2、确认曝气管道、出水管道连接的正确性；2.Make surethe aerationpipe and outlet pipehave beeninstalled correctly. 3、确认运行前曝气清洗管道阀门处于关闭状态；3.Make surethe cleaning valve of aeration isclosed. 4、向膜池内注水前，请将膜池内部清扫干净，特别注意必须将硬物以及尖锐物体清除干净；4.Make surethe pondis cleanwithout sharpmaterials beforeput water into the membrane pond. 5、池内沙粒或小颗粒固体较多有造成膜堵塞或破损的可能性；5.The sandor smallparticles in thepondmay resultin theblockage ordamage of membrane. 6、注入清水含有大量铁、钙、镁、硅等离子，以及水中含有大量盐类成分时有可能造成膜堵塞，请予以注意。 6.If the water hasmuch iron,calcium,magnesium,silicon plasmaor salt,it mayblock themembrane. 二、清水运行步骤2.Operation 1、关闭空气清洗管阀门，开启鼓风机，检查曝气管道的连接处密封性是否完好；1.Close aircleaningvalve and open the fanto checkif theconnection of aeration pipesare sealed. 2、对膜组件进行曝气时请确认对各组件供应的空气是否均匀；2.Check ifthe airfor ponentsis balanceduring aerationof membranes. 3、关闭加药口阀门，开启抽吸泵，测定清水状态下透过的水量、膜压差及水温参数；3.Close medicantdosing valve and openpriming pump to measurewater amount,membrane permeationpressure andtemperature. 4、运行结束请尽快关闭抽吸泵及鼓风机，清水运行时间过长也可能造成膜的堵塞，不要长时间做没有实际作用的运行；4.When theoperation isfinished,close priming pump andfan assoon aspossible.The overtimeoperation ofclean watermay causeblockage of membrane.Do notkeep the device workfor longtime withoutany meaning. 5、运行结束将膜浸放于水中，若膜干燥会破坏膜的性能，导致膜通量下降。 5.Emerge themembrane in water afteroperation.If not,the propertiesof membranemay decline.4.2.3膜元件的保养维护4.2.3Maintenance新膜元件出厂时会使用保护剂，当膜元件下水后，保护剂会被洗掉。 膜元件下水后，膜元件必须一直保持湿润；否则，膜因为干燥将失去原有的性能。 系统需要停机的时候，也一定要保持膜元件的湿润。 此外，膜元件也不能存放在低于0的环境中。 膜元件开始使用后，不能脱离水超过24小时。 The newmembranehasa isused.组件使用后，如果停机时间超过24小时，需要添加保护剂来保护滤膜不受生物污染。 具体做法是将膜组件保存在0.5-1.0亚硫酸氢钠清洗溶液之中。 在长期不使用的情况下，需要每隔一段时间更换一次保护液，并且保证膜孔充满保护液。 If the device hastobeturned offformorethan24hours,protective agent shouldbeadded
