment plans, and through the activities of new employees to choose who working here. General is responsible by the enterprises personnel department or human resources management. The company feature selection should be based on units of job recruitment sources and channels. Each unit has its own side, the requirements of the staff is not the same. Therefore, the successful recruitment must meet the organizations own requirements. In addition, due to the different kinds of jobs, the recruitment sources and methods is different too, therefore, each unit should be based on their own reality, decided what kind of approach, methods, then recruitment of personnel in different positions for the units to provide talents on time.Recruitment is organization activities through the talent market or human resources for labors. It is organized according to their own development needs, in accordance with market rules and the Organizations human resources planning requirements, through all possible means and media to target the public with employment information, and in accordance with certain standards to recruit, hire the necessary manpower organization resources as a whole. Recruitment as an important part of human resource management, it is involves the planning, approach, organization and implementation of many aspects. It is the first part of organizations to obtain human resources, and is the basis for personnel selection. As a result, company manager have pay more attention to recruit employee who can better meet their organization development need. And the methods of recruitment are also changed.The traditional methods include advertisement, applicants, references and interview. Effective recruitment must first attract the attention of potential applicants. There are many ways to attract people, such as newspaper, job fairs and agencies.1. Newspaper and television. Newspapers, television is the traditional media, and also the main source of information for job seekers, so the arrival rate is very high, but this form of abuse is wide coverage。 The company selects applicators who basically meet the requirements; and then, after considering of company further development, employer reject the most, and the rest are shortlisted and invited for interview (Mark Cook 2009).2. Job fair. everywhere have the professional market of talented person, and job fair meet regularly,This form of benefit is targeted, the demanders and suppliers meet directly, increasing efficiency. But this form of abuse is that you have to face many people. 3. For professional and technical personnel, recruitment use internet is a good choose. The internet is growing more rapidly than any other method. More information of jobs spread on the internet; there are nearly 50% of employers used the internet for recruitment and advertised on the company website. Beside, about 90 per cent of final-year students look for job on the internet (Dominic Cooper, Ivan T. Robertson and Gordon Tinline 2003). And then, the number of employers that use telephone referencing to sift and shortlist found over 80% and it becomes more popular in recent years (Alastair Evans 2002). Through answering the questions and listing relevant examples by telephone referencing can quickly assess the communication skill of applicants, which is its advantage.No matter what kind of recruitment, companies are looking for the personnel suit there and conduct training. So as a fresh graduate, what qualities we should have been and the company will hire?1. Response capability. Quick thinking is a necessary factor to success, a person who can be successful transaction responsive, he must have quick thinking. 2. Good communication. Communication is very important in everywhere. Conversation should be reflected in a persons knowledge and accomplishment. Good knowledge and accomplishment, it is through a long period of tough training and continuous self-enrichment in order to obtain ripe effect.3. Physical condition. Healthy people work efficiency refreshed, energetic, and optimistic about the future ahead and can afford a heavier responsibility. We often see such circumstances, during processing of one thing, which have more opportunity to succeed that who can adhere to the last minute person.4. Team working. If the team wants to do one thing, it must continue to coordination, communication, negotiation, overall interest of the public acceptance in order to make further support the decision. 5. Innovative. Enterprises growth and development is continued to innovate. Technologies develop is fast and market competition is ever-changing. Stay at old place is outdated. The concepts of people novel are the path to victory, and only accept new ideas and new ideas to promote further development. 6. The standard of assessment comprises written communication, oral communication, leadership, planning, organizing, delegation, judgment and creativity. For group exercises, it means that a group of candidates need working together, and through discussion to solve a given problem or complete a practical task. Company can reflect some skills of candidates through group discussion which include communication skills, teamwork styles, problem-solving ability, interpersonal skills and influencing skills. In role-playing, candidate need to independent of handing some emergencies, which can measure competency of working under pressure, communication skills, negotiating skills and clarity of thought. In general, there are three patterns for presentation. One pattern is to request the candidate to prepare in ten-minute presentation in advance, which topics decide by candidate or be given. The second is given a short time and topic, the candidate need to prepare in today. The last one is providing a topic on the day without prepare time, it asks the candidate to
