篮球论文：篮球时空规则变化与技战术发展关系的研究【中文摘要】篮球规则是篮球运动的产物,也是篮球运动的法规。篮球规则改进变化直接影响到篮球技战术的变化和发展,篮球运动技战术的发展趋势也会促使篮球规则不断修改,使得篮球运动永远具有吸引力和生命力,不断提高水平健康发展。篮球规则变化中主要的内容是与时间和场地空间息息相关的,它也是篮球规则的主要内容。篮球规则有关时间和场地空间规则在本文中简称篮球时空规则。纵观篮球运动的发展,篮球时空规则的变化对篮球技战术发展的影响是最明显的。本文通过对从篮球运动出现到2010年的篮球时空规则的改动情况分别对篮球时间、空间规则的变化细则如何影响篮球技战术的发展进行了较详细的阐述。并研究了篮球时空规则变化与篮球技战术发展趋势的关系。本文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、数据统计等方法得出以下结论:1、篮球时间规则的修改对篮球技战术的影响:促进了比赛的攻防节奏加快,使得快速进攻大力发展。规则对时间上限制的不断修改,3秒、5秒、8秒、24秒规则的不断改进促进了篮球技术要向更加快速方向发展,进攻战术要更加精炼、简洁、实效。防守战术要力求破坏或延缓对方的快速推进速度和流畅配合,对控球人紧逼的强度不断加大。2、篮球空间规则的修改对篮球技战术的影响:限制区的不断改进、中线的增加球回后场的规定、三分线增加和扩大、无撞人半圆区和前场掷球线加入。使篮球运动连续性加强,加快了比赛节奏,促进了篮球技战术必须向快速发展。同时外线得分的鼓励规定,使得高大队员的技术要更加全面发展,战术更加机动、灵活、变化多端,移动穿插更加积极,充分利用场地。同时最明显的影响是使篮球比赛对空间的争夺越来越激烈,攻防对抗程度增加,防守区域不断扩大,出现了扩大联防、扩大盯人和全场盯人等多种防守战术。3、篮球时空规则变化与技战术的关系,篮球规则与篮球运动是同步产生共同发展的,篮球时空规则的修改与演变促进篮球运动技战术水平的提高,而篮球技战术的变化和篮球文化与篮球规则也是互相促进,互相依存和紧密联系的,篮球时空规则的修改促进了篮球技术、战术的发展;同时篮球队员运动水平的提高和技术、战术的发展也促使篮球时空规则要不断做出修改,保障篮球运动健康有序发展。它们之间是互相制约、互相促进,相互依存,相辅相成的关系。【英文摘要】The basketball rule is the product of basketball development.
