Hospital : n. 医院 go to hospital 去医院 Im going to hospital tomorrow . in the hospital 在医院里(但不一定是病人) in hospital 住院 He has got a headache ,so he is in hospital now .他头痛,所以现在在医院。 Her mather is a doctor ,she works in the hospital .她妈妈是一名医生,她在医院工作 同步练习: 1)、-Where does he work ? - He works _ A.in hospital B.in a hospital C.on a hospital D.on hosptal 2)、My grandmather had a bad cold .She was _ A.in hospital B.in a hospital C.on a hospital D.on hosptal 4. and 作并列连词用。 用来连接两个相同的句子成分。译为“和”“而且” Tom and I are good friends . 汤姆和我是好朋友。 Icant swim ,and I cant speak Chinese . 我不会游泳,而且也不会说汉语。而but 作为并列连词,在意义上起转折作用。 but 前后的两个句子或短语在意义上形成鲜明对照。Tom is a good boy ,but I dont like him .汤姆是个好孩子,但是我不喜欢他。I cant speak English ,but I can ride a bike.我不会说英语,但是我会骑自行车。同步练习:选择and或but填空。1).We are in the same class._we are good friends .2).The room is very big,_there is no body in it .3).I like noodles , _ I dont like meat .4).The dog is very lovely , _ I like it very much .5).There are many people ,_ no one help me.5.Can和could的用法1). 表示能力,could 是 can 的过去。如:Can you speak English? 你会说英语吗?Could you speak English then? 那时候你会说英语吗? 2). 表示许可,注意以下用法:(1) 对于现在或将来的“许可”,要区分以下两种情况:a. 表示请求允许(即请求别人允许自己做某事),可用 can(=may)或 could(=might)(注意:这里的 could 并不表示过去,而是表示现在,只是语气较委婉)。如:Can May, Could, Might I come in? 我可以进来吗?b. 表示给予允许(即自己允许别人做某事),一般只用 can(=may),而不能用 could 或 might。如:A: Could Can I use your pen? 我可以借用你的钢笔吗?B: Yes, of course you can. 当然可以。(注意: 此处不用 Yes, you could)(2) 对于过去的“许可”,也要区分以下两种情况:a. 表示过去一般性允许(即表示某人随时都可以做某事),用 can的过去式(即 could)。如:When I lived at home, I could watch TV whenever I wanted to. 我住在家里时,想什么时候看电影就可以什么时候看 (一般性允许)。b. 表示过去特定的允许( 即表示在过去某一特定情况下允许进行某一活动),则不用 could, 而需换成其它表达(如:had permission或 was were allowed to)。如:I was allowed to see the film yesterday evening. 昨天晚 上允许我去看了电影(特定的允许,所以不能用 could)。3). 表示推测:(1) 对现在或将来的推测,can 通常只用于否定句或疑问句中,一般不用于肯定句:It cant be true. 那不可能是真的。What can they be doing? 他们会在干什么呢?Can it be Jim? 那会是吉姆吗?同步练习: 1、I can _ a bike . A, play B.plays C.playing知识点二、特殊疑问句回顾。常用疑问词有7个 What color 什么颜色what,什么 What size 什么尺码 What time 什么时间when,什么时间where,哪里 whose,谁的who,谁 whom: 谁(宾格)which,哪一个why,为什么 how old 多大 how many多少 how,怎样 how much 多少(钱) how long 多长时间 how often 多么经常,问频率 how far 多远 how soon 表示问将来,多久特殊疑问句的一般构成如下特殊疑问词+be动词+其它部分 特殊疑问词+名词+be动词+其它部分 特殊疑问词+助动词+其它部分 特殊疑问词+名词+助动词+其它部分同步练习一、选择正确的单词填空(who, where, when)1._ is that pretty girl? I have lunch at noon知识点三、一般现在时的结构和用法1. 一般现在时的含义(1) 现在的事实,如:My hair is long我留长发。(目前是长发,但过去或将来可能不是。) (2) 经常发生的行为动作,如: Simon plays football after school西蒙放学后踢足球(这个动作经常在放学后发生。) (3) 真理、基本事实或常见现象,如: The Earth goes around the Sun地球绕着太阳转(地球绕太阳转是永恒不变的真理。) 2. 一般现在时的结构 (1) 一般现在时的肯定句结构 I/You/We/They want/food. He/She/It wants Iama studentYou/We/They(复数)areHe/She(指示代词)isI work in a shopMy brother works in a bank我在商店上班,我哥哥在银行上班 Linda lives in LondonHer parents live in Scotland 琳达住在伦敦,她的父母住在苏格兰。 It rains a lot in winter冬天雨水很多。 (2) 一般现在时的否定句结构 I/You/We/They do not/dont want food. He/She/It does not/ doesnt Iam nota studentYou/We/They(复数)are notHe/She(指示代词)is notSue drinks tea but she doesnt drink coffee苏喝茶,但她不喝咖啡。 We dont watch television very often我们不常看电视。 The weather is usually niceIt doesnt rain very often天气总是不错。不常下雨。 Gerry and Linda dont know many people盖瑞和琳达认识的人不多。 (3) 一般现在时的一般疑问句结构及其肯定、否定回答 Do I/You/We/They want Food ?Does he/She/It Yes, I/you/we/they do. he/she/it does. No, I/you/we/they do not/dont he/she/it does not/ doesnt Are You/We/They a student ?Is he/She/It Yes, Iam. We/They are. he/she is. No, I am not.We/They arent. he/she isnt. -Do you play tennis?你打网球吗? - No,I dont不,我不打。 -Does George work hard? 乔治工作努力吗? -Yeshe does是的,他挺努力的。 小结 在肯定句中,若人称为第三人称单数,则后面的行为动词需要加s,构成否定句和疑问句时,助动词要选用does,而不是do。 3. 第三人称单数后行为动词加S的规则。 一般单词 加s walk-walks 以辅音字母加y结尾的单词 去y变i加es fly-flies 以 s,ch,sh或x结尾的单词 加es catch-catches 部分以o结尾的单词 加es go-goes do-does 一般现在时专项练习I.
