Understand some of the difficult sentences in the passage4. 通过阅读练习,扩展学习一些生词、短语,并能够完成阅读理解任务,获取相关信息。5. 了解贫困地区孩子上学的交通困难,城市孩子要关注他们,懂得珍惜自己的生活和学习条件,激发自己努力学习。学情分析:本节课是Section B的阅读理解部分,学生通过对A部分交通方式的学习和掌握的基础上,进一步在阅读中学习交通方式的表达,并在语篇中学习运用新单词和短语,同时注重学生阅读策略的培养,包括预测语篇信息和获取具体信息以及对信息加工的策略。活动内容循序渐进,有一定的难度,所以在教学过程中应给予学生及时的方法指导。教学重难点:1. Key points: Words and phrases in the passage.2. Difficult points: a. For many students, it is easy to get to school.b. There is no bridge and the river runs too quickly for boats.c. One 11-year-old boy, Liangliang, crosses the river every school day.d. Now lets look at the screen and see how the children in the picture go to school(by boat, by taxi, by subway) T: How do the children in picture one go to school? Ss: They take the boat.Step Pre-reading (看图片,猜文章大意,导入2b部分的内容)Open your book and look at the picture. There is no bridge and the river runs too quickly for boats. How do they get to school? Ask Ss to try to pronounce them. Pay attention to the pronunciation of the vowels.2. Carefully reading (1) Read the passage carefully and answer the questions in groups. Ask one student to read the questions.
