外出工程项目安全管理制度为贯彻“安全第一,预防为主”地安全生产方针,加强项目工程施工现场地安全管理,规范项目经理部地安全内业资料,使项目经理部地安全管理符合相关法律、法规要求和上级及公司相关规定,以防止或减少生产安全责任事故地发生,特制定外出工程项目安全管理办法： 1、签订合同时,在合同上必须明确写明甲、乙双方在安全生产方面所承担地责任.2、执行外出任务地负责人,应对安全生产负责.外出前应制定应急救援予案和相应地安全措施,确定专（兼）职安全管理员并报安全精益部备案,经安全教育后,方准外出作业.个人收集整理 勿做商业用途3、执行任务时,必须根据项目或工程地安全生产需要,制定安全操作规程和切实可行地防范措施,并严格执行.4、发生工伤事故,按合同地规定进行处理,合同上未明确地,按公司安全生产地有关规定处理.5、新建、改建、扩建项目,必须做到劳动保护设施与主体工程同时设计、同时施工、同时投产.各工程项目在设计审查和竣工验收时,必须同时审查验收安全卫生设施,并由生产管理部门、卫生部门和工会组织参加,没有这些部门签字盖章地不准施工和投产.个人收集整理 勿做商业用途6、所有设备都应按规定配备完善地安全防护装置或安全附件,否则不准使用.有防护装置不坚持使用地要停止其工作,重新进行安全教育和培训.擅自拆除防护装置地要追究责任.各种安全防护措施必须纳入主管部门地设备维修计划,明确管理、维修责任.个人收集整理 勿做商业用途7、外出项目责任制中一定要有安全承包内容,同产量、质量、利润等经济技术措施一样,有具体安全保证措施,没有安全保证措施地方案不准实施.个人收集整理 勿做商业用途8、禁止乱接临时线路.因生产所需确要安设时,经主管部门审查批准后,方可安装和投入运行.临时线路地使用期限一般不得超过三个月,超过此期限,应安装正式线路.否则,主管部门有权令其拆除.个人收集整理 勿做商业用途版权申明本文部分内容，包括文字、图片、以及设计等在网上搜集整理.版权为个人所有This article includes some parts, including text, pictures, and design.
