Instructions for SDSSDS填表须知In order to facilitate the assessment and save time, it is advised that you should read the following instructions carefully before filling in the application form.为了加快评估进度和节省时间，建议您在填写表格之前仔细阅读此填表须知。1. All information should be written in English, relevant Chinese information is necessary if selecting Chinese report.所有信息请用英文书写，如需中文报告，请提供相应的中文信息。2. Section A is mandatory part in SDS application form, all information on it will appear on the final SDS report, please make sure that the applicants and products basic information are CORRECT. Our assessment is based on the submitted composition or ingredient list, please be kindly noted that it is the responsibility to provide correct, detailed and qualified chemical name and CAS No. with its % by weight.申请表中的甲部为必须填写的内容，所有甲部上的内容将出现在报告上，请确认申请人和产品的基本信息。(申请人请自行审核此信息以保证其准确性，我们不接受手写的申请表)。评估是基于成分表的内容，因此请提供正确的，详实的和符合要求的化学品名称以及化学文摘登记号和相应的重量百分比含量。4. CAS No. is priority item in ingredient list, if the chemical name is incomplete or unqualified, the assessment report will be based on the CAS No., so it is the clients responsibility to provide correct CAS No. 成分表中CAS No.为优先参考的项目，如遇化学名称不全或不符合要求的情况下，我们均采用CAS No.来进行评估的依据，客户需对其所提供的CAS No.负责。3. The regular service is 5working days, we only accept 3 working days express service right now. This working period is calculated from all information submitted complete and correct, the checking time will not be calculated in working period.SDS的标准出单周期为5个工作日，目前的加急单周期为3个工作日。该周期以Section A中所提供的信息全部确认完毕开始计算，其中由于信息不完全或不正确所耗费的时间不计算在出单周期中。3. Section B (including appendix) is optional part in SDS application form. If have, we will refer to the information when we conduct the SDS report. If havent, it wont effect SDS report released. 申请表中的乙部（包括附录）部分为选填内容。如果有相关资料，我们将参考并写入SDS评估报告中。如果没有，也不影响报告的出具。4. For one set product containing similar composition, we need individual application form for each.对于包含相似组分的一套产品，我们需要客户提供该套产品中的每个产品的申请表。5. For draft report, we only amend applicants basic information on free, additional charges will occur if any other amendment cause by applicant.All SDS reports are default without draft, i.e. releasing original report directly. 对于草稿报告，只有申请人的基本信息可以免费修改，其他任何由于申请人的原因所导致的更改，均需另外收费。 所有SDS报告默认为不出具草稿，即直接出具正本。6. The information in SDS was obtained from sources which we believe are reliable. However, the information is provided without any warranty, express or implied, regarding its correctness. The conditions or methods of handling, storage, use or disposal of the product are beyond our control and may be beyond our knowledge.
