Random20一、系统说明System本系统是以江河、湖泊、地下水作为水源（水源应无明显浑浊物），采用多级膜法处理。标准产水量500升/小时。The system is based on rivers, lakes, groundwater as a source of water (no water turbid material), multi-stage membrane treatment. Ultrafiltration system as the pre-treatment of reverse osmosis system in normal working conditions, used to protect the reverse osmosis and enhance equipment life.反渗透系统出水水质达到国标饮用净水水质标准（CJ94-2005）理化指标。water quality of Reverse osmosis systems : the national standard, Drinking Water Quality Standards (CJ94-2005) physical.系统流程：System process:原水通过原水泵进入粗滤过滤器，过滤精度20m，过滤出大颗粒杂质、泥砂、悬浮物；再输送到一级精密过滤器，过滤精度10m，过滤出小颗粒杂质、絮状物、胶体等；经过一级精密滤器的水进入二级精密滤器，过滤精度1m，过滤更小的杂质，病菌，胶体，铁锈及大分子有机物等物质；经过净化的水通过高压泵加压进入反渗透系统，生产出纯净水。filtration accuracy filter of Rough filtration is of 20m, to filter out large particle impurities, sediment, suspended solids;then go to first class ultrafilter, filter rating 10m, the little particle impurity, colloid will be filtered out; after first class filter then come into second ultrafilter, filter rating 1m, filt less colloid,germina,colloid,rust and big particles organic matter, etc. water after purified go through high pressure pump go into RO system, produce pure water.二、安装说明Second. Installation instructions1、 选择水源地附近较平整的空地，将设备主机固定，关闭万向轮开关。 1, select the water source near the ground than the flat, the device host fixed, shutdown The Moxianglun switch.2、 在主机附近选择一个稍高平台（若无平台可以放置一张桌子代替平台）放置自升式纯水箱（便于灌装取水）。2.Put the jack-up pure water container on the a little higher platform close to main machine, its easy to take water. ( a table can instead of the platform if there is no platform )3、 将取水接口后放入自升式原水箱中，将原水箱出口与原水泵接口C2连接（注意：1英寸管，长为2米，两头带快接）；连接废水接口C4（注意：1英寸管长为5米，不带快接）,要求排水通畅；将纯水出口C3与纯水箱进口连接（注意：1/2英寸管，长为3米，两头带快接）；将灌装口与纯水箱出口连接注意：（1/2英寸管，长为2米，带快接和阀门）。put the taking water mouth into the jack-up raw water container, then connect raw water box outlet with raw water pump interface C2. ( caution: 1 inch pipe, 2 meters length, quick union in two ends ); connect waste water interface C4(caution: 1 inch pipe, 5 meters length, without quick union), require drain fluently, connect pure water outlet C3 with pure water box inlet( caution:1/2 inch pipe, 3 meters length, with quick union in 2 ends); connect fill water mouth with pure water box outlet(caution: 1/2 inch pipe, 2 meters length, with quick union and valve)4、检查所有管路连接处是否密封，所有接触点是否连接牢固。4,Check all pipe joints are sealed, all the contacts are securely connected.5、打开配电箱，检查所有连接点是否牢固，将380V,50Hz电源连接到接口11、12、13、N；连接地线D5。5,open the distribution box, check all connections are solid, the 380V, 50Hz power supply connected to the interface, 11,12,13, N, connecting ground D5. 6、反渗透膜元件的装入 RO membrance module load在膜元件装入压力容器之前，准备好必要的工具、材料和防护用品，如活扳手、内六角扳手，一字螺丝刀、甘油、橡皮锤、手套等。按用户光盘的方法取下压力容器顶端的端板，将压力容器清洗、擦拭干净，并用毛巾或海绵浸甘油均匀涂抹压力容器内壁，使内壁润滑，便于膜元件的装入。Before load RO module, get necessary tools, material, and protective articles ready, for example, clyburn spanner, socket head wrench, Straight Screwdriver, Glycerin, rubber mallet, glove and so on. Take down end plate on the top of pressure vessel according to user CD, wash pressure vessel, wipe it clean, and use towel or sponge wipe inner of pressure vessel and make it lubricate easy to load membrane module. （1） 反渗透膜组件安装前的准备：Preparation of RO loading 清除供水管内的垃圾、油、金属粉可根据需要进行配管系统内的药品清洗或注入清洗剂（设备出厂前以做初步清理）。Make clear of rubbish, oil, metal powder based on requirement of cleaner( equiptment did basic cleansing before leaving plant) 供给水质的确认：至少要对压力容器通水30min，确认反渗透膜的供给水是否符合要求。对于聚酰胺复合膜，要确认无残留游离氯存在。Supply water quality confirmation: watering no less than 30min for pressure vessel, confirm if RO supply water fulfill requirement. Make sure there is no Dissociation chlorine to Gathers the amide compound membrane. 必要零部件的准备：从纸板箱内的附件盒里将零部件取出。先确认膜元件的附属零部件及必要数量，见下表：Necessary spare parts: take out spare sparts in box from pure wooden crate. Confirm necessary spare parts number of membrane module, as follow sheet:零部件名称Necessary spare parts name盐水密封垫圈Seawater seal washer连接配件Connection fittings必要数量Necessary number11注释：该配件已安装Note: fittings installed压力容器内部的检查: 取下压力容器上端的端板。用干净水冲洗已打开的压力容器，并将容器内部的垃圾或异物除去。Internal inspection of pressure vessel: take out end plate on the top of pressure vessel, wash clean opened pressure vessel, and make clear internal rubbish.（2） 反渗透膜元件的安装RO membrane module loading 从纸板箱中取出膜元件，拆去塑料包装袋。Take out membrance module, then take down plastic sack.查看盐水密封圈是否安装（盐水密封圈一般在膜出厂前已安装好）；若没安装请在膜元件上安装盐水密封圈：盐水密封的方向如图4-1所示。如果逆向安装则不能发挥其作用，务请注意.Check seawater seal packing collar(seawater seal packing collar is loaded before leaving plant); please load seawater seal packing collar, Direction as shown in Figure 4-1. Caution: anti direction loading is not allowed. 装填膜元件：将膜元件带盐水密封圈的一端从压力容器的顶端插入，将元件的2/3慢慢推入，进行如图42、图43所示。这时，要注意勿触及压力容器的边缘。Loading membrane module: put seawater seal packing collar side in pressure vessel, put 2/3 slowly, same as figure 4-2, and 4-3. dont touch vessel edge.装填后续膜元件：重复步骤 (图4-2-图4-3)直到所有元件都装入压力容器内，元件和压力容器的长度决定装填数量本套设备每支压力容器装填1支膜元件。Load following part: Redundant step(picture 4-2-picture 4-3) until put all parts in pressure vessel, parts and vessel length decide membrane loading number, loading 1 piece of membrane module every pressure vessel in this system. 安装供给水侧的端板：根据用户光盘的方法，在压力容器的供给水侧安装上端板。Load end plate of water supply: load end plate at pressure vessel supply water side according to user CD.连接好端板处的管道。Connect end plate pipeline well.（3） 装填膜元件后的检查Inspection 通水确认：仔细检查管配件接续是否正确、螺丝是否拧紧后再开始进行通水试验，通水时要注意尽量让水压慢慢上升。Watering confirmation: check whether pipeline connection correct, Whether the screw does screw tight, then start to watering test, try to make water pressure go up slowly when watering. 调整至设定的产水量和回收率：密切注意给水、浓缩水的流量计的同时，调整到设定的制水量和回收率，如果没有压力损失或其他问题时，让这种运行状态持续lh。Adjust to set Water yield and returns-ratio, meanwhile Watch out for gives the water, the thick shrinkage flowmeter. Keep this running situation 1h if there is no pressure lost or other problems. 检查膜透过水水质：将各膜组件的透过水进行采样以检查水质(电导率)。如有水质异常的膜组件，就必须再次检查O形圈、盐水密封圈等，更换不良的零部件。Check water quality pass through membrane: take sample tp test quality. Check 0 shape ring, seawater seal packing collar, etc if water quality is unnormal, change bad spare parts.注意事项Caution:（1）在使用膜元件前请勿捅破塑料包装袋。膜元件装填到压力容器时请参照相关技术资料。Dont damage membrane plastic package. Loading membrane into pressure vessel according to technical data.（2）新装入的膜元件要低压进水，最好浸泡1小时，以使膜元件充分适应水质和水温后再进入调度阶段。New membrane module require Low pressure water supply, soaking 1h is better to make membrane module full adapt to water quality and water temperature, then go to adjustment stage.（3）新投入使用的反渗透膜元件从初始性能过渡到稳定状态需要一定的时间，这一时间的长短取决于膜元件的储存条件和正确的启动程序，大约需要一周的时间。通常反渗透膜元件的脱盐率在其投入运行后的几小时到几天内将不断升高，然后长期处于稳定状态。The new membrane module need some time from initial performance to the steady state, the time is decided membrane module storage condition and Correct start-up procedure, about need one week. Check strong water regulating valve switch and RO membrane, then restart system after eliminate all possible fault. 4. 粗滤、精滤过滤器滤芯的更换： 初次运行时， 根据原水的水质，若水质比较混浊时，每隔1小时或2小时检查一次，根据污染情况，清洗或更换滤芯。更换滤芯时，需打开顶端排气阀排气。以后再根据实际情况，来自行确定检查或更换的频次。 4. Later according to the actual situation, from the line to determine the frequency of inspection or replacement.四、系统常见故障排除fourth. the system common trouble shooting1、开机时原水泵不启动，或反转1. raw water pump does not start at boot time, or reverse1）检查三相电源是否缺相；1) Check whether the lack of phase three-phase power; 2）测量电压是否达到380V。2) whether the measured voltage is 380V. 3）三相电源是否倒相，调换3相接头中的任意2相。3) three-phase power is inverted, transposed three-phase connection of any 2-phase.3、开机时高压泵不启动3.high-pressure pump does not start at boot time 1）检查三相电源是否缺相。1) Check whether the lack of three-phase power supply phase.2）检查进水压力表B1，进水压力是否在0.08Mpa以上或水路是否畅通；2) Check the water pressure gauge B1, water pressure is above or in 0.08Mpa water is smooth;3）缓慢调节浓水调节阀C4至膜前压力表B4为0.7-1.3MPa左右；3) slowly adjust the concentration of water regulating valve before the pressure gauge B4 C4 to the membrane was about 0.7-1.3MPa;4）低压开关是否连接好，调节低压开关使压力在0.050.07Mpa之间；4) Low-voltage switch is connected to regulate the low pressure switch to between 0.050.07Mpa; 5）压力表B1-B2压差大于0.1 Mpa时，检查粗滤过滤器的滤袋是否堵塞，及时更换滤袋；5) B1-B2 pressure difference bigger than 0.1Mpa, check whether rough filter pocket jam or not, change it in time. 4、纯水产量下降到设计的85%4. reduce pure water produce quantity to 85% of design1)进水温度过低；1) inlet water temperature is too low;2)压力表B4的压力是否在控制在0.7-1.3MPa，调节浓水调节阀C4；2) whether the pressure gauge B4 control in 0.7-1.3MPa, water regulating valve regulating concentrated C4;3)源水进水量不足；3) lack of source water into the water;4)反渗透膜污堵，清洗反渗透膜，更换精滤膜。4) when RO membrane is dirty, wash RO membrane and change rough filter membrane. 5、出水水质变差5. water quality deterioration1）进水水质不稳定；1) water quality unstable;2）反渗透膜壳堵头O形圈损坏，更换受损O形圈；2) reverse osmosis membrane shell plug O-ring is damaged, replace the damaged O-ring;3）反渗透膜，用药剂清洗膜元件。3) reverse osmosis membranes, membrane components with chemical cleaning.五、水处理设备污染紧急清洗Fifth. Water Treatment Equipment Pollution Emergency cleaning放一个100升的清洗箱，将浓水调节阀C4、纯水阀门C3全部打开，将浓水软管、进水软管和纯水软管放入清洗箱中，循环清洗。先用设备所产的纯水冲洗10-30分钟，用12%的柠檬酸溶液（调整PH值不低于 2.0），只开自吸泵低压力大流量冲洗1-3小时，如污染严重应浸泡6-12小时，再冲洗0.5-1小时 ；将系统用纯水冲洗干净，再按0.1%比例配好氢氧化钠（NaOH）溶液，调整PH值不高于 12.0，低压力大流量冲洗1-3小时，如污染严重应浸泡6-12小时，在用净水冲洗0.5-1小时，重新启动设备生产。100L clear tank washer, open strong water regulating valve C4 and pure water valve C3, put strong water soft pipe, inlet water soft pipe and pure water soft pipe in washer, recycle wash.
