火灾报警联锁系统安装调试方案Installation and Test Plan of Firealarm Interlock System 1、编制说明: 1.1、近年来火灾报警系统在工业、民用等建设工程中得到了广泛的应用。为了拓展我公司在此工程领域的业务范围,从技术上提高火灾报警系统的施工质量,规范作业方法和程序,确保系统安全、灵敏、可靠运行,防止和减少火灾事故的危害和损失,保护生产装置、民用建筑及人身安全,特编制此方案。1.2、本方案适用于工业与民用建筑的火灾自动报警系统的施工。1.3、火灾自动报警系统的施工,必须受公安消防监督机构监督。系统在交付使用前必须经过公安消防监督机构验收。2、编制依据:2.1、工程承包合同或协议(具体到文号)。2.2、设计施工图及其它设计文件。2.3、根据该项目的施工组织设计编制的火灾报警系统施工进度计划。2.4、设备制造厂提供的技术文件。2.5、国家现行的电气装置安全工程施工及验收规范。2.6、国家现行火灾自动报警系统施工及验收规范。2.7、中华人民共和国公安部消防局消防技术标准规范汇编。2.8、火灾自动报警系统的施工及验收,除按设计有关规定执行外,还应符合国家、省、市现行的有关管理规章办法。2.9、公司质量体系文件。3、工程概况:3.1、工程特点(含工程名称、范围、地点、规模、特点、主要技术参数、主要实物工程量、工期要求及投资等)。3.2、工程量:主要实物工程量表序号设备材料名称单位数量备注1感烟探测器只2感温探测器只3声/光报警器只4控制盘台5模拟盘台6火灾报警按钮(室内型)只7火灾报警按钮(防风雨型)只8压力开关个9电磁阀个10气喇叭只11喷啉头只4、火灾报警系统安装主要施工工序: Main Construction Process:4.1、一般规定General Specification:4.1.1、火灾报警系统的施工应按设计图纸进行,不得随意更改。 Design drawing shall be adopted and unchangeable freely during construction.4.1.2、火灾报警系统施工前,应具备设备布置平面图、接线图、安装图、系统图以及其它必要的技术文件Prior to construction, flat layout drawing, joint drawing, installing drawing and other necessary technical documents shall be possessed.4.1.3、火灾报警系统竣工时,应提交下列文件: The following documents shall be handed over when works finished:a、 竣工图。final drawing.b、 设计变更文字记录。recorder of design amendment.c、施工记录(包括隐蔽工程验收记录)。construction recorder (including inspection recorder of hiddenworks)d、检验记录(包括绝缘电阻、接地电阻的测试记录)。 testing recorder (including insulation resistance and earth resistance)e、竣工报告。performance report4.2、布线:Line layout:4.2.1、火灾报警系统的布线,应符合现行国家标准电气装置工程施工及验收规范的规定。Line layout shall be compliance with the present state standard: .4.2.2、火灾报警系统布线,应对导线的种类、电压等级进行检查。The classification of lead wire and voltage grade shall be checked during Layout.4.2.3、在管内或线槽内的穿线,应在建筑抹灰及地面工程结束后进行。在穿线前,应将管内或线槽内的积水及杂物清除干净。 Line Layout through pipe or duct shall not be done until building mortaring and grade have been finished. Prior to layout, accumulated water or waste in pipe or duct shall be clearly removed.4.2.4、不同系统、不同电压等级、不同电流类别的线路,不应穿在同一管内或线槽的同一槽孔内。 Lines belonging to different systems, different voltage grade, varying current, shall not be laid in the same pipe or similar channel of duct.4.2.5、导线在管内或线槽内,不应有接头或扭结。导线的接头,应在接线盒内焊接或用端子连接。Lead wire in pipe or duct shall not have joint or twisted-knot. Lead wire connector in JB shall be contacted with soldering or terminal lug.4.2.6、敷设在多尘或潮湿场所的管口和管子连接处,均应作密封处理。Sealing nozzles and connections of pipe laid around dusty or damp place.4.2.7、管子入盒时,盒外侧应套锁母,内侧应装护口,在吊顶内敷设时,盒的内外侧均应套锁母。 Adding fasten bolt outside of JB and using blind cap inside. When layout in ceiling, using fasten bolt inside and outside of box.4.2.8、在吊顶内敷设各类管路和线槽时,宜采用单独的卡具吊装或支撑物固定。While laying various pipe routes and duct in ceiling, single clamp or support shall be adopted to fix.4.2.9、线槽的直线段应每隔1.01.5m设置吊点或支点,在下列部位也应设置吊点或支点。Straightline of duct shall be hung or supported every 1.01.5 meter, Setting support at the following sites:a、 线槽接头处。 joint of duct.b、距接线盒0.2m处。 0.2m away from JBc、线槽走向改变或转角处。 direction changing of duct or at turning place.4.2.10、吊装线槽的吊杆直径,不应小于6mm。 Hanging-pole diameter of suspended duct shall be no less than 6mm.4.2.11、管线经过建筑物的变形缝处,应采取补偿措施,导线跨越变形缝的两侧应固定,并留有适当余量。 Taking compensation measures where pipe-line crosses the deformed part of building. Both sides of line crossing deformed gap shall be fixed and have some spare length.4.2.12、火灾报警系统导线敷设后,应对每回路的导线用500V的兆欧表测量绝缘电阻,其对地绝缘电阻值不应小于20M。After layout of lead wire, insulation resistance of every circuit wire shall be measured with 500VMega-oham meter4.3、火灾探测器的安装: Installation of Fire Detector4.3.1、点型火灾探测器的安装位置,应符合下列规定:Location of point type fire detector shall be compliance with the following stipulation:a、探测器至墙壁、梁边的水平距离,不应小于0.5m。Horizontal distance from detector to wall or edge of beam is no less than 0.5m.b、探测器周围0.5m内,不应有遮挡物。 Nonexistence shroud around 0.5m near to detector.c、探测器至空调送风口边的水平距离,不应小于1.5m,至多孔送风顶棚孔口的水平距离,不应小于0.5m。 1.5m is the least horizontal distance from detector to the edge of feeding-wind mouth of air conditioning and 0.5m to mouth of multi-hole blowing top shed.d、在宽度小于3m的内走道顶棚上设置探测器时,宜居中布置。感温探测器的安装间距不应超过10m;感烟探测器的安装间距,不应超过15m。探测器距端墙的距离,不应大于探测器安装间距的一半。 Detector shall be placed in the middle of ceiling of access whose width is less than 3 meter. Installation interval of temperature detector is not beyond 10m and less 15m of smoke detector. Distance from detector to wall shall be less than half of span of installing interval. e、探测器宜水平安装,当必须倾斜安装时,倾斜角不应大于450。 Detector shall be installed horizontally. Slope angle is bigger than 45 when it must be installed slantly.4.3.2、线型火灾探测器和可燃气体探测器等有特殊安装要求的探测器,应符合现行有关国家标准的规定。 Special installing request detector such as linear fire detector and gas detector shall be compliance with present state norm.4.3.3、探测器的底座应固定牢靠,其导线连接必须可靠压接或焊接。当采用焊接时,不得使用带腐蚀性的助焊剂。Foundation of detector shall be fixed tightly. Stripping or soldering shall be used to lead wire connection. Do not use corrosive welding paste when applying welding.4.3.4、探测器的“+”线应为红色,“”线应为蓝色,其余线应根据不同用途采用其它颜色区分。但同一工程中相同用途的导线颜色应一致。 The color of plus and minus wire of detector is red and blue. Applying other color to identify according to different usage. Lead wire color of alike usage shall be identical.4.3.5、探测器底座的外接导线,应留有不小于15cm的余量,入端处应有明显标志。 15cm is the least spare to outerconnection lead wire of detector footing. Marking obvious marker at inlet end.4.3.6、探测器底座的穿线孔宜封堵,安装完毕后的探测器底座应采取保护措施。line-crossing hole of detector footing shall be sealed. Taking protective measure to finished detector foundation.4.3.7、探测器的确认灯,应面向便于人员观察的主要入门方向。Indication lamp shall face to main entrydoor and facilitate to watching staff.4.3.8、探测器在即将调试时方可安装,在安装前应妥善保管,并应采取防尘、防潮、防腐蚀措施。安装后应采取适当的措施对探测器加以防护。Installing detector when test is coming. Prior to installing, Looking after properly and taking measures to prevent rust, moisture and corrosion. After installation, protect it properly.4.4、手动火灾报警按钮的安装:Manual Pushbutton Installation of FAS.4.4.1、手动火灾报警按钮,应安装在墙上距地(楼)面高度1.5m处。Located on the wall, 1.5m is the least height above ground.4.4.2、手动火灾报警按钮,应安装牢固,并不得倾斜。 Installing pushbutton tightly and no-inclination. 4.4.3、手动火灾报警按钮的外接导线,应留有不小于10cm的余量,且在其端部应有明显标志。10cm is the least spare length of outerconnection lead wire. Marking obvious sign at end.4.5、火灾报警控制器的安装: Controller installation of Fire-Alarming4.5.1、火灾报警控制器在墙上安装时,其底边距地(楼)面高度不应小于1.5m,落地安装时,其底宜高出地坪0.10.2m。As for controller installed on the wall, 1.5m is the least height above grade. 0.10.2m shall be set higher than grade when located on ground.4.5.2、控制器应安装牢固,不得倾斜。安装在轻质墙上时,应采取加固措施。Installing controller tightly and non-inclination. Taking reinforced measure when placed on the slightdensity wall.4.5.3、引入控制器的电缆或导线,应符合下列要求: The following is given to cable or wire entering controller:a、配线应整齐,避免交叉,并应固定牢靠。 Neat layout wiring, noncrossing, and fixed reliably.b、电缆芯线和所配导线的端部,均应标明编号,并与图纸一致,字迹清晰,不易褪色。 Cable core and end of distributedlead-wire shall be clearly marked with no. and compliance with drawing.c、端子板的每个接线端,接线不得超过2根。 No more than two wires shall be jointed in each terminal of terminal bar.d、电缆芯和导线,应留有不小于20cm的余量。 Keeping 20cm at least at the end of core and lead wire.e、导线应绑扎成束。 Lead wire shall be tied into bunch.f、导线引入线穿线后,在进线管处应封堵。 Sealing inlet after wire goes through pipe.4.5.4、控制器的主电源引入线,应直接与消防电源连接,严禁使用电源插头。主电源应有明显标志。 Main power entry line for controller shall directly connect with firecontrol power and forbid using power plug. Marking main power with obvious brand.4.5.5、控制器的接地应牢固,并有明显标志。Earth to controller shall be tight with clear marker.4.6、消防控制设备的安装:Installing firecontrol equipment:4.6.1、消防控制设备在安装前,应进行功能检查,不合格者,不得安装。Prior to installation, checking functions of equipment. Not install the unsatisfied product.4.6.2、消防控制设备的外接导线,当采用金属软管作套管时,其长度不宜大于2m,且应采用管卡固定,其固定点间距不应大于0.5m。金属软管与消防控制设备的接线盒(箱),应采用锁母固定,并应根据配管规定接地。The length of metallic softpipe used as bushings to outer wire is no more than 2 meters. Fixing by pipe clamp. Interval is no more than 0.5m. Metal softtube and JB of fire-control equipment shall be tightened with fasten bolt and grounded according to piping regulation.4.6.3、消防控制设备外接导线的端部,应有明显标志。End of outerconnection wire shall be marked with clear sign.4.6.4、消防控制设备盘(柜)内不同电压等级、不同电流类别的端子应分开,并有明显标志。 Different voltage level and varying current classification of cabinet shall be separated and marked obvious marker.4.7、系统接地装置的安装: Installation of ground plant:4.7.1工作接地应采用铜芯绝缘导线或电缆,不得利用镀锌扁铁或金属软管。Grounding material is copper insulation wire or cable, not metal softtube or galvanized flatsteel.4.7.2、由消防控制室引至接地体的工作接地线,在通过墙壁时,应穿入钢管或其它坚固的保护管。Steel pipe or other strong sleeve pipe shall be used to actuating grounding wire form firefight control room to ground object when crossing the wall.4.7.3、工作接地线与保护接地线,必须分开,保护接地导体不得利用金属软管。Separating actuating earthwire from safety ground wire. No using metallic soft-tube as protectionearth conductor.4.7.4、接地装置施工完毕后,应及时作隐蔽工作验收。验收应包括下列内容:Accepting underground works on time after finishing earth .The following is included:a、 测量接地电阻,并作记录 Checking earth resistance and recording.b、查验应提交的技术文件。 Inspecting technical document to be handed over.c、审查施工质量。 Checking and inspecting construction quality.5、火灾报警联锁系统调试:Interlock system of Fire Alarm.5.1、火灾报警联锁系统设备单体试验: Singletest of equipment:5.1.1、为提高火灾报警工程调试质量,将设备存在问题及早发现并解决,应创造条件进行设备、元器件的单体试验。To improve testing quality of fire alarm work, we shall create terms to do singletesting.5.1.2、单台设备、元器件外观检查后,按技术说明书的技术要求进行单体功能试验。做好测试结果的记录,包括各项数据及试验时间等。After visual inspection of single equipment and component, doing singletest according to technical instruction. Recording the test result including data and test date.5.2、火灾报警联锁系统调试应具备的条件和准备工作:Possessed term and prepared work to fire alarm test5.2.1、火灾报警系统的调试,应在建筑内部装修和系统安装已按设计施工结束后进行。Test of fire-alarm system shall be carried out after completion of building internal decoration and system installation according to design.5.2.2、调试前应按设计要求查验设备的规格、型号、数量、备品备件等。Checking size, specification, quantity and spare according to design prior to test.5.2.3、系统连接线路已全部检查核对,对错线、开路、虚焊和短路等应进行处理。Checking and verifying all connection lines and handling with misconnection, broken circuit, false welding and short circuit.5.2.4、各区域火灾探测器、手动火灾报警按钮、压力开关、电磁阀、报警控制器等已按设计或生产厂家提供的数据调整好(如:模拟地址等)。Fire detector, manual button for firealarm, pressure switch, solenoid valve and alarm controller have been adjusted according to design or manufactures data. (e.g. Simulation address)5.2.5、调试负责人必须由有资格的专业技术人员担任,所有参加调试人员应职责明确,并按照调试程序工作。Qualified special engineer shall be charge of test. All attendants have definite duties and work on the basis of testing procedure.5.3、系统调试:System testing:5.3.1、火灾报警系统调试,应先分别对探测器、区域报警控制器、集中报警控制器、火灾警报装置和消防控制设备等逐个进行单机通电检查,正常后方可进行系统调试。Carrying out on-power inspection for single machine one by one such as detector, districtalarm controller, integrationalarm controller, firealarm plant and firecontrol equipment. If all are normal, executing system test.5.3.2、火灾报警系统通电后,应对报警控制器进行下列功能检查:After energizing firealarm system, checking the following function:a、 火灾报警自检功能。Self-inspection function of firealarm.b、 消音、复位功能。Sound absorption function.c、 故障报警功能。Default alarm function.d、 火灾优先功能。Priority function of fire.e、 报警记忆功能。Alarmmemory function.f、电源自动转换和备用电源的自动充电功能。Function of power automatic switch and charging for spare power.g、备用电源的欠压和过压报警功能。 Alarm function of under-voltage and over-voltage of spare power.5.3.3、检查火灾报警系统的主电源和备用电源,其容量应分别符合现行有关国家标准的要求,在备用电源连续充放电3次后,主电源和备用电源应能自动转换。Inspecting main power and spare power supply of fire-alarm system. Their capacitance shall be compliance with present state relevant standard. After three times of continuous charging and discharging of spare power, automatic transformation between main power and spare power.5.3.4、应采用专用的检查仪器对探测器逐个进行试验,其动作应准确无误。Checking detector one by one with special apparatus. Its action shall be accurate and right.5.3.5、应分别用主电源和备用电源供电,检查火灾自动报警系统的各项控制功能和联动功能。Testing all control functions and linkag
