各生产部门应针对现场运行系统 机组设备的实际状况及 生产发展的需求 制定年度培训计划 以季度为单位编制 2 各生产部门每年底将下年度培训计划上报培训中心 二 二 培训项目及要求培训项目及要求 1 1 岗位培训 岗位培训 1 1 岗前培训岗前培训 员工在上岗前必须学习 电业安全工作规程 等相关安全工作 规章制度 本公司 本部门相关管理标准 本岗位有关规程制度 考试合格后 如考试不合格 再进 行平培训时间不少于一个月 经补考仍不合格 上报公司建议辞退 3 3 转岗培训转岗培训 转岗人员在上岗前必须由公司培训中心对其进行必要的转岗前 培训 然后经培训中心考试合格后 方可到新岗位工作 4 4 升岗培训升岗培训 凡由低岗升入高岗的生产人员 必须经过培训中心组织的培训 或考试 经过培训中心考试合格后 方可上岗 上述岗位培训由所属部门申请 培训中心组织实施 考试成绩 为 70
