一、 照明系统:Lighting System:1、 根据照明平面图,核对穿线保护管敷设情况,采用目测。According to the lighting planar graph, check visually laying down conditions of threading protective tube. 2、 测试导线绝缘:相相;相N;相PE。采用500摇表测试。Testing the insulation of conductor with 500 tramegger: phasephase;phaseN;phasePE.3、 核对照明回路编号,采用蜂鸣器核对。Check lighting loop number with buzzer. 4、 开灯试验,接临时电源,分回路开灯,检查照明灯具点燃情况。Switch on testing: connect temporary power, and then switch on according to loops to examine the ignition situation of lighting devices. 5、 接正式电源,连续开灯48小时,检查照明灯具点燃情况。Connect formal power, and then switch on for successive 48 hours to examine the ignition situation of lighting service. 6、 测试照度,采用照度仪测试。Test illumination with illuminometer. 二、 动力系统:Dynamic system1、 测试导线、电缆绝缘:相相;相N;相PE。采用500摇表测试。Test the insulation of conductor and cable with 500 tramegger: phasephase;phaseN;phasePE. 2、 测试电缆桥架接地,采用接地电阻测试仪。Test the earthing of cable tray with grounding resistance instrument. 3、 测试电动机端电压、启动电流、额定电流、转向,采用钳型电流表、万用表测试。Test electromotor terminal voltage, starting current, rated current, and turning with clip-on ammeter and multimeter. 三、 插座系统:Socket system1、 根据插座平面图,核对穿线保护管敷设情况,采用目测。According to the Socket planar graph, check visually laying down conditions of threading protective tube. 2、 测试导线绝缘:相相;相N;相PE。采用500摇表测试。Test the insulation of conductor with 500 tramegger: phasephase;phaseN;phasePE. 3、 核对插座回路编号,采用蜂鸣器核对。Check Socket loop number with buzzer. 4、 核对插座孔接线情况,接临时电源,分回路供电,检查插座接线,采用专用检测插头。Check socket aperture wiring conditions with special testing plug: connect temporary power, and then supply power according to loops to check socket wiring. 单相三孔Single-phase three-hole 三相四孔Triphase four-hole PE PE L1 L3 N L L2 四、 空调系统:Air-conditioning system1、 根据空调系统平面图,核对穿线保护管敷设情况,采用目测。According to the air-conditioning system planar graph, check visually laying down conditions of threading protective tube. 2、 测试导线绝缘:相相;相N;相PE。采用500摇表测试。Test the insulation of conductor with 500 tramegger: phasephase;phaseN;phasePE.3、 核对空调回路编号、控制线编号,采用蜂鸣器核对。Check air conditioning loop number with buzzer. 4、 BMS系统点的测试。Test BMS system point. 4.1 数字量点Digital quantity point 数字量输出点(应用于控制):LDO(如照明控制,HVAC设备等等)Digital output point (applied to control):LDO(e.g. lighting control or HVAC equipment etc.)命令设备开、关。Switch on and switch off command facility. 记录设备实际开关状态。Record the device practical switch state. 将设备恢复原有状态。Recover equipment to its original state. 数字量输入点(应用于监测):LDI(如冷冻机组、水泵的状态与故障,水流开关,风机状态,空调处理机组状态,过滤网报警、报警状态等)Digital input point ( applied to monitoring):LDI(e.g. state and troubles of refrigerator group and pump, on-off state of water flow, state of fan and air conditioning processor group, alarm and alarm state of filtering net, etc.)记录当前BMS系统显示的状态与设备实际状态。Record the display status of current BMS system and the practical state. 通过短接或断开现场接线端子,模拟改变设备状态。Equipment status shall be changed by short circuit or break of field wiring terminal. 记录BMS系统显示的状态与设备实际状态。Record the display status of current BMS system and the practical state. 将设备恢复原有状态。Recover equipment to its original state. 4.2 模拟量点Analogue point 4.2.1模拟量输入点:LAI Analog input point: -LAI空气温度/湿度Air temperature/humidity在传感器附近使用温度计或湿度计,得到一个相应的读数。Use thermometer and hygrometer beside sensor, and get a relevant reading. 比较BMS系统的读数与上面得到的现场实际读数,记录以上两个读数。Compare BMS systemic reading with the above field practical reading, record these two readings. 在同一水管上最近的放水点,通过使用温度计得到一个相应的现场温度。In the nearest water discharge point of the identical water pipe, get a relevant site temperature by the use of thermometer. 比较BMS系统显示的温度与上面得到的现场实际温度,记录以上两个读数。Compare BMS system displayed temperature with the above site practical temperature, record these two readings. 4.2.2 模拟量输出:LAO(如调节阀控制,可调节风门等)Analogue output:-LAO(e.g. control valve control, adjustable air door, etc.)在BMS系统上,发出设备全关命令,检查设备实际状态。In BMS system,give off the command of complete equipment shutdown, and check the equipment actual state. 在BMS系统上,发出设备全开命令,检查设备实际状态。In BMS system,give off the equipment wide-open command, and check the equipment actual state. 在BMS系统上,发出设备开25、50、75的命令,检查设备实际状态,并记录以上数据。In BMS system, give off the command of equipment 25% openness, 50% openness and 75% openness, check the actual state and record the above statistics. 5、 BMS控制软件调试。Debugging of BMS control software. 5.1 空调处理机及新风处理机的控制程序调试Debugging control programs of air conditioning processor and fresh air processor打开机组。Open the set. 检查机组的实际状态。Check the actual state of the set. 检查风门是否打开。Check if the air door is open. 将设定温度点调至比实际温度低3。Adjust the setting temperature 3 lower than the actual temperature. 检查冷水阀是否全关。Check if the cold water valve is completely closed. 检查热水阀是否全开。Check if the hot water valve is wide-open. 将设定温度点调至比实际温度高3。Adjust the setting temperature 3 higher than the actual temperature. 检查冷水阀是否全开。Check if the cold water valve is wide-open. 检查热水阀是否全关。Check if the hot water valve is completely closed. 拟机组掉闸报警信号。Simulate the alarm signal in the case of set break -off. 机组关闭。Shut down the set. 冷热水阀门关闭。Shut down the cold and hot water valve. 风门关闭。Shut down the air door. 恢复机组至原有状态。Recover the set to its original state. 5.2 冷冻机组控制程序调试Debug refrigerator set control programs由厂家提供调试流程。Debugging processes are provided by the manufacturer. 6、 BAS设备与受控设备的单体调试Monomer debugging of BAS equipment and controlled device6.1 各驱动器的检查方法Checking methods of all kinds of drivers 调试条件:Debugging condition:A 电源要求:230V AC/50Hz的交流电源及一个230/24V的电源变压器。Power requirements:AC power supply of 230V AC / 50Hz and a power transformer of 230 / 24V. B 环境要求:温度条件3270;湿度条件95。Environmental requirements:temperature conditions between -32 and 70 ;humidity condition 95. C 标准仪器:一台010V DC的信号发生器;一台万用表,电压档010V DC的精度为0.5级。Standard instruments: a 010V DC signal generator; a multimeter; a 010V DC voltmeter of 0.5 grade accuracy. D 驱动器动作行程范围为:0100或090。The range of driver action stroke: 0100 or 090. 驱动器的检查步骤:The examination procedures of driver: 手动检查:如驱动器有手动/自动切换开关,首先切换至手动档,然后转动手动摇柄,同时检查驱动器的行程,如果行程在0100的范围内,则认为该驱动器合格,并允许进行电动检查;否则认为该驱动器不合格,同时不必在进行电动检查。Manual examination: If a driver can switch from manual to auto, first switch to manual gear, then rotate manual rocking handle, at the same time examine the stroke of the driver. If the stroke is at the range of 0 100, it is considered eligible, and then carry out electric examination. If the stroke is out of the range, it is considered unqualified and there is no need to carry out electric examination. 电动检查:把驱动器置于室温环境下,对其进行正确接线并通电30分钟后,分别加入0V、5V、10V的电压信号,检查其动作行程是否为0、50、100或0、45、90。Electric examination: place a driver in room temperature environment, wiring it correctly and electrify it for 30 minutes, give it 0V, 5V,and 10V voltage signal respectively, and check if the drivers action stroke is 0, 50, 100or 0, 45, 90. 6.2 MBC的通电测试方法MBC electrifying testing method测试条件:Testing requirements: A. 电源要求:230V AC/50Hz的交流电源。Power requirements:AC power supply of 230V AC / 50Hz.B. 环境要求:温度条件050;湿度条件93。Environmental requirements:temperature conditions between 0 and 50;humidity condition 93. MBC的AI、AO、DI、DO点数及地址:MBC AI, AO, DI, DO points and address: AI、AO、DI、DO点数及地址依点终端模块实际分配情况而定。The point and address of AI, AO, DI, DO depend on point terminal module actual distribution situation. MBC的通电检查步骤:MBC electrifying examination procedures: 在现场对MBC正确接入24V AC/50Hz的交流电源,插入Power Module和Control Module后,然后合上电源开关,即可进行MBC的通电检查。Connect correctly 24V AC / 50Hz AC Power Supply to MBC on site, insert Power Module and Control Module, switch on, and then carry out MBC electrifying examination. A AI/AO、DI/DO点的检查,据现场的实际信号类型及完成Database/Program后再进行。The examination for AI / AO, DI / DO point depends on spot actual signal type and is carried on after the completion of Database / Program. B 对Power Module的检查:如果该模块上的四个LED均为绿色,则该模块正常;如果AC Fault/DC fault/OverLoad的LED显示为红色,则该模块不合格。Examination for Power Module: if the four LED on the module are green, this module is normal; if AC Fault / DC fault / Overload LED are red, this module is unqualified. C 对Control Module的检查:如果该模块上的Status/Bat Low LED均为绿色,则该模块正常;如果Status LED显示为红色,则该模块不合格,如果Bat Low LED显示为红色,则说明用于保存Database和Program的电池电力不够,更换后该模块即可正常工作。Examination for Control Module: if Status / Bat Low LED on this module are green, this module is normal; if Status LED is red, this module is unqualified; if Bat Low LED is red, it represents the battery electric power for storing Database and program is insufficient, once changed the module will work normally. 6.3 中央管理站的通电测试方法Electrifying testing method for central management station一台WindowsXP平台的计算机,一个Trunk Interface接口,打印机一台,一台1KV在线式UPS。A Windows XP based computer, a Trunk Interface, a printer and a 1KV online UPS. 测试条件:Testing requirements: A. 电源要求:230V AC/50Hz的交流电源。Power requirement:230V AC / 50Hz AC power supply. B. 环境要求:温度条件1030;湿度条件90。Environmental requirements:temperature conditions between 10 and 30;humidity condition90. 中央管理站的通电检查步骤:Electrifying testing procedures for central management station在室内,正确装配中央管理站的各个部件;在确信连接无误后,把计算机的电源线插入UPS的电源插座,即可对中央管理站进行通电检查:To assemble correctly each component of central management station indoors, make sure the connection is all right; insert the computer power cord in the UPS socket, then carry out electrifying examination for central management station. A. 计算机的硬件、软件系统检查:Examination for computer hardware and software systems: 进入WindowsXP的Control Panel的System程序项,对所用的计算机的各部件进行检查,如有惊叹号(!)在设备名前出现,说明有硬件故障或软件配置问题;还可在WindowsXP中进行对显示器、硬盘的检查。如没有问题,则说明计算机的硬件、软件系统工作正常。Enter System program item under Control Panel in Windows XP; check each components of the computer. If an exclamation(!)appears in front of the device name, it represents it has hardware troubles or software installment problems. The examination for display or hard disks is also feasible in Windows XP environment. If there is no problem, the computer hardware and software system could work normally. B. Apogee S600的楼宇控制管理软件的检查:Examination for Apogee S600 building controlling and managing software: 待整个楼宇控制管理系统联网后才能进行。This could be carried out when the whole building controlling and managing system network. 五、 火灾自动报警系统Automatic fire alarm system1、 确认满足调试条件,调试条件如下:The following debugging conditions shall be ensured to meet: 1.1 所有设备安装到位,查清线路,确认线路没有短路、断路和接地等问题All the devices shall be installed to its place, and the lines shall be checked whether they have such problems as short circuit, open circuit, and grounding or not. 。1.2 将主机定位,所有系统线路进入主机的长度留足余量并作准确标识,电源通入主机。The host machine shall be located, and all the system lines connecting to the host machine shall leave sufficient surplus and be marked accurately, then the power supply is connected to the host machine. 1.3 将探测器、手动报警按钮、信号输入模块及联动控制模块等需编码的设备在现场编码并作记录,以便编写地址编码对照表。The to-be-encoded equipments such as detector, manual alarm button, signal input module and interactive control module shall be coded and well recorded on site, in order to compile address encoding table. 1.4 整理出完整的探测器地址名称及联动设备地址名称对照表,地址编码原则为:每个防火分区内的探测器编码编在一起,手动报警按钮编在一起,尽量不要混编。An integral address encoding table shall be completed for the detectors and interactive devices according to the following address encoding principles: for each single fire compartment, all the detectors shall be encoded together, so shall the manual alarm buttons. Both the detector and the manual alarm buttons shall not be mixed as much as possible. 2、 调试人员进厂检测主机(主控制器),检测内容如下:Debugging personnel test the host(main controller)in the plant, testing items as follows: 2.1 系统功能检查。Examination of system function. 2.2 火灾报警器的自检功能。Self-testing function of fire alarm. 2.3 火灾报警器的消音复位功能。Silencing and resetting function of fire alarm. 2.4 火灾报警器的故
