Safe Precautions1) The driver of the machine should earnestly implement the pilot performance, requirement for the novice to conduct specialized training, the failure of the driver can not drive the machine.2) Its not allowed to start on high-speed, and its forbidden to down slope on the exercise of high-speed or neutral gear.3) The four legs must be put away steadily before the crane walk, plug the pin well, otherwise its fobidden to walk. 4) You must ensure that the four legs are smoothly, and the four pins are inserted well before operate.5) The boom must be hoisted a certain height before rotation, in order to make sure that it can not encounter any legs and other parts. 6) Regulate the undulate of the boom and decide the work radius. Please lifting according to the instructions provided by the weight load table below. This weight load table is for the legs are opened to maximize, please lower the weight rightly when the legs are not fully opened. Non-overweight! 7) There are at least two persons at the scene when operating the crane. It is absolutely not allowed to stand under the boom.8) If it makes an odd sound in the course of working, you should immediately stop to inspect, please sovle the problem in time, and continue work after confirm that the state of the machine is normal.2. Safe warning signsThere are safe warning signs affixed in the appropriate place of the crane, in order to ensure the safety of using the crane, and remind the user, cause the users attention. As following diagram:3. Basic OperationStart the engine after confirmed that the volume of hydraulic oil and gasoline are not less than 3 / 5 of the whole volume.(Conduct the warm-start when necessary in winter, about 15 minutes or so).Start the engine Confirm that you have put the gear shift lever in the position of neutral gap.(Confirm that there are no person or other obstacles on the driving directions).ForwardPull down the clutch, confirm the machine is separated from power, then operate the gear shift lever to shift. After the selection of the minimum forward speed, release the lever, and the crane begin to walk. Note that the crane begin to walk from low gear, do not open the accelerator too large at the beginning.TurnTwo lever located both sides of the middle lever are control the left and right direction of rotation respectively. When turning, you should use first gear. StopTurn down the accelerator when need to stop, pull the middle of the lever to inside, make sure the machine have separated from power.(The figure of lever as below) Attention: Do not place the lever in the middle position, unless it might turn off, or may accelerate suddenly on slope, its very dangerous. You must stop the crane on a most suitable location.Settings of Legs outstretchYou can extend the legs after you have confirmed the crane have stopped steadily.Tighten the four legs with the four levers. (See the figure of four levers as below)By hand, pull out the inside-pin near the fuselage, adjust to the most appropriate angel, then fix them. (The bigger angle of the leg, the smaller capacity of the load-bearing )(See the figure of the pin near fuselage as below)By hand, pull out the pin in the middle, choose right location, fix the pin. (Select the maximum angle in the situation of none obstructions generally.) (See the figure of the pin in the middle)By hand, pull out the front-end telescopic legs, fix the pin. (See the figure below: stretch out the front legs)Adjust the legs with lever, and stretch legs slowly until that the legs have been completely contact with the ground, and the fuselage are firmly fixed, you must regulate the level of the body by level. The angle of each leg should be consistently.Attention: Do not contact with buildings or other unstable places when operated. Stretch Leg 1and4 firstly and stretch Leg 2and3 secondly, thus it is easy to maintain a balance. Confirmed that the level is level. Running maintenanceThe new machines or machines after overhaul must be running-in (test run, lifting), so as to avoid impacting the lifespan for abrasion of parts in advance. Lubrication Lubrication is an important measure, its function is to ensure the normal operation of the machine, extend the mechanical life, improve efficiency and ensure the safety of operate. Maintainers should be fully aware of the importance of equipment lubrication, always check the conditions of lubrication about the motor point and filling lubricants (grease) to the lubrication point on a regular. Lubrication areas: the little and the big wheel and bearing in the reel bearing, hook pulley, fixed pulley, and other parts of rolling bearings, and other flexible pins in the operating system, decelerate gears, wire rope. Lubrication Note (1) Keep lubricants (grease) clean; (2)Adopt an appropriate lubricant (grease) or lubricate in required time (see the standard tables of lubrication); (3) Add the grease by pressure(gun or oil pump, screw-cap-style oil cups), so that push the grease on the friction surface to avoid that less grease approch the friction by wiping; (4) The rotating parts have no points of lubricate should be dripped dilute oile in the gap of each rotating pats regularly in order to reduce friction and prevent rust.(5) The rope must be lubricated on time and correctly. Clean the old oil with a rag soaked in kerosene before lubrication. Absolutely prohibit from using metal brush or other sharp utensils clean the dirt on the rope, but also the absolutely prohibit from using acidic or other lubricant has strong corrosive.3. Routine maintenance After the class work, or operating, operator should do: (1) Test no-load, check the function of various institutions whether is normal, or exist abnormal noise. (2) Check the trip switch is complete and reliable. (3) Check the brake whether is reliable or not; ensure that the braking shoe has contacted with the brake wheel well and smooth; Ensure the gap is uniformity when release the brake shoe.(4) Check the rope on the reel and the pulley whether wound normal or not, whether exist the phenomena such as de-slot, string slot, knot, twist and so on.(5) Check the steel wire rope whether is wear or not, or exist broken wires, check the lubrication status of the steel wire rope.(6) Check whether there are obstacles on the track. (7) Ensure that the hook have fixed reliable, the rotating parts is flexible, and no cracks, no peeling, the anti-loose device of the nut on hook is finished.The high degree of wear on the dangerous section of the hook is no more than 5% of the original. (8) Check the sub-off device that prevent the rope slide from the pulley groove, the casing is intact, and there are no cracks in the pulleys, no defect on the rim.(9) Check the fasten on the metal structure and the transmission parts.(10) There are protective covers on the exposed moving parts are the possible.(11) Clean the crane regularly, and clean it weekly completely.4. First technical maintenance Inspect and maintain the crane once a month by the maintainer, except the contents about the routine maintenance, there also include: (1) Check the status of the abrasion about the bush should not exceed 50%, contact area of the gaskets and brake wheel should not be less at 70%; Check the status of the fixed pin about abrasion and lubrication. (2) Check whether all of the bolts are loosening and shortages. (3) Check the situation about bolts fastening on the base of the engine and the decelerator. Fasten them one by one. (4) Check the lubrication conditions of the decelerator, the oil level should be within the prescribed limits, you should take measures to prevent oil leakage in the permeable site.(5)Lubricate the gears. (6) Check the situation of abrasion about the rope pulley. Lubricate the pulley and the pulley shaft.(7) Check the situation of the pulley, such as flexible, have or not damage, cracks, pay attention particularly on the situation of abrasion about the fixed pulley. (8) Check the brake wheel, the degree of uneven about the work surface should not exceed 1.5mm, the brake wheel should not exist crack, and the radial run-out should be less than 0.3mm.
