附件4、2013级国际经济与贸易本科人才培养方案、辅修及第二专业培养计划国际经济与贸易专业（商务管理方向）本科培养方案Undergraduate Program International Economics and Trade（Business Administration）Concentration一、修业年限及授予学位名称、Length of Schooling and Degree四年；经济学学士Four years; Bachelor in Economics.二、培养目标、Educational Objectives本专业主要研究当代国际经济与国际商务经营管理的运行机制、管理体制和发展规律，培养具有开放的国际视野和宽广的学科背景，掌握国际经济与国际商务经营管理基本理论、知识与能力，熟悉通行的国际经济政策法规与国际商务管理惯例与规则，具有较强的英语应用能力、人际沟通能力、协调能力和团队合作意识，熟悉电子商务运作，了解主要国家与地区国际经济状况和商务经营管理环境，能在国际经济、国际贸易、涉外经贸部门、跨国公司、外贸企业、科研高教机构、政府机构及银行证券等金融机构从事国际经济与贸易业务、国际商务经营与管理、社会与市场调研、教学科研等工作的复合型高级国际经济与商务经营管理专门人才。This concentration researches the operating mechanism, the adimistration system and the development of international economics and international business adiministration. Students are trained to become versatile and highly qualified international businessmen, multinational corporation employees, teachers and researchers in universities and research institutions, managers in financial institutions, and civil servants in relative government bodies with professional knowledge and skill, an open international perspective and broade academic background, mastering English, international economics theories, current rules and conventions of international trade, and knowing the business operation enviroments in main countries and regions.三、培养规格及要求III、Skills Profile依托学校经济、管理、法学、艺术等学科优势，本专业培养的学生应具有良好思想品德、社会公德和职业道德；经济和管理理论基础扎实、知识面宽、业务能力强、综合素质好、富有创新意识和开拓精神，具有较强从事国际经济与国际商务经营管理综合能力与素质。 1. 知识。具有数学、英语、计算机、经济学、管理学、统计学基础知识；国际管理、财务会计、战略管理、国际商务、国际经济、国际贸易、国际金融等专业知识；会计、财务管理、商务法律、管理与营销相关专业知识及社会学、文学、美学、自然科学等其他知识。2. 能力。具有较强的运用定性、定量分析方法，提出、分析和解决问题的能力；具有国际商务组织、经营管理和协调能力及国际商务谈判能力；扎实的英语口语和书面交流能力及熟练运用专业英语能力；较好的团队合作精神和人际交往能力；熟练运用计算机、网络技术等从事国际经济活动与国际商务经营管理的能力；掌握文献检索、资料查阅的基本方法，具有初步的科研能力；具有了解本学科的理论前沿及发展动态，不断获取新知识的能力。3. 素质。具有强烈社会责任感和人文关怀意识；具有创新、创业和团队合作意识；具有良好的职业道德和敬业精神；具有强烈事业心和进取心，良好的专业素养，较强的专业能力；具有健康的体魄和良好的心理素质。Students are trained to embrace good work ethics, master economics and managerial economics theories, be both versatile and professional, be both creative and steady, and be capable of both leadership and teamwork. 1. knowledge. Military training and education before start school, which are arranged three weeks before school opening of the first school year.2. The cognitive practice is arranged in the fouth semester for one week. Then the students have to write a report with about 1500 words through a social survey.3. The professional practice is arranged in the last time of the sixth semester for four weeks. And they should write a term paper with about 6000 words.4. The other practices to Foreign Trade Company, joint venture company , other departments related finance and securities are arranged in the 8th semester for five weeks. Then they have to write the summary and diary of the internship. And the internship departments will give them the practice identifications.5.
