Teaching method has so much meaning and function. Therefore, using correct teaching method will gain large significance to teaching. The use of teaching method is efficient means to solve many kinds of important questions. However, no matter what kind of teaching method people use, they should deal with the relationship between teachers and students well. Teachers and students are the main parts in teaching activities, and they are the main part or basis to make the teaching method function well, too. Teachers are the main part of teaching. People often say, “Teachers are called because they are the person who teach with Tao.” As the educator, they undertake the important responsibility to educate the regular social members and continue the development of human society. Students are the main part of learning. As the object of school teaching, they are also the individuals who have subjective activity and different quality. So the educator must respect this fact and satisfy the different demand of students. From ancient on, people had already been interested in the relationship between teachers and students. Teachers were often called the mother of students. The relationship between them is the teaching and learning on educational contents, the equal relationship on personality and the mutual respect on moral. So it is good for the other teaching activities to proceed smoothly to deal with this relationship well. However, there are many serious problems in the relationship between teachers and students. For example, students call their teachers with pig. And the teachers use the corporal punishment as the main means to educate the students. As a result, dealing with this relationship is taken into account. In fact, teachers can use psychology to analysis the students feature of mentality and communicate with students frequently. The teachers should often connect with their parents. Make sure they can educate students together. As a new teacher, it is necessary to deal with this relationship. In all, the harmonious relationship between teachers and students will gain good result and it will also bring uncountable function to education career. With a teaching method, the process of achieving a result can be studied and the result verified. Aching method is the bedrock upon which scientific study and engineering are built. The teaching methods are important. However, as the main part in teaching, the teachers and students are also the bases of the use of teaching methods. So the relationship between them cant be ignored.1.1 The Concept of the Teaching Method Teaching method is all the totals of the way that teaching activity those teachers and the students have opened in order to attain the teaching purpose. (刘舒生,1991,1) Teaching method, which not only includes the teachers teaching methods but also includes the students learning methods is the method that is a conjunction of teachers teaching and students learning to complete the teaching mission mutually, being unification of teaching method and learning method. In the past, people called the teaching method the “didactics”(刘舒生,1991,1). In Dec. 1927, the ten didactics that were discussed by chairman Mao in “the fourth solder of China red army of communist party for the ninth time represent conference resolution proposal” are used the phrase didactics. Profession Tao Xingzhi, an educator of people, claims to change didactics to teaching method. This is because that the phrase didactics” cant express the bilateral activity of teachers and students during the teaching process. He thinks there is connection between teaching method and learning method, and the teaching method should pay attention to the learning method. (董燕桥,1991,2) . The teaching method in the process includes the teachers teaching methods and the students learning methods. But it doesnt add both sides in brief and mutually. It cant separate the teachers teaching method and the students learning method clearly. The teachers teaching method can give expression to the function of teaching method by students learning; however, the students learning method in the teaching process is actually the learning method that under the influence of teacher. Sometimes students learning proceed with the self-educated of outside-school youth. And it is the study activity that under the teachers direct or indirect educational influence. Thus, teaching is a kind of common bilateral activity of combining teachers and students together and the teaching method is dialectical unity of teaching method and learning method. Teaching method, is usually called teaching method. Generally, methodology is often used and mixed up with others many times. Strictly speaking, there are not only common things but also distinction between them. People say teaching method is all the totals of the way that teaching activity that teachers and the students have opened in order to attain the teaching purpose. That they say it is the total activity method means the teaching method is the total or sum. That should be concluded by a certain teaching thought. It is a system that is concluded by a particular thought in order to carry out the teaching aims by a series of teaching activity method. Generally speaking, people say, suggested teaching method, teaching method which major in discovering and so on. It can reflect the activity form or method of this teaching method and the teaching thought or principle. It is a system that can constitute some more completely action method in order. But teaching method is an individual part for the method system part of teaching activity. For example, practice method, demonstrable method, question in class etc. Teaching method often performance as a series of operation activity of a certain side of teaching activity. There is obvious operability. It is just a part of teaching method.1.2 The Meaning of Teaching Method From a completely pragmatic point of view, a teaching method helps people get things done. The most advanced tools are of little value if people do not know how to use them. A teaching method helps people answer basic questions such as: How do I accomplish this task?” or even, What should I do next?”. With a teaching method, people are never left wondering where to start, or whether they are using a tool as intended. Teaching method has the great significant to complete the teaching mission and realize the teaching purpose. The teaching method will be full of results by all means certainly, when the teaching method is made and after having the relevant content of course. Otherwise, completing the teaching mission and realizing the teaching purpose will end up in nothing. According to this, teaching method is an important problem, which is relating to the teaching success or failure in regard to certain meaning. The progress of the current technology, the development of producing and the prosperous and strong of the socialism motherland request that the various works should be particular about beneficial result and improve efficiency. And the thing works also request that.But it doesnt only depend on enlarging the strength of the teachers physical labor in brief and increasing the burden of the lessons to increase teaching result, then to research and improve the teaching methods. It is a sector filled with a wreath of meaning to the best teaching result, which walks little roundabout way and uses less time, energy and material resources to obtain. Teacher Ma Xinlan who works in Happy Villige Center primary school of Peking improved teaching method and made teaching quantity contain very big exaltation under the situation of doing not increase the students supports. She let the students in Grade Three of primary school do the examination of the junior school. Unusually, the examination is a general examination with a common test paper for all students from different school. As a result, the average amount of the whole class is 93. It has obtained very high teaching beneficial result and brought about important function for accelerating the training of talented person(董燕桥,1991,3). On the contrary, some teachers have wrong teaching methods. That will make oneself consume much energy and make the students have heavy load, so teaching will be ineffective and get half the result with twice the effort. At last, the work will result in the unnecessary loss. What kind of teaching method teachers use has very important function to educate what kind of students will be. The teachers teaching method restricts the students learning method, having the important function to the development of the studens intelligence and the formation of the personality at the same time. The teachers usually adopt the teaching method of the infusion type during the teaching. On the lesson, the teacher reads the notes aloud, and then the students keep notes and recite the notes after class. Finally, the examination tests the notes, so the students certainly have the learning method of memorizing and reciting mechanically. The teacher teaches and the students listen to during the lesson. However, the students have no opportunity to think about and activate independently, so students will be lack of initiative, independence, and creativity. It will be different to educate a batch talented person who is brave to consider, guest and create. As Lenin discussed how to study in the Task of the Youth League again and again, He thought this was a kind f learning method breaking away from reality and it will result in create the bookworm. He put forward that communism should theories contact actual and the knowledge that students get pass by careful consideration, gaining a through understanding of the subject through mastery of all relevant material(刘舒生,1991,3). Therefore, it is one of the most important problems whether teacher used a scientific teaching method or not. And it also connects with whether the students will become the qualified talented with bright brilliance and scientific brains.Chapter 2 The Character and Status of Teachers and StudentsEducational activity is a kind of social activity that trains person. Educational System is a social System that is made up by assemblage of person .In educational System, the assemblage of person primarily means the teacher together with the student. The teacher and student are the most basic main factors to educational System, and are the main body to educational activity. Therefore, no matter what kind of teaching method people use, and must handle well the relationship between teachers and students.2.1 The Quality, Characteristics and Status of Teachers2.1.1 The Quality and Characteristics of Teachers Teacher is a concept that is involve by people in daily life. However, to definition of this word, the angle that people comprehend is badly different. Such as: the definition to teachers concept from teachers function. Teacher teaches the person as the Taoist called “The person who dispels doubt”(韩愈,1995,46).To define the teachers concept “Intelligence is like from the angle of quality that teacher should have, Intelligence is like source and their action can represent their idol is the persons teacher”(郑玄注,1997,36). From some an aspect, these definitions reflects the teachers characteristic, but wanting to understand this concept completely must use it as an assemblage of person and investigate it from the social role they play, the social responsibility they undertake and the relationship of movable object. Teachers occupation belongs to the specialized occupation. The teacher is a profession personnel. Teachers are the educators who undertake important responsibility to train qualified social members and continue the development of human society. The society is a natural history process and this process carries out by the substitution of social member. Person is just a national person at first when the persons individual leaves the mother and arrives at human life. They only leave the mother and arrive at human life. They only have to just become the social person gradually in social life process. This kind of change not only means the maturity on the living creature, but also realizes socialization in the process of social interaction and the process of studying, accepting humans experience or digestion and absorbing human culture. It is the result of social culture that a person changes from the natural person to social person. Individual can learn to conform to the social culture that a person changes from the natural person to social person. Individual can learn to conform to the social circumstances, and then can have qualification that becomes the qualified social member then can complete the process of individual socialization. Only through accepting social culture are tribe, clan leader and person who is rich in experience and soon. A specialized labor group-teacher, which takes civilizing the young generation to become the social qualified member as their work produced. According to the certain society request they passed on the knowledge with experience that human accumulated for a long time to young generation and formed their behavior with character, then modeled their values and guided them to make the external social request into individual character. All that is in order to realize individual acculturation. Therefore, teachers occupation is an occupation to help realize the individual acculturation and an occupation to train person, then educate the qualified social member (Houston,W.R., 1990,315). The teacher not only undertakes the human heavy responsibility that continues human society, but also has got the important function to the progress of the human society. The teacher should represent and push the direction and future hope of the advance. As a result, teacher should be advanced member that social member inside everyones. Teachers occupation is a kind of specialized occupation. The teacher is a professional personnel to implement to educate and teach. According to some request, they give student the influence according to plan, making it become qualified and social member. The difference of different kinds of occupations makes each occupations role it plays and the job it undertakes express different characteristics. The role is a behavior patterns that individual implement the certain job in certainly social norm. Everybody plays many roles at the same time in society. Such as an individual should play relevant family member in family, and should play relevant occupation role as some a member in labor group. Comparing with the other occupation, the teachers occupation roles are abundant. There are primarily three aspects: Teaching and administration role, metal directional role, and self-perform
